(2) Confidence
It means you have the belief that you will be able to achieve your pursuit or goal. Confidence is vitally important when you set a goal and strive to achieve it. When you have the confidence, you are more likely to perform better. You believe in yourself. You believe that you will be able to achieve it. Hence you have higher endeavors or put greater effort in achieving it. In sports namely snooker or golf, when you have the confidence or you believe that you will be able to make that shot, you have higher accuracy and power in your stroke. Believe me, this is my own experience and it is always truthful.
(3) Culture self-awareness
In my understanding it means you are aware of cultural diversities surrounding you at workplace. People are highly influenced by their personal values based on their cultural belief. Therefore, when you work with, or manage, colleagues of other cultures, you must be aware of their difference in culture in order to well manage them. For example, in Japanese culture you are expected to "obey" the boss. On the contrary, in American culture, you are expect to respect the boss but not obey him or her. Where you find there is a mistake in his decision you are free (i) to argue against such decision or (ii) to seek correction.
(4) The (b) and (c) questions relate to your experience and how you apply your knowledge of cultural diversity into your work or study environment. I am sorry that I will not be able to assist you on this issue.
