Moreover, the young people are able to be injured to both the body and the mind.

Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment is essential to control violence in society.
To what extend do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
Over several decades, crime rate related to violence has tent to increase in many societies and robbed a number of lives simply and regrettably. To prevent this terrible phenomenon, authorities have implemented serious solutions, of which death penalty death penalty was the most controversial. In my view, they should reconsider the actual effectiveness of this punishment and try to find a better direction.
When performing the act, lawmakers just probably aimed to prevent the violence repetitions in other subjects rather than punish the crime committer or give them guilty. The capital punishment may date back to the ancient times, according to the principal of â?~reason - resultâ?T though the degree of crime has changed considerably. By this way people who intend to harm others would realize the border between violence and killing due to their fear of death penalty. However, the fact did not support the theory when the violent activities are rising rapidly in a large scale as if the law does not exist. No matter cruel crime people committed, they still are human beings who have gone wrong.
In many developed countries, especially in European region, death penalty has been abolished for several decades. It is not a random phenomenon when their quality of life is excellent. This can be look upon as models by the proper social con***ions such as good public care and fully education would be the key for decreasing violent crime without capital punishment. Although in some special cases this law remained a certain effect to secure our life. But it should be phased out eventually for a better future.

In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility.
It is difficult to say whether children should participate in work for payment because it depends on each specific situation. Many children may gain valuable experiences when doing some part time jobs which are relatively simple and safety. But others could encounter physical and mental problems due to engaging in bad working con***ions.
There is no doubt that a number of children became more mature after taking suitable works during their vacations or even school years providing if it could not much affect to their learning process. In the working environment, children may develop their social skills as some jobs require good contact with customers. Practicing in gift shop or supermarket would give them those opportunities. Besides, they can learn to understand responsibility attitude which is detracted when staying at home. From these points, children would advance in thought and behaviors as well as experiencing more interesting lives.
On the other hands, there have been alarming facts that children in many parts in the world are exploited cruelly by working in hazardous and heavy con***ions. A lot of cold-hearted bosses hired the future civilians for high profit. They knew that payment for children is much cheaper than adults and children tend to be tricked by attracting terms. Thereby children are easily thrown into workshops and factories, doing dangerous works without insurance or safety assistance. It could be the main reasons for critical public opinion on this issue.
In my view, children should not be banned to engage in some type of paid work but authorities also need *****pervise working con***ions applying to those vulnerable, or give strict punishment for who intend to use children illegally. In ad***ion, parents and schools should equip their children fully information and skills to ensure that they can protect themselves effectively in the face of potential risk involving with their work.

Writing task 2: University should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. To what extent do you agree or disdegree?
Itâ?Ts extremely perfect if university can accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. There are many advantages in the ways of education, especially in the educated university.
Everybody also believes that if there is the balance between male and female in a class, it will bring a big benefit for the students. Specifically, it is easy to divide student into the group which will have both the boys and girls. The group works more effective the ones only having male or female. In ad***ion, the balance will help bring a good studied environment , it allow the students to compete between the girls and the boys. It makes them to be aware of the equalitarian society. Also, not only the competition but also the assistance emerges in the class. For that reason, the studied results are improved patently. For example, the class has the same number of male and female, the students will know how to work and support together as an exercise is delivered to achieve the best result.
Moreover, this brings many benefits for not only the students but also the teachers. Firstly, the teachers can deliver the subject easily for each group to carry out the tutorials while they donâ?Tt have to be interested in the unfairness among the groups. Secondly, the equality allows the teachers to manage all the students more simple. Given that there is only boy in every subject, it is difficult to teach and manage the intelligent and mischievous boys. Finally, the best advantage, all lectures always expect, is the good studentsâ?T awareness although they are not so hard.
However, not that all university can perform the way of education. The fact shows that the difference between male and female is developing more and more apparently not only in Vietnam but also all over the world. Therefore, if university accepts equal numbers male and female intentionally, there will be a big unfairness in the society. So, for that fact reason, the equality is difficult to become a reality in spite of having many benefits.
In conclusion, because of the fact, university shouldnâ?Tt accept equal male and female in every subject in my opinion. Nevertheless, if having suitable con***ions and going through the unfairness fact of society, the best way is the equal performance in university.

The Ministry also established the Management Board of cat fish exporting to Russia market. This Board represents for the association of enterprises of cat fish processing and exporting in Viet Nam to negotiate with the Russia partner to reach the agreement on quantity, quality of cat fish and frozen file cat fish. It aims to restrict price dumping competition between exporting enterprises, making quality poor and uncontrolled.
After running successfully the management model to Russia market, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will extend the exporting management to selected markets following such as: America, North Africa-Middle East, Latin America, and EU.
Over a long time of neglect and experience from an intensive bilateral negotiation, Russia enterprises agreed to re-import these products from VN. A first contract, worthing 7,000 tons of cat fish, will be signed in next few days, of which including 5,000 tons of common fish and 2,000 tons of packaged fish.

