The reasons why adults decide to study and how people think the cost of adults education should be shared were described by the charts below.
In the first chart, we can see the highest rate is reach maximum of 40 percent for people who fell interested in subjects when they decided to study. There are two reasons get on the average rate, are holding 20 percent, are study to improve prospects of promotion and to enjoy learning or studying. And the lowest rate is 9 percent for reason of meeting people. At a bit higher rate is 12 percent for people who are able to change their jops. Compared with the highest rate, the rate of people who study to gain qualifications is only little lower, making up 38 percent. At last, 22 percent is percentage for reason of helping for current jop of some people.
In the pie chart shows the costs of each course of adults education should be divided into 40 percent for individual, also the highest level, 35 percent for employer and the lowest level is 25 percent for taxpayer.
In conclusion, there are many reasons to explain why adults decide to study, so, summarization, everyone study to become more and more knowledge, mature and to get more better chance in their jop as well as in life.

Obviously, the units of electricity in England in winter always are higher than that in summer at least about 15,000 units. The level of electricity used in the winter time ranges from 31,000 to approximately 48,000. Besides, in the summer time, it only gets maximum of 21,000 and decreases minimum of some 14,000 units of electricity. It is easy to realize, the times of the smallest units of electricity used during typical day are from 7 to 8 o?Tclock, both the winter and the summer. On the contrary, the highest time of electricity used in summer is on 14 o?Tclock and longer than that 8 hours, the 22 o?Tclock is the highest time of electricity used in winter. In the summer, on 9 hours early in the day, the units of electricity decrease steadily from 17,000 to 14,000 units. Then, they rise fast to obtain the top. In the rest of day, from 5 o?Tclock onward, they change inappreciably. With the higher of the volume of electricity used, in the winter, the curve increases gradually to achieve 40,000 units at 3 a.m. It is followed by gradual decline to its lowest limit of 30,000 at 9 o?Tclock in the morning. After that, it obtains 40,000 again at 13 o?Tclock and then it gains the top. Finally, it falls quickly.
On the other hand, the pie chart shows that there are 52,5% used for heating rooms, heating water, 17.5% consumed in ovens, kettles, washing machines, 15% used in lighting, TV, radio and finally 15% consumed in the demand for vacuum cleaners, food mixers, electric tools

Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment is essential to control violence in society.
One opinion showed that without capital punishment, our lives were less secure and crimes of violence increase. And this opinion also asserted that capital punishment was essential to control violence in society. In my opinion, I agree partly with the above opinion.
First of all, obviously, the practical means of doing so lies in the hands of the police force, para-military antiriot forces, and, in the last resort, the armed forces themselves. In democratic countries, these are firmly under the control of civilian governments, the members of which are freely elected. So what?Ts crimes of violence? There are political protest, leading to strikes, street demonstrations, physical violence, use of arms and weapons, mob violence and vandalism, looting, and in extreme cases, civil war. We try to image how our lives are without capital punishment. The social life is upset. Murders, criminals and so on, who live out side the legal, would be commit crimes continuously. Life lose the safe, many people readily fight, even kill together in order to meet their fun. If there are sound and stern national legal systems, they are useful to impress people, to make them fear the law. The law helps people?Ts life maintain the social order.
But besides, in many poor countries, which often have the non-stern legal systems, population don?Tt believe in the law. They said the law only supported the upper classes, who created the law, so as to exploited and imposed the property people. On the other hand, some the non-suitable for the life or too stern unnecessarily legal policies have contrary effects. Specially, the capital punishment must be considered carefully with all aspects of the life before they are introduced into the reality. The death penalties need to accompany with the propaganda and education. Society is a collection of individuals. Every individual must be endowed with personal choice. The individual must be made to choose the law and order path. Religion and morality must be instilled into children in the home, in the school and in the workplace.
Population need to live and work with the constitution and the law. Without the death penalty, the life lost the order. The legal system is continuing a long-established way in order to control violence in society, that is accepted without question.
