ADB: Vietnam has to definitively act to avoid recession!
ABD urged Vietnam Government to continue closely supervising status, must have definitively act and quickly prevent the worse economy. ADB has predicted the GDP of Vietnam in this year will grow slower to 6.5% but in next year this rate will rise to 6.8% in comparison with 8.5% in last year and 7.3% in decades. The bank also predicted the rate of inflation of Vietnam in 2008 will increase to 19.4% and then decrease to 10.2% in next year compared to the same period in 2007.
In the report â?oAsian economy supervisingâ? which is periodically announced once 6 month, ADB noted that Vietnam should have definitive actions to avoid from the decline of the economy which had happened in Thailand where the Asian financial crisis had started in 1997-1998 years. In the context of the present economy in Vietnam, the rate of inflation tend to raise to 30% and more and more the trade deficit is inflated, ADB said that this worry is the facing with a lot of difficulties. The slack Financial and Monetary Policy of Vietnam have helped to explain why the state of inflation and the inner trade deficit increased that led to the economic problems resemble Thailand in decades 1990 although Vietnam seems to have a firmer foundation. While it has commendable signs that reveal hard Policies of Vietnam Government began to promote the usefulness, experiments of Thailand also reveal that if the policies are weak or not suitable, it will easily led to crisis. In June, the rate of inflation in Vietnam increased 26.8% compared in the same period last year and become one of the Asian nations that have the highest rate of inflation that due to affected by the raising of oil price and food. Meanwhile, the deficit of trade in early 6 month of year was also increase 3 times, up to 16.9 billion dollar.

How many money is spent on fast food by income groups in Britain. This question is answered in 1st column chart. The trends in consumption of fast food from 1970 to 1990 are described in graph below.
Overall, amount of money spend on fast food witnessed the wide gap among kinds of food and income groups. Spending on hamburgers in high income group obtain the maximum around 40 pence per week stand on position of (opposite with) spending on fish and chips in low income groups at nearly 10s.
Demand for hamburger tends to increase through income groups, from around 40 at high income to about 30 at averages and nearly 15 at lows. Amount of money is spent on pizza take the same consumption trend with around 20 at high income group, around 10 at averages, and almost 5 at lows. Money is spent on fish and chips get maximum point at 25 at average income groups and hit minimum at around 15 at highs.
The period given witnessed an overall increase of nearly 200 grammes pizza, around 400 grammes hamburger, it also saw an total decrease of 50 grammes fish and chips in consumption of fast food( p/s: how can I write without word â?ogrammesâ? repeatedly). For 20 years amount of hamburger is spent gradually increase from almost 100 to 100 (from 1970 to 1975) and suddenly, it took sharp increase for a long time and shot up to over pizza slightly rose from 1970 to 1980 and considerably grow from around 80 to nearly 300 for 10 next years. On the contrary, consumption of fish and chip gradually fall 100 grammes for 15 years in 1970 - 1985 and from then on, it climbed to nearly 250 in 1990.
It can be concluded from 2 chart hamburgers, the most favorite fast food of high and average income group, instantly increases from 1970 to 1990 while consumption of fish and chips, less preferred fast food in low income group fall through third fours the time given.

Technology is developing, standard of moral is changing, itâ?Ts cause for emergency of new youth trends, which include working or traveling for a year between finishing high schooling high school and starting university. Should young people continue this action? Public options about this issue are vary. Some people think they should end up this trend as soon as possible while others encourage this action.
There are some reasons for supporting the former view. One reason is worry about dangerous issues, which must be encountered with by post â?" pupil in almost new place or places when they are traveling. Demand for making study of other society, other environment as normal as ever in spring of life. But many problems are waiting for them â?" who travel with a little experiment in really strange environment. With potential student want to work before join in university, they meet other challenges. Lacking of overall knowledge, chance for them finding a suitable job is quite difficult. What insure finding out good job for them while post â?" student in unemployment status? Indeed, when they meet lucky chance, what will happen if they are fascinated by current job and havenâ?Tt had intend to come back to their studies. Bill Gate, the most billionaire famous over the world talked regretful about his uncompleted study in university.
On the contrary, there are also plausible reasons for supporting later idea. Leaver school are taught theory with poor practice knowledge. Traveling or working in 1 year is a good idea to take real life experiences to make accurate decision to go to university. In fact finding tour, young people would learn many things in new practices and new customers. It is useful not only for their life but also for their awareness. After definite time live far from family and familiar relationship, travel people will be enlarged their vision and take new active regard to their life. In other case, post â?" pupil engage in professional working environment also get new lessons about majors and relations. The view of real â?" working will give these potential student practical approach to their subject choice in university.
Both sides examined, I am favor of the view that this trend is should be to encourage. School leaver is young people, who are enough time, active and inspiration to trade 1 year between two periods of studies to take practice experiences and life value, which bridges the gap between academic knowledge are taught and real life.

    Nguyễn Việt Cương-C5T2W2:
Today, young people have more studying modes than any time in history. One amongst them is the suggestion youth should work or travel after graduating high school then continue studying university. This trend has both advantageous and disadvantageous points that influence on whom take it.
Proponents of this trend believe it could bring young people the knowledge called experience of life, considering one of the most important things for the success of a person. By working or traveling, youths have chance to explore the real society which is so multifaceted and sometimes is much different from curriculum things they?~ve ever been taught. These real experiences will be the great adventures in their lives and may also reveal several directions for their job choosing, especially for those who not deicide their future?Ts career. In ad***ion, these also will be expensive real self-evidences that students can use to enrich their university?~s essays. Furthermore, relationships young people have while working or traveling may be the support, even the key for them on the path to their careers.
Opponents of this trend, often parents and teachers, think differently. In their points of view, going directly to universities is the best and holidaymaking or a temporary job only wastes time and money and the society outside is too dangerous and widely for youths to cope with. Another argument bases on fearing the studying intention loss of those who succeed in business and forgot their main missions.
All-in-all, whatever opinions, a not-small amount of high school graduates has chosen this trend to have one more step closer to life and they?Tve had successes. Moreover, refreshments are always desirable when starting something new, in this case, university studies.
