It has been said that English should be introduced to curriculum in Viet Nam from grade 1, thus the teaching and learning processes of the so-called international language would be more effective. However, the issue which has recently become the controversial topic in Vietnamese media should be considered carefully its involved factors before making official decisions.
According to researchers, there have some advantages of learning English as early as possible. If children are taught foreign language at the age of grade 1, they may develop great capability of interpretation and memorizing that language whereas for adults these things are regarded as hard barriers to overcome. Furthermore, learning English might create more opportunities to develop the studentâ?Ts social skills like communication through speaking and listening activities. There have been some evidences that children who study English at young age tend to be more active and confident than others.
On the other hands, one might question whether accessing another language at that time would cause bad effects on ability to use biological language of Vietnamese students. Unfortunately, this consumption appears to prove practical. It has been observed that students who even were familiar with English at kindergarten might encounter confusions of grammatical and word structures between two languages. In worse cases, those children may isolate themselves with surrounding social environment due to distinctive thought acquired during the learning period.
In my own opinion, the introduction of teaching English to grade 1 should not be performed because it is likely to cause more harm than good. It could be better for children to learn after reaching complete skills of using Vietnamese

Truth be told, US has generated a lot of interest in lately. The major issue that I will address in this essay is why I would like to go there for the whole summer. US is nation of immigrants, so have many cultures as well as religions that are exciting to participate. For instance, festivals bear variety of colorful life will attract traveler at the first sight. In ad***ion, It is a huge country with hundreds of landscape and rich nature as well. Following the Chernobyl nuclear disaster it has become increasingly obvious that nuclear reactors constitute a potentially devastating threat to human and environment health. Should government continue to maintain and develop nuclear power plants? What are risks and benefits associated with nuclear power production?
Recently, there have been concerns about the state of nuclear power establishments which were supposed to bring about damage to human beings and environmental surroundings. But many scientists have come to a consensus that this novel development may help to resolve the current scarce of energy sources. Personally, I think that the government should sustain nuclear reactors accompanied with the close monitoring in order to avoid regrettable consequences.
The facts have shown that nuclear power has overwhelming advantages which not much other kinds of energy can possesses. First of all, it made great impressions in terms of economical effectiveness. Lack of stable supplies of electricity used to be an obsession for many countries now is no longer a concern due to the presence of nuclear power plants which could generate electricity output with higher capacity and much cheaper price than before. There has been an interesting fact that these institutions even produced less waste compared to other plants using fossil material such as oil and coal, thus causing less harm to the environment and human health. If safety standards are seriously followed through working process in reactors, then disasters as Chernobyl may not happen and hardly be a barrier to keep developing this revolutionary power.
However, it also should be considered the potentially extremely serious threat in developing nuclear power establishments. Research has revealed that once nuclear incidents occurring radiation chemicals released from the explosion could lead to cancer in civilians who live near that areas or destroy completely the surrounding ecosystem and these results may exist for tens of years. Besides, there seems to have another more worried phenomenon when many nations have exploited the demand of building nuclear plants for energy but in essence to sever military purposes which may speed up security tension in regions.
In conclusion, the exits of nuclear reactors may be a sensitive issue, but with attempts of effective control the government still could continue *****pport nuclear power system which is able to create undeniable benefits for the economic and social development.
