    Hi Cassie : I like BSB too . However , this boy band has broken . I'm really sad . So now I like Breat more . I like the " Lucky " song best . This is so wonderful for me when i'm in sorrow .

    You know? I've heard that BSB had broken, but I still read in some newspaper that they're prepairing a new album. I don't know what to believe, but BSB is always the best in my heart.

    10 ways to take vacation from S-T-R-E-S-S
    Feel like you are living in a giant pressure cooker? You can melt away everyday stress fast by following these 10 easy tips from an expert:
    (1) DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR HANDS. Performing a simple task, such as tinkering with a car or cleaning out a closet, relaxes you and makes you feel good about yourself. Just don't take on something so challenging you wind up even more tensed and frustrated.
    (2) PRACTISE A RELAXING SIGH. It's the body's way of releasing tension naturally. Sit up straight. Then sigh deeply, letting out a sound of deep relief as the air is expelled from your lungs. Repeat five times. it helps to make you feel calmer.
    (3) EAT TA COMFORT FOOD. Choose a snack from a happy time in the past, such as meat loaf like Mum used to make. You'll feel calmer and happier. (Good alternative: CHOCOLATES!)
    (4) SING ALONG WITH YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC. Do this at home or in your car.
    (5) WORK UP A SWEAT. Rake leaves, go dancing, take a brisk walk through the park. Physical activity is a great way to work stress out of your system.
    (6) AVOID LIFE'S MINOR HASSIES. If you are fuming from standing in a long bank line, come back when there are fewer customers. If rush-hour traffic upsets you, window-shop till it thins out.
    (7) RECALL A PAST COMPLIMENT. Sit down in a quiet sppot and think about the nicest thing anyone ever said about you. Savour the wonderful memory for a full minute and you'll feel much calmer and have a renewed sense of vitality.
    (8) TAKE A MENTAL "TRIP" TO A SPECIAL SPOT. Close your eyes and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth, such as a balmy mountain surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
    (9) SET A CURFEW ON WORRYING. If you take your problems to bed, it's likely you'll wake up feeling stressed. So read a good book, talk with a friend or do something else to occupy your mind.
    (10) TAKE SHORT "STRESS-BUSTING" BREAKS. Step outside, gaze out a window and daydream for a minute or so. You'll be surprised at how much more relaxed you feel!

    To Vetgia@: wow, that's great piece of advice you have there .
    There's a bit that in my speciality , eating, . Chocolate is a relaxing snack food, but not so good if you eat too much . It's gonna bring you more stresses at night with bad dreams, I mean nightmares. Heh, not so sure about that, but I heard many people used to have chocolate said that. .
    Sing a song, at your max volume is the best way to get relief . Cry or shout out loud is also a good way. Uhm, remember this, watch out for dogs and your neighbors when you're about doing those things.
