Conference CG ending with a total of ODA for VN in 2009 reached 5,014 billion USD, in which there is no commitment of the sponsors of the biggist years ago- Japan. Represent for this country to know the decision to temporarily stop preferential loans to VN by waiting for results of the investigation PCL.
