Global oil conference has been organized three years once time. In 2008, it takes place in Spain. The Spain King said that nowadays giant problem is how stable world price, constrain inflation and control oil supplies. At last time, international oil price is at the highest point of 143.07 dollars per bucket
and forecasted to heighten next time if Governments don?Tt have any action to reclaim there situation. Oil cost increasing is one of main reasons which make general economy seems to be worse due to economic retrograde step by step. In my opinions, the main reason causes there rising is opposition between some countries, one is supplier and the others have high oil demand. Because the same purpose of all nations in the world is unshakeable developing, I think they should forget mistakes in the past and forward larger communication benefits.
Em dùng từ còn ngớ ngẩn lắm, hik. Kính mong được thầy giúp đỡ ạ.

The results of a survey on 10000 pepole about their travelling abroad for the period 1994-98 are summarized in the first chart with their reasons and in the second chart with their destinations.
It?Ts clear that holiday was the most frequent reason. It was always on top and presented about 69 per cent to approximate 72 per cent of total reasons for all the period. Meanwhile, having the real figures standing at the second and thrid levels, but two reasons, business and visting friends and relatives, also had same downsizing trends of relative rates. Business?~s rate was from more-than 14 percent in 1994 and 1995 to more than 13 per cent in the next years and even only had 13,02 % in 1996. The coressponding rates of visting purpose were 12 %, 11 % and 11,03% in 1998. Other travelling purposes were only about 3 to 4 percent of all reasons. Another attending point, 1995 was the year having least number of travelling pepole, but after that this figure raised gradually yearly.
And about the destinations, the most farvourite place to travel no doubt was Western Europe appearing about more than 85 % of all the answers. Co-sharing the remained little parts were other different places over the world but North America had least disadvantageous position.

The figures for imprisonment in five countries between 1930 and 1980 are described in the table below. It seems that they range significantly within this period.
In 1930, the figure of Great Britain is the lowest. Although it grows steadily, it remains lowest until 1980 when it?Ts about 3 times the number of 1930. The figures of US and Canada likely compete for the highest position. Canada is the highest in 1930 and 1935, US is the highest in other four years. In compared with the previous time, the figure of Canada goes up only in 1950 and fall down in all times while the US is irregular. It changes rapidly each times so that in 1980 it is 1.5 times in comparison with 1970. The range of Australiâ?Ts figure is similar to the US?Ts. It decreases until 1960 then raises until 1980 when it decreases again and become the lowest. About the figure of New Zealand, it reduces considerably in 1940 and 1950 and it increases slowly after that. At the end, it?Ts lower than at first.
In conclusion, the chart has shown some ways that the figures for imprisonment in the countries have ranged.

Besides, in 1940, the numbers of population aged 65 and more were very low, only 5% in Japan, about 6% in Sweden and approximately 9% in USA. Interestingly, in USA and Sweden, the rate of aged citizen rose quickly 15% and some 13% respectively until 1982, contrary to the fall of the proportion of elderly people in Japan reduced 2% between 1940 and 1988.
