Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment is essential to control violence in society.
The capital punishment is the death penalty for convicts cause of their crimes. In the history, most societies had the capital punishment and it also was used *****ppress political opinion divergence. The agree people acclaim ?owe reap as we sow?, the opposing camp censures that this penalty is too barbarian. After all, each country has the most effect solutions to prevent crimes. We should consider for the advantages and disadvantages of the capital punishment.
The capital punishment is essential. Firstly, it has effect to deter other criminals. It is useful to impress people, in order to make them fear the law. Simply like the administrative punishment about driving through a red light or going back up the street makes people to calculate carefully, let alone the death penalty for a sell-drug criminal. With the majority, it is a warming and deterrence severely. Because, nobody does not fear the death. The death penalty contributes to close the law and tighten the rules. Secondly, this is law of cause and effect, "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth". With murder, that behaviour must be revenged by other people, if they are not victim?Ts friends, relatives, it must be state. Finally, the capital punishment is a penalty to prevent and oppose criminals. With the special serious and dangerous criminals, the applying this death penalty into theses criminals is necessary. For example support this opinion, in Houston, Texas state, in 1981, there is the highest rate of murder in United States, 701 cases, it is higher than total the north Carolina. But, in 1982, this state ratified the capital punishment. The number of murders fell to 261 cases in 1996, fewer 63 percentage. Many dangerous criminals, such as terrorists, murders and so on, may escape from prison and become hazardous for people?Ts lives. The strict and clear law system helps people?Ts lives maintain the social order.
But besides, many people think that the capital punishment is too harsh. A person, when was executed, would not have opportunity to return the life and to start life afresh. In other hand, equally, there are some casuists and human also have mistakes. So there would have wrong verdicts. Specially, a death verdict executed would have chance to fix because victim died. In ad***ion, there are many sorts of penalty, such as imprisonment, re-educating or apprenticeship courses to equip prisoners with necessary skills when they leave the prison. And an important thing, the rate of criminal still don?Tt decrease in the countries, which have the capital punishment. Some Western scholars ever said that murderers and drug traffickers must be executed but however there are also murderers and drug traffickers in the real life.
In my opinion, I agree to maintain the capital punishment. We have to protect the liberty and right to live of people and the death penalty doesn?Tt violate the right to live of accused and these accused refused their right to live. The drug traffickers, unless they were executed, are still alive and effect to a generation, even many generations. So, in the future, the capital punishment is essential to control violence in society.

Some people enjoy living in a locaton that has a warm climate all year. Other people like to live in a place where the seasons change. In my opinion, I like to live in a place that has four alternating seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Because each season has specific characteristics, that makes my life colourful and meaningful.
For instance, spring - the first season in a year is considered to be the season of reproduction and development of plants, animals. In spring, life becomes more beautiful with a lot of flowers in bloom, birds singing on trees, drizzling rain, ?The beauty of spring make me love life more and more.
In summer, I can spend my holiday going travelling with my family or my friends. In hot weather, I go to sea, drink cold juice and enjoy ice cream.
I love autumn because in autumn, air is fresh and surroundings become more quite and peaceful.
The thing I like best in winter is Tet holiday. On Tet holidays, I can spend much more time to go to visit my relatives, neighbours and friends.
Above all, I love to live in a place where the seasons change because I can enjoy the whole beauty of life.

Looking at the first chart, we can see everyone travelled abroad mainly to making holiday, going business or visiting friends and relatives. In which, the number of peoples who travelled abroad with enjoying holiday reason was highest, had increased steadily from 15246 in 1994 to 20700 in 1998, rising by 5454. Following by business reason, with gradual increase in the same period, from 3155 to 3957. The number of peoples who travelled abroad to visiting friends and relatives had a slight decrease between 1994 and 1995, from 2689 drop to 2628, however, after that, increasing steadily again from 2628 in 1995 to 3181 in 1998. At last, other reasons only account for little number, and changing irregular among years over the period 1994 to 1998.
The second chart shows that everyone tend to prefer going to Western Europe than North America and other regions. Indeed, the number of peoples who going to this place had increased significantly in 1994 to 1998 period, reaching to 24519 compared with 1823 in North America region in 1998. There was a bit higher number for travelling to other regions than to North America, increasing from 1782 in 1994 to 2486 in 1998.
In conclusion, in 100000 sampled peoples, everyone seems to like going to Western Europe to enjoy their holiday more than other regions and for other reasons.

The figures for imprisonment in five countries between 1930 and 1980 was described by the table below.
First of all, we can see a considerable increase, but fluctuating significantly among years from 1930 to 1980 in US, and it is also the place where had the highest number of prisoners, reaching to 140000 peoples in 1980. The number of peoples in prisons have increased steadily from 30000 to over 80000 in 1980 in Great Britain, and this is the lowest number among five countries. In Australia and New Zealand, this number was equivalent and had increased gradually over the period 1994 to 1970, however, having a remarkable difference in 1930 and 1980. The figures for imprisonment in Canada decreased with a small fluctuation from 120000 in 1930 drop to about 90000 in 1980.
In summarization, the population size among countries must also be taken into account when comparing, however the crime situation in US seems to be the most worrying trend.
