    "In many countries, children are engaged in some kind of paid work.Some people regard thí as completely wrong,while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility. What are your oppinión on this ?"
    There are many educational issues nowadays to people take interest in,because everyone knows that the education always have the direct effect on development of every countries. Social develop faster with every passing day go with appearance of more problem in education. The hotest one perhaps is past-time working of children increasing, attracting various public oppinions.
    A lot of people think that working while still go to school will impact to learning, and sure it no need be existed. Both study and work will separate children?Ts time off many part, made them can?Tt spend many times on learning and their result at school will be worsen. Even according to a near Vietnamese newspaper, there many children stoped learning to work every years. It might be thought that they dislike learning or they was depraved and main reason is working environment no good. But almost nobody thinks that they give up learning because they find themselves don?Tt suit with their school or their family situation. As my knowledge, since 16 years old, children can work with limited times, it?Ts meaning they at least finished 9th grade learning program so this age have matureness enough to decide their future ways. No one can force them to study when they don?Tt have higher learning ability, as well as can?Tt ask a poor children continue go to school although don?Tt give him any sum of money.
    From my poin of view, if don?Tt discuss working of poor children, who have to work in order to earn their living, part-time working of others give them more advantageous than disadvantegeous,because can not deny that working very useful to children in harvesting a lot of valuable experiment. For example, children would be learned about perseverance when they have to explaint over and over againt for a old man about how to use the vanding machine. More over, they would be taught about respect for every body, it?Ts the factor mustn?Tt lack to become a respectable man. The third reason made me agree with this working is children would encouter difficult issues during working process. They will feel too hard to make money by themselves so as to never use money rashly. Finally, children should work in limited times to have and show a sense of their responbility , it?Tt greatly necessary for their living in the future. In short, I agree with children employment in some kind of paid work, if sure they aren?Tt took unfail advantage or exploited.
    Children can use their free times to do everything they want, as simple as watch TV, play some games or as hard as go out and work in some stores, some shopes or make a enjoyable feeling when ride a bicycle to deliver foods or newspaper. Relax and concentrate on their study is very good, but better is take part in an outdoor activity such as work part-time to learn how to make money. If children try their best and not also work but only study studiously and seriously, they will receive many valuable experience,what they can?Tt learn from textbook or their school.

    The bar chart illustrates the development level between developing countries and industries countries for 10 years from 1980 to 1990 in the fields of average years of schooling, scientist and technicians per 1000 people and spending on research & development. In that, 3 charts both prove the rapid increase in each group countries and the width larger and larger than between 2 group countries.
    According to the 1st and the 2nd chart, all of the numbers increase but in different rate among group countries make larger gap. For 10 years, from 1980 to 1990, the average years of schooling climb from 8.5 to 10.5 while the numbers only increase 2.5 to 3.5 in the compassion between industrialized countries and developing countries. On the other hand, the number of scientists and technicians per 1000 people raise from 42 to 70 in industrialized countries compare with 14 to 17 in developing countries.
    On the contrary, 3rd bar chart illustrates quite different above recommend, from 1980 õ?" 1990, capital spend on research and development increasing 200 billion USD in industrialized countries, but in developing countries this number decrease in 25 billion USD make obvious large gap.

    Enhancing of life standard and awareness make children in the world are received much regard than ever before. How to create health children not only have health body but also health spirit is hot topic, in which taking children are engaged in paid works is argumentative point. In my opinion, this action is wrong because many reasons.
    In view of spirit, at childhood, human need time to observe new and large world, base on that world views and education children will create their soul, their favorite, their dream, even their ambiguous and shape their characters to prepare take part in life when they mature. If a child is forced to contact to money too soon, they havenõ?Tt enough time to develop following natural process, havenõ?Tt enough time to find out and to be taught about life around which is important incentive for all her or his life. When a children work because money, havenõ?Tt anything secure normal spirit for them, and make they become people who dare to do anything due to money even become thought deviation people. Itõ?Ts dangerous for social!
    In the view of health, people must work when a child result in some heath problem such as back ward, stunt in growthõ?Ư On the other hand, in life time, every people spend many time in working, but have only limited time in childhood, and each person only can take a good duty when they are have enough knowledge, heath and spirit ability, so it is unnecessary to force a child manage to take experiences and responsibility when they too small and naïve to do even to understand the work, which is adult tasks.

    Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment is essential to control violence in society.

