***ual equality is hot topic over the world for some nearly centuries but the offer that universities should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject remain to be reviewed.
Different in natural character between male and female is out of the question. This observation can be demonstrated by many examples. When people were a child, girls tend to like to play with cooking toys, doll,? while guns, war game, superman are most favorite toys of boys. Overtime, in school, the number of male good at logical, rational, abstraction subjects as mathematic, physics,? always higher than females in every country. Against, literature, history, language is advantageous title for male?Ts tender, meticulous, patient, delicate character. In order to make a good choice in the university, each pupil and their parent often regard a number of things. The 1st reason decides subject choice in the university is learner abilities. Following to this view, there?Tre trend to take part in architecture, technology or some kinds of economics for male and sociality, heath, teaching apartment is good choice for female. The 2nd reason is social awareness in woman task of family. A woman often take a lot of her time to care her family, so they would willing to get a stability job, again, this popular jobs interact the number of female student in university.
It?Ts worthy to encourage the fact that more and more male join and earn success in subjects, which are a man?Ts advantageous trait. As social being, each person have right to take good and suitable content for themselves, so any interaction in rate between female and male is unreasonable.

The amount of leisure time in a typical week of the period 1998-99, considering by *** and employment status, is drawn in the chart below.
When considering by ***, it?Ts very clear that women often had less leisure time than men whatever employment statuses they were. Ten was the approximate number of free time?Ts hours that women had less than men. And amongst women, full-time employed ones were the busiest with only about 38 hours a week for rest. The situation of female part-time employers was a bit more comfortable with about 40 to 42 hours of leisure time. A remarkable point was about housewives who were all considered to be at home all day but had only about 50 hours relaxing time a week.
When considering by employment status, obviously, they, unemployed and retired, had leisure time at the similar high rate and also the highest rate. They had about 82 to 83 hours with males and 71 to 72 hours with females to relax. These figures were 172 % to 189 % higher than those of full-time employers.
In collusion, men and people who have no job to do were the members having most leisure time to consume in the society.

Transaction floors become livelier with more new investors. From expertsõ?T words, the number of new investor will raise many more if the market recovery gradually.
    Overcome the mental obstacle
    .
In early the second July session, Phuong Dong transaction floor was crowded with many investors. Mr. Phuong, a veteran investor, said, from early this week, this floor was no longer deserted as before. He saidõ?only up and down stock market can attract the investorsõ?. In others such as Dai Viet, SSIõ?Ư, it has been also more crowded and eventfully.
Mr. Thanh õ?" an investor who has just come back to Dai Viet transaction floor since the end of last week- said that the rehabilitation
trend of the market was not clear; however, VN-Index going up continuously during the previous weeks of transaction was a good news. He also hoped that limitation on discharge of mortgage holdings by the banks, along with the marketõ?Ts rehabilitation, would made small investors feel more fully confident.
In ACB floor, the investor, Hung, confided that despite getting back the market from midweek, he merely had started to trade in the second July. From his opinion, some investors had been a bit hesitative before; however, the bullish trend somewhat convinced the investors. He said thatõ? the investors will return to the market due to the recovery indication although they lost before.
    More newcomers appear
    Investors from Japan
From SSIõ?Ts data, SSI has received more than 150 foreign investors including about 10 investment organizations to open their accounts and make a transaction. Most of them come from Japan, Australiaõ?Ư
The foreign investors, unlike domestic investors, virtually took part in transaction immediately after opening their accounts. õ?oDeposit rates as well as interest from securities investments are very low in Japan. At present, the attractive price-point of VN market, together with the high profitability, is the fact interesting foreign investorsõ?, an expert said.
According to securities companies, more investors opened trading accounts. õ?oThe price of holdings is much cheaper than before, and this is a good opportunity for many investors including newcomersõ?. LMCH
During last three months, quantity of account opened in Dai Viet Floor raised by 2000. In SSI, more than 1500 accounts, including 50 of investment organizations, have been started for last two months. In other floor such as BV, ACB more accounts have been opened in recent time.
However, just a few newly opened accounts of domestic investors took parting in transaction. In SSI, for example, only about 30 % of total number of new accounts did transaction. From LMCõ?Ts words, the market expects the newcomers with the reason why is that they hadnõ?Tt lost during anticlimax period. They havenõ?Tt used borrowing for investment but mainly by idle money. This is one of the most important factors to insure the marketõ?~s stability.

As for foreign currency, Mr. H said, VSB is ready to provide enough for the commercial banks selling them to enterprises that import essential goods for economy. For the others, the commercial banks themselves regulate by purchasing of exportersõ?T and offering to importers. However, many exporters have been stocking in order to gain profit from exchange-rate variance, the banks has not meet the exchange demand of importers.
