Having an English brain is not necessary for a person to think in E. You just need a skill that is skiping the step of translating from E. to V. . When communicating, to follow the conversation u have to think as quickly as possible then u may gradually find ur thinking different. I mean especially talking with native speakers, u can develop this skill very well.
so to conclude, all u have to do to think in English is to practise talking in E., especially with native speakers. this is much help.
    good luck, guys
the truth in ur eyes saying u never leave me, the touch of ur hands says u'll catch me whenever I fall...

    Hi davidtrinh,
Ok, back to the topic. This is a very good question, I have to say. A lot of people are learning English in a wrong way, they always think in Vietnamese and then, try to translate it into English. I know a lot of my friends used to do this, but now they''''re learning in a totally different way... think in English.
How can we do this? I suggest you read the topic [topic]219270[/topic] posted by Mr. Longarm. There he mentioned specifically how to create an English environment and loads of other people also share their own experience. I don''''t want to repeat it again, and if you have some effective methods in studying English, just post it there. I''''m thankful for your contribution
Hey, I still have one question for you, do you also join HAO 02 ?" 05 board? I remember seeing your nickname somewhere else, just wondering if it is HAO.
As we go on, we remember all the times we had together
As our lives change, come whatever
We will still be FRIENDS FOREVER

Stop using Vietnamese for a couple of months will do the work. Well you need to be in another country however.

One way that I practice thinking in English is that try to bypass the "translation" step. i.e, if you heard "apple", you immagine the real apple, not "quả táo"
And keep doing that with everything you heard
I have been hit by a thunderbolt

I myself believe that we do not have such a process called " Think in English" or generally " think in a language" . It''s a bit of funny for me because let''s return to the process of brainstorming, we do not use languages in analysing problems, just use languages to depict them out. We can use any kind of languages to express our ideas, even Computer languages. So, come back to your question, I agree with the above ideas of replace using our mother tongue by English, and try to draw out things in English, you''ll soon see the results.
    Happy learning!

Always in the state of being a silly chicken. I love the way you are, my friends.
