Some people believe that the best way *****cceed is to set goals and work hard to achieve them. Other people think that hard work is not as important as good luck. In my opinion, hard work is more important than good luck and the best way to be successful is to set goals by working hard.
First of all, hard work produces almost properties for human being?Ts society. It not only raises peoplê?Ts enthuasism, concentration on work but also in some cases develops the unity of all members to aim to a specific target. Moreover, working hard helps people enhance an increasing number of skills so that they become more professional and achieve more success in work, as well as, in life.
Secondly, hard work is more important than good luck. Not everyone has good luck and a person is not always lucky in work and life, even a person may never have good luck in his whole life. As you are lack of intelligence and luck, hard work may give you a range of opportunities to gain success. If you want to set goals, you should work hard rather than keep waiting for good luck without doing nothing.

Standard way of children education is still now a controversial issue. Some people believe that to growth up, a child should be encouraged to compete, meanwhile others think co-operation as key for the issue. These two views all bring education system something positive, but as everything has several sides, there?Tre things of them to talk over.
Like a principle, wherever there is the appearance of competition, it also has the improvement there. The sense of competition will be the momentum for those who own it to be ready to confront with severe situations, pass them and finally win. It?Ts also right with children who have competitive will, they always try to complete their overall abilities by both extending their strong points and correcting and improving their weak fields through learning other peer?Ts fortes. As a result, they will become, at least, a skilled worker for society. However, the excellence of this thought tendency is its weakness as it?Ts easy to turn into the selfishness and jealousness. So it must be controlled and directed to the right way.
On the other hand, one can by no mean deny that collaboration is also a promising, substantial factor. Team working ability is, today, more appreciated in many companies. Because it can raise productivity by taking worker in right place and usually having several solutions form every member of staff for each hard trouble appearing. So it?Ts no reasons not to teach children this modern, effective working model. Furthermore, a child who knows to co-operate also has both public and personal good human behavior. And the consequence, of course, is that this child will gain supports from classmates or colleagues.
In conclusion, I fully believe that children, fostered to develop both competitive will and collaboration, approach success more quickly and completely. But as I said, they must be controlled right from the early stage to reject all deviations.

There are a number of means nowadays help human know how weather, in where they care, will change. For example, everyone can understand quite clearly, how the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (ABM) collects up-to-minutes informations on weather in order to produce reliable forecast, by looking at this diagram.
The first step to approach the weather information is any climate changing collection through satellite, radar (or called radio detection and ranging) and drifting buoy. After that, every signal, collected from above forecasting equipment, would be synthesize in the form of satellite photo, rada screen, synoptic chart. In this synthesization, radar was probably play the quite important role, because it?Ts not only collected individual forecasting signal but also received others from satellite, then made the radar screen and besides, created synoptic chart with drifting buoy.
After information acception, censors of ABM will save all of it into a computer and prepare quickly the forecast. How the weather reports come to inhabitant ? It?Ts broadcasted on TV and too easy to catch weather situation, will happen tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or even later few weeks. If miss the weather reports on TV, people can listen to it through radio or call to switchboard to get announcement.

Moreover, music not only meaningful with individual people but also very useful to makr the jubilant and eventful air of parties or festivals.
Economic in whole world develop more and more goes with appeariance of a number of musical kind, was know as international music, often be dissemination widely. Several people listen and really like it, while some others listen to it in order to keep with the lastest musical trend. On the one hand, international music express individual emotion strongly and clearly, but can not deny that on the other hand, the tra***ional music occupies more important role.
