    Pan for gold
Everyday, many boats carried a lot of people to there to pan for gold along Lam River in Nghe An. This fact influenced on the environment and the human life.
Panning for gold made the river transfigured, led to changes of flow (specifically, the water flow was faster and faster). Thereby, giving rise to large lands crumbled, even influenced on traffic. Although it''s the area that is under public ownership and control, but there are no little individuals and groups to pan without permit. In some cases, it along with the giving a hand of local administration made the fact more terrible.
The noise from panning areas impacted on daily life of people who living alongside the river. Especially at the height of panning for gold, they can work all day. More dangerous, the using toxic chemicals to keep out sediments, made polluted the water as well as the air, and was the reason of breathing diseases.
Increasing gold price that was a much-anticipated phenomenon in recent time made gold one of the most wanted metal and stimulated much people to take part in panning. It became increasingly attractive them than ever. So, the local administration of Nghe An increased the control in an effort to manage the exploitations and ward off the harmful effects on the environment and the human.

The map shows the development of Chorleywood, a village near London, with the increased population since the middle of the 19th century.
Firstly, from the late of the 1860 to 1883, Chorleywood?T population was only a small group, living near the main road. There were 2 main roads, running across the village, yet the residence of people was only in a small area, which was far from the upper road.
In the period spanning from 1883 to 1922, a new railroad was built and taken into working in 1909. This new railroad lied seemly in the south of the town, near the old residents?T area. As a result, the population widened to the south, forming a larger community, living near the Chorleywood station. Before the modern motorway was built, from 1922 to 1970, Chorleywood?Ts population continued to broaden more. Their home concentrated along with the railroad and this broadening took place in 2 directions on one side of this railroad.
Lastly, from 1970 to 1994, when the modern motorway was constructed, the size of Chorleywood?Ts community have a surge and people tended to move near this new way to live. They stayed not only in one side, but in both sides of the motorway.
In conclusion, due to the arrangement of many kinds of road, the village of Chorleywood has developed significantly in the size of their living area.

While the idea of having a single career is seemly an old fashion, the new idea of having several careers or ways of earning money and further education will be continued through life become more fashioning. Each of these views has its own justification.
On the one hand, having a single career with a job, and sometimes in a single company is certainly conventional and has its own majority. Indeed, people, taking only one job, have a lot of time, concentrating on this one. They will have to train themselves to be better qualified in one subject and prove that they are appropriate for only one work, so it sounds much easier than the counterparts who want to have many jobs at the same time. Moreover, when the more-is-better culture remains popular in many corporate and a worker?Ts contribution to a firm is measured through the amount of working time, a hardworking worker will be more profitable in having working promotion.
On the other hand, there are many arguments, proving that having several careers and education should be continue through life is much better. Nowadays, people seem to have a more general education because of the development of science and economy. So, people apparently have more choices. While information becomes easily to obtain through the internet, people today can study at their home with a single computer. This helps him widen his knowledge and find it more easily to know his ability. Rather, people now do not have to go to the company to finish their works. Using the latest technology like computer, mobile-phone, he can easily make contact with client, send and receive stock information or finish his work at home and then, send them to his firm quickly and safely. Time, lost for traffic jam, moving and so on will be minimal. Moreover, when people has many jobs, he tends to improve his quality and so full-life education is a certain thing, essential for all people who want to increase their level of knowledge.
In conclusion, I find that having single career or multiple one belong to each onê?Ts ability or mind. The harder the worker is, the more knowledge he wants to obtain and so that, education through life will become more common in our population.
    Em thank.

Wait, a short text for W1P1C1:
The two charts describe the results of an education survey of the adult. While the first gives some reasons of studying, the second graph reveals that in what way education cost should be shared, according to general ideas of people.
For reason to study, the largest part of adult of about 40% think of the subject interest or being better qualified. In contrast, only around 10% of people, surveyed suggest that it is a chance to meet new people or to change their existing jobs with exact figures of 9% and 12%, respectively. Lastly, three medium sized groups of just above 20% share their ideas of studying in different reasons: being useful for their current jobs, improving the view of promotion or simply enjoying learning.
The second pie chart show the idea of adult of how their education cost should be shared. A majority of 40% think that it belongs to each personâ?Ts responsibility, that is, in individualistic method. Exactly a quarter of all suggest that the costs should be imposed into tax fees, paid by taxpayers. The rest of the totals of one third think of their employersâ?T responsibilities.
In conclusion, although there are significant differences among the reasons for study and ways that course costs should be shared, most adult think that they study for their own and they themselves can manage to pay studying fee.
    That''''s all.

G9, teacher. This is my 1st writing in week from 13th to 19th June.
    Topic: two ways of education.
It could be said that development bases on education. Education, serving as the biggest problem of all societies, however, is proceeded in some different ways.
Some educators teaches students the most clear and particular method which is popular and useful in practice. It?Ts the shortest way so as to reach a goal and also efficiently saving money and time. However, the students are incapable of reasoning.
The developed societies know that essence of education lies in teaching the general way to do something instead of particular and specific one. It means that capable of reasoning is the most important intention of teaching. It appears to waste time on teaching and learning them. Yet the reason is that fundamental principles are always true although anything changes.
Indeed, everything is changing day by day so if you?Tre good at only one method, you?Tll soon have difficulties.
According to the recent manual survey in labour market, employees who trained general ways have spent more time than someone taught specific approaches and skills. But they?Tre more flexible in handling problem thus more successful in their careers.
After all, most of educators conclude that they are to teach crucial knowledge. Before this comes to life, managers suggest an efficient way to manage that employees with fundamental knowledge are given the novel task of working, and others are given other normal works.
