At that time, I started to consider and compare enviously; although I am not a greedy man, I felt unhappy whenever I met everybody in the class gathering. Because they-my classmates-work in active working environments, and they learnt many skills I?Tve never ever known. Friends were more and more progressive whereas I wasn?Tt. I also tried to refresh myself by self-learning and self-improving, but it was so difficult for me. The students in the college are in relative low ability; instead of cultivating my knowledge, I puzzled how to cut down and simplify the curriculums so that they could acquire more easily.
The best endeavor that I did was to take part in the English training course in college, but it, of course, was ineffective than working in active environment with regular English communication. I deeply regretted and worried about the past when I realized that I regressed more and more. Then I definitely decided to take the master course as the way to hide the reality and hope for the change, and my desire came true after much persuasion. And I?Tm grateful to the College for their favor. At that time, I didn?Tt want to return although I still kept the labor contract but refusing to get their assistant. I myself took care of everything ranging from school fees to money for daily life. Some co-workers agreed to grants, but they had to work *****pplement their income. Because the grant for only fees and documents was so very little that we met with many difficulties while living in the cost-of-living city like HCMC.
Overcoming many obstacles, I finally finished the course with excellent grade. In fact, while studying in HCMC, I also did some part-time jobs; and just working for three hours per week, I could earn more than I did in the College. Hence, I lived and studied comfortably in HCMC. After graduation, I hesitated long because my friend recommended to me for many good positions with tenfold salary as comparison with current mine. However, I was reluctant to take my family?Ts advice is back to the College. And the first problem that I met was to re-sign the one-year probation contract. The reason for re-signing is that I had an inadequacy file, namely I lacked the B English Certificate; therefore, they couldn?Tt appoint me to senior lecturer when they to chuc xet tuyen cong chuc ??,?. and I had to restart everything like the student fresh from university. This matter made me stress. Even though those are government regulations, they are very inflexible. The bad situation really made me dispirited but I didn?Tt understand why I returned. Once again, I signed the one-year contract with 85 % of standard salary. Then I discussed this problem with Human Resource Department, but they didn?Tt give any appropriate answer and finally blamed me for everything. I wondered why they hadn?Tt cancelled the contract due to that inadequacy.

Two possible sites of the new supermarket planning for the Garlsdon town are drawn in the map below.
It is clear that the site two has more advantageous points than the site one. It is expected to be built inside the town centre, a place surrounding by an approximate three times larger housing area with 65,000 citizens and two industry zones that are in the north and south of the town. Meanwhile, the place one is in the north-western countryside, quite far from the main population area. It is near the railway but not close as the other.
In ad***ion, there are all three main roads crossing the place two. While the place one has only one which leads to Hindon, a 10,000 population area that is quarter of total citizens of the other two, Bransdon and Crasdon. However, the disadvantageous point of the site two is it place in a no traffic zone that prevents customers from arriving by their private transport.
