    Some exercises you can do easily
    END THE HEADACHE
    If you are at work and announce that your head is pounding, someone might offer you a pain reliever. No one will offer to rub your head at its temples or rub your back. You have the power to stop a tension headache right in its tracks.

    1. Simply put your right hand forward with your fingers pressed together.
    2. Place your right hand on the nape of your neck.
    3. Put your head down towards your chest.
    4. Squeeze 12 times in a massaging manner.
    Another movement is to roll your shoulders back. Tension headaches are caused when we get to tight in our upper backs, shoulders and necks.

    1. Stand up straight.
    2. Roll your shoulders back 10 times.
    3. Exhale, exhale and exhale.

    Some people find relief swinging their arms gently back and forth to relieve a headache.

    1. Stand up straight.
    2. Extend your arms to the side.
    3. Gently swing and bend.

    Contract and Release

    1. Forcefully contract a muscle e.g. your abdomen
    2. Hold for 10 seconds
    3. Release

    You should experience a touch of euphoria.
    Stretching
    Gently stretch several times a day. You can do it sitting down. Lift your arms above your head 10 to 15 times until the blood feels like it is flowing. Alternate each arm. Be gentle with yourself. For your legs, gently kick them five times to warm up. Then point and extend.
    A nice, stretch can make you fill quite content.
    BREATHING

    When we are angry and someone tells us to take a deep breath. However, it is sound advice. Learning to breathe actively is an art and a science.

    Americans tend not to breathe deeply. Hence, the yawning. When we yawn we are attempting to get more oxygen into our bodies.
    Learning to exhale deeply is invigorating because we have released a great deal of state air out of our lungs. For just starting out, try:
    1. Pant like a dog for 15 seconds. It helps if you are alone.
    2. Purse your lips and blow out air for 10 seconds
    3. Inhale normally
    You should repeat this three times a day. When you get more comfortable, try alternate nostril inhaling and exhaling.
    GINGER

    Freshly grated ginger in a citrus drink certainly will give it a kick. The aroma of ginger is heavenly. Candied ginger is delightfully pungent. Ginger can also be taken in capsule form. It can be used to help with motion sickness. Ad***ionally, it can be used for headaches.

    I feel better!
    there are many ways to relax .Some play sport,others listen music,watch tv ...
    this is an another way to relax, an alternative relaxtion technique:
    - sit in a comfortable chair in a quiet room
    -close ur eyes and take the long deep breath
    -think of a simple word.It should be a special meaning word
    -in ur mind ,repeat the word slowly ,manytime,silently
    -when u think of other thoughts,just go back the word
    -continue for 20 minutes
    -then slowly open ur eyes and take the deep breath
    u can take it 2 times everyday,in the morning and evening
