Many people often say ?oI isn?Tt in habit of having breakfast?, ?o I isn?Tt in the habit of sleeping in midday?, ? Surely, they don?Tt know that is bad habits. According to a medical scientist, habit is the second constitution, it means that humans want to have constitution, they need have healthy habits.
Many people often eat fast, walk slowly, talk too much, while we need eat slowly and chew carefully. Many people have preconception ?owe shouldn?Tt drink while we eat?. This is basic wrong in nutrition. We should drink a cup of cold water, fresh milk without sugar, beer or red wine. Try to eat timely everyday. The family meal need have to appear of members because this is moment to improve relationship between everybody.
Early, people?Ts acts is compel. If they are repetitive, they become habits and fall in line with our nature, even we don?Tt think about them. Successful creating healthy habits help people to save energy and protect healthy effectively.

An interesting lesson
We were about to gather up our things and come back to our car then a man appeared. He looked really fret and angrily asked us if we know or not this is private land. He showed at poster: must not camp. Although our daddy apologized he still seems to be not satisfied and asked name and address. Through stretch of road we were so ugly that could not speak any more. This not interesting thing damaged a wonderful day in countryside. Through rest of days in week we wondered then what will happen. Next Sunday we stayed at home though weather was fine. About middle afternoon, a luxury car stopped before our house. We were surprise when saw some people were preparing to camp in our small garden. Our daddy was angry and go out to ask what they intend to do. You can image his surprise when he recognizes that it was the man who took our address last week. Both of them were laugh and my daddy welcomed the strength guests into house. Rear time we became close friends but we were taught a lesson that we never forget.

07/06/08Before I never thought someday I had to leave my house in order to live at other region. But the situation changed my mind. For job, more exactly for better chances I should leave. My main trouble is that business manager is quite ambiguous. If I do not have a high diploma, it will be difficult to get a job. So I decided to study abroad. Now I have just several days before leaving my dear country. It is place where I was born and grown up. I take pride in my country. It is famous for scenery, black coal. I do not forget my house is among border town, crowded and hurry, friendly neighbors.Where I go to a nice island, belonging to Chinese. Climate in there is fine and their custom is close to Vietnamese such as food, culture, fashion and so on. I think it will easily get accustomed to live there. the new school is larger than my old university so much. It is very beautiful because one side is coast . The opposite side is mountain. The matter of using and reclamation of Cuu Long river delta.Cuu Long river delta is the biggest delta in Vietnam, with a total area of nearby 4 millions hectors, occupies 11,9% total area of Nation. There are 16,1 millions dwellers and occupies 21,1% total of nation?Ts population.Cuu Long river delta contains most of plain land, which is in sphere of influence of Cuu Long river?Ts branches (both upper and low delta) and rest of it (the alluvial areas is in river line) The upper delta is quiet high (higher 2-4 meters than sea level), but still be sunk in rain season. There are a lot of large water bogs on the most of its surface, which are deeply sunk in water in rain season and become crack-stagnant bogs in dry season. That is a large land, thinly populated, and not is exploited much yet.The low delta is lower, usually is influenced by tides and sea waves. The river gate?Ts water levels are changed as breakneck pace; the tongues of salt water soak into land. Besides, some kind of lands on 2 river banks and coastal sand outcrops, there are water stagnant areas and alluvial grounds, higher 1-2 meters than this delta?Ts surface, are appeared in rain season.The alluvial delta on river line, although located on out of river?Ts sphere of influence, still was created by river alluvial such as: Dong Nai river delta, Ca mau delta.The wild world of Cuu Long River is very various and also meets a lot of hurdles.In there, base on wet tropical climate, the nearby Equator?Ts properties are present clearly. However, the using and reclamation in there is very vital and becomes an urgent requirement to turn this delta become an economics zone of Nation.The most urgent issue of Cuu Long delta is sweet water. The noticeable limitation in using delta is soaking salt and alum. So that, they need water for wash out salt and acrimonious in dry season.To cope with dryness, which causes evaporating of salt and acrimonious, sweet water sources are from river or underneath, served as special meaning. They always lack of water in dry season. The local people use many ways to wash out alum and salt and get a given result. And this activity caused the erosion that contributes to increasing of storms in many countries, especial countries near the sea. Second, the population remains increase and this issue depend a lot on the sense of human that left over from the sense of previous generations in some countries. Finally, increasing filthy gases in becoming a global problem and paid attention on by many people because they directly influence on human life. Everyday, in over the world, human activities eliminate the large amounts of harmful gases to the air. Those gases polluted the atmosphere as well as damaged the live environment that play a key role in social developing. More dangerous, those activities take place in everywhere uncontrolled. So, how to keep the Earth from those consequence? It may be need vary human sense and attitude toward this global issue and must have enough time to do anything!
