How to cook!

Hello everybody,
I want to learn how to cook (just daily courses)(from how to buy the material to cooking).I am very new to this work.Thank you for your help.
I could not find any cooked books (Vietnamese course,of course) as well as any materials in the net (just for complex course).If anybody know any such websites,please tell me.Thank you very much.
Lastly,i think this topic is put wrong place but i can not find more suitable box.