    Capital punishment or death penalty may be an essential way to control violence in society. Indeed, I agree with this statement in some points.
    From the ancient times like the Romans times, there was the existence of death penalty, providing to people who made serious and unforgivable crimes such as murder, etc. Up to our present days, capital punishment do not disappear, only be less common in some countries. So, it is clear that the role of this punishment can not be ignorable; rather, it still plays an important part in deciding how seriously the offenses are, prior to any announcing.
    In detailed, capital punishment may be a security for controlling violence in society. Between the robbery and the murder, there is still a narrow gap in determining behavior, but the degree of punishment along with the law is totally different, being alive or death. So that, such this most extreme penalty is much the same as an obstacle, preventing people from losing perception or personality. Feeling of being fear in law is so important for each individual to stay away from crimes.
    In some countries, they have suppress this policy, replacing it with full-life time in prison, whilst in others, only the methods of killing have been adapted to get more humanity. Clearly, keeping or taking rid of death penalty is always controversial because of its importance in the ability of controlling social security. To some extent, each lawmaker should be much careful in establishing the contexts in which appropriate capital punishment can be applied.
    In conclusion, ?~to be or not to bê?T is always a major problem, even in establishing capital punishment, which should be exactly taken care to ensure the freedom rights of people.

    Nowadays, environmental problems such as pollution, global warming and resource depletion have become one of the major problems of the modern world. People are showing real concern over that through giving solutions. In my opinion, to solve these issues, we must not only promote technological inventions but also consume less and live simpler life-styles.
    Although technology is growing rapidly today, there are still few inventions to solve environmental problems. Big companies, who own the most modern technologies have invested a lot of money researching and developing just to get more benefits. Environment is not cared as much as necessary. Even if inventions for green and clean environment increase sharply, they can not solve too many chronic environmental problems in a short time. Because speed of destroying environment is far faster than speed of covering this.
    It can not be denied that wasteful consumption is very common across all countries. It means that we are making our limited natural resources depleted and polluting environment. So, if we don?Tt change our life-styles, these problems will surely get worse, even we have great technological development.
    In conclusion, we have to conduct overall solutions by promotion modern science and technology and living simpler life-styles.

    Một số thông tin mới đối với các lớp IELTS.
    Giai đoạn 1.
    a) Các lớp IELTS hiện nay của thầy Vui đều thực hiện bỏ qua giai đoạn học PRE-IELTS. Trong 3 tháng đầu luyện về xây dựng Từ + Cấu Trúc,
    b) Các lớp IELTS tiến hành dịch xong 6 quyển Cambridge (Một tuần học 4 buổi (Mỗi buổi 3h))-Học phí không thay đổi.
    c) Phát triển khả năng học Từ Mới và Ôn Tập nhờ Đọc hiểu Siêu Tốc mạnh nhất.
    Nhờ một số Quy Luật và Ôn tập khoa học nên học viên ở trình độ A, B ban đầu vẫn đủ khả năng tiếp thu và vận dụng Từ + Ngữ nhiều và nhanh.
    d) Hướng dẫn luyện Âm-Ý và bài tập ở nhà hỗ trợ học viên vận dụng trong Nghe + Nói.

    This is my WT 1 - T 1 - Cam1.
    The results of a survey of adult education are described in the charts below. For detailed, the bar chart reveals the reasons that adults decide to study and their opinions about the way to share the costs of their education is shown in the pie chart.
    In the 1st chart, therê?Tre clearly 3 groups of the reasons. Group 1 includes ?ointeresting in subject? and ?ogaining qualifications? which are about forty percent each one. They?Tre the most popular reasons for adults?T decisions. The less normal causes are in group 2, including ?ohelpful for current job?, ?oimproving prospects of promotion? and ?oenjoying learning?. Each of the causes is approximate twenty percent. And group 3 is the one of the least popular reasons. To able to change jobs and to meet people, covering equivalently a quarter of group 1, lie in it.
    The bar chart, answering for the question how the costs should be shared, includes 3 parts. Therefore, ?oindividual? is the biggest part which occupies forty percent. The next part, covering 35%, should be paid by employer. The other of costs is paid by taxpayer.
    For conclusion, the two charts reveal the clear opinions of adults about two main subjects. However, it seems not appropriate between the individual reasons that only are good for them and their contributions for the cost.

    The levels of participation in education and science in developing and industrialised countries in 1980 and 1990 was described by the chart below.
    In developing countries, the length of time which people spend at school had increased significantly between 1980 and 1990, from over 2 years to approximately 4. The pattern was similar in industrialised, this number was from over 8 years to over 10. And, the number of average years of schooling in industrialised countries was considerably higher than in developing countries.
    The second chart shows the number of scientists and techniciants per 1000 people. This number is much higher in industrialised countries with over 40 people in 1980 compared to 10 people in developing countries. The gap was increased furher in 1990 when the figures rose to 70 and 18 people per 1000.
    At last, the third chart shows that the number of money which industrialised countries spent on research and development had increased significantly from 150 US billions to 350, while in developing countries, this number decreased slightly from 50 US billions down to 25 between 1980 and 1990.
    Overall, through the charts, we can see there are many differences between developing and industrialised countries and these gap are widening.