As plan for 2009, the factoryâ?Ts capacity is gradually increased to reach 100% of the designed capacity at the early of August 2009 and the factory is handed over in October 2009. Running with 100% of the designed capacity, it can produce each month nearly 150,000 tons of petrol, 240,000 tons of oil, 23,000 tons of LPG, and other products such as: over 8,000 tons of Propylene, about 30,000 tons of Jet-A1 plane petrol, about 25,000 tons of FO petrol. As schedule for 2009, it will produce about 2.6 million of tons of products in various types.
With building and putting together in parallel at the construction site, the investor recruited and trained more than 1000 labors, operating machines. Besides, the preparing for production activity, pilot, receiving and operation of the factory were promoted. From May 2008 to present, the investor (Petrovietnam) imported 1500 tons of LPG, over 50,000 ton of diesel oil, and over 160,000 tons of Bach Ho rough oil, serving for testing run and operation of the factory. With the agreement of the Prime Minister, Petrovietnam set up Bim Son oil refining chemical one-member limited company. It is responsible for receiving, management, operation and business of Dung Quat factory effectively.
At the inauguration, Mr. *************** praised efforts of thousands of local and foreign experts, engineers, who work hardly all day. He also acknowledged the great contribution from local residents in Binh Son district, transferring their land for more space to build this factory. In ad***ion, he assigned Petrovietnam and Quang Ngai province to take responsibility of taking care residentsâ?T life both physic and spirit fields, solve employment issue for them to stabilize quickly their life at the new settlement. These sporting occasions have proved to be helpful in easing international tensions in difficult times when powerful leaders were trying to control the world?s economy and other governments were fighting over land.
The Olympic Games are one of the best examples which prove how sporting events can bring nations together, at least temporarily. From ancient History, when Greeks and Romans would interrupt battles to participate in the games, to the more recent international disputes, when athletes from Palestine and Israel would forget their differences, compete pacifically and even embrace each other after an event. Moreover, these popular events have called the world?s attention to the terrible consequences of wars; thus some leaders have tried to accept agreements to end their dispute and live peacefully.
Similarly, international sporting events show benefits in some developing countries which live in a daily internal civil war. For example, Brazil has a high rate of unemployment, lack of education, hunger, crime, poverty and corruption which leads to an immense embarrassment of being Brazilian and a low self-esteem. However, when the Football World Cup starts, the Brazilian squad, which is considered the best team in the world, provokes an amazing feeling of pride in their country. Most people seem to forget all their problems and even the criminal activity decreases. They paint roads with the national colors, use wear the Brazilian team shirt and buy national flags. Moreover, the competition brings families and neighbors together and even rival gangs watch the games and celebrate peacefully.
In conclusion, popular sporting events play an important role in decreasing international tensions and liberating patriotic feelings as History has shown.
This is a great essay, the ideas, language, structure of paragraphs and sentences, grammar show high level of English. In my opinion it is Band 8. Keep up the good work.

Improvements in health, education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas.
Today?Ts world has been divided into developing and industrialised countrieswhich the main difference between them is the amount of money that governments apply in important sectors such as education, health and commerce. Most of the poorer nations are buried in debts as a result of their unbalanced finances which are reflect in a failed health care, an unstructured education system and a weak international trade. This vicious cycle will continue indefinitely unless wealthier nations show interest in minimizing the worldwide economic differences, as well as taking more responsibility for assisting unfortunate countries.
Most of the African countries live in sub-human con***ions because of the extreme poverty, upheaval, hunger, disease, unemployment, lack of education and both inexperienced and corrupt administrations. The devastating consequences of the AIDS epidemic in those countries could improve if the infected populations receive free drugs to control the disease, have access to health professionals and get information on how to prevent its spread. But this can only be achieved through international help programs in which leaders of the world?Ts richest countries donate medicine and also send doctors and nurses to treat and educate those in need.
Moreover, most of the poor countries rely on selling agricultural products and raw material to rich nations and buying industrialized products from them resulting in a huge financial deficit. Consequently,
they borrow a significant amount of money from the World Bank to try to improve their broken economies, but sometimes the money disappears with no significant changes and they cannot even pay the interest to the bank. Regarding this issue, last year the G8, which is comprised of leaders of the eight richest nations, decided to forgive billions of dollars worth of debt owed by the world?s poorest nations. In ad***ion, they developed adequate loan programs to financially assist those countries.
In conclusion, leaders of the industrialised countries play an indispensable role in assisting developing nations deal with essential areas such as health, education and trade. Also, their aid is the key to breaking the vicious cycle, which results in poverty and death.
