Total FDI to Vietnamese market in early seven months has exceeded in number of 21 billions USD, seemed to be a record amount of capital for 2007.
According to the data from Statistical Agency, 654 projects, with 44,5 billions USD gross investment, has been ratified for that time. However, Professor. HTV in Vietnam National University, Hanoi, suggested that it should be differentiated between pledged investment capital and factual disbursement capital. In the interview for BBC on 29/7, Mr. Vinh said the ministries announced such data in order to make the cheerful atmosphere but the actual disbursement capital was not much . After formation of the pledged investment capital period, some of the projects hadn?Tt been disbursed because of infeasibilities, and there was not any report on the projects like that. Prof. Vinh also noticed quality of any project was reflected through the matter such as job for native and environmental protection etc. He said:? Vietnam, somewhat, is very compliant for the investors, especially in the economic openning period?.Taiwan is at top of the list of investors, the following positions are Japan and Malaysia. Taiwan, now, has 84 projects in Vietnam with gross investment capital about 8.4 billions USD. *******, the Taiwan leading industrial group as well as the largest foreign partner in Vietnam, is executing two projects including Steel Complex Zone and Sonduong port in Ha Tinh with the first-phase capital of 7.9 billions USD.

Russia Government?Ts adviser said the inflation was the matter of Russian economy in the short term. The Government has just raised the anticipated value for the inflation in this year to 11.8 %. Recently, Mr.A.Dvorkovich, a Kremlin?Ts senior adviser, told:? Inflation is the leading-risk for Russia economy in the short term. However, the pressure caused by the inflation tends to decrease slowly, and we hope the rate won?Tt exceed the rate of last year, 11.9 %?. Nevertheless, the inflation rate for this year is possible to be over that value?. In early six months, inflation rate is about 8.7 to 8.9 % whereas this of corresponding period was just 5.7 %. Like other countries, foods and fuel prices have been increased fast in recent months. Many officials blamed the monopoly on foods and fuel on the growing inflation. Prime Minister Putin, in the March Duma?Ts meeting, undertook to decrease the high-price foods proportion by fostering domestic agriculture and keeping inflation rate for whole year under 10 %.

    Task 1-test2 camb2
The amount of leisure time in a typical week enjoyed by *** and employment status ,1998-99 is shown in the table .
It was right on what we might have been expected ,both men and women of unemployees and retirers had the highest number of leisure time .In which, men on average had 84 hours of leisure and only slightly more than women-about 75 hours .
For the full-time employees ,there was a dramatic decrease in leisure time for both genders .Here too, men enjoyed more leisure timer than women ,approximately 46 hours in comparison to around 37 hours for women.Another markable thing is that there were no statistics presented for male part-time wokers and househusbands whereas female part-timers and housewives enjoyed 40 hours and 50 hours of leisure respectively.
    .
In general, the chart shows that in almost employment status mentioned, women normally had less 9 hours of leisure than men .That''s maybe partly because women had to spend time on looking after their families besides their time at the workpace.

The consumer durables(telephone, refrigerator, etc) owned in Britain from 1972 to 1983 are shown in the table.
There was a steady increase in the percentage of British households with a number of consumer durables in this period .The most imporant increase was in telephone ownership, rising from 42% in 1972 to 77% in 1983.Similarly,another substantial increase occured in central heating ownership , rising from37% in1972 to 64% in 1983 .THE PERCENTAGE OF bRITISH HOUSEHOLDS with a refrigerator rose 21% between 1972 and 1983.The figures for British houses with washing machines by 14% over the same period .The statistics also show that the ownership of consumer durables such as dishwashers, televisions and vacuum cleaners virtually unsubstantially increase by 2%,5% and 8% respectively ,whereas videos which has just been used since 1983 occupied 18% of households.
In conclusion ,although over the period there was rises in all of consumer durables mentioned, the most significant rises belonged to the ownership of phones ,central heating , fridges and washing machines .It is probably a clue for improvements in standards of living in Britain and for the consuming trend toward a more and more comfortable and convenient life.

Independent speaking question 1 â?o a good son or daughterâ?
In my opinion, a good daughter in a family must have the following characteristics.
First of all, a good daughter must be an obedient girl. It means she is willing to take and follow her grandparents or parentsâ?T advice. It is obvious that the older people have experienced a series of difficulties, hurdles so their advice is usually right in many cases. If she doesnâ?Tt obey, she will tend to do bad things and harm herself, as well as, her family.
Secondly, a good daughter should try to learn hard in order to become an intellectual adult, a good member of society, which is any parentsâ?T wish.
Moreover, a good daughter should be thoughful of others. For instance, she should help her parents with housework when her parents are busy with their work in an effort to manage *****pport their family. In ad***ion, she takes care of all members when they fall ill and give encouraging words and advice to them when they feel disappointed and miserable.
Above all, the most important characteristics of a good daughter in a family is that she loves her family much. Because love is the steadily fundamental basis of a happy family and a family in turn is an important basis of any society.

The graph shows that in March 1993, the unemployment rate in US was 7 percent, comparing with only 2,5 percent in Japan in the same time. The percentage of work force unemployed in US tends to decline gradually since 1993 and reached 5 percent in middle of 1996, while this number increased steadily in Japan, and had nearly doubled after 3 years. Since 1996, the unemployment rate in US had changed with a small range, fluctuating around 5 percent level until March 1999. In Japan, this percentage fell rapidly by over 0,5 percent after March 1996, but just after several months, it went up steadily again with an insignificant fluctuation, and it also reached about 5 percent in March 1999.
