Chúc mừng sự thành công của WSW năm nay của chúng ta! Hi vọng trong thời gian tới, HAAC sẽ tiếp tục trở thành 1 trong những câu lạc bộ thiên văn đón nhận đông đảo các bạn trẻ tham gia và ủng hộ.
Có lẽ clb nên kiếm thêm tài trợ đi, có khi thu đc ối tiền quảng cáo ý!

Theo dự kiến thì báo Mực Tím số đặc biệt tháng 10 sẽ có bài viết về CLB và buổi phóng "tên nước" vừa rồi. Mọi người đón đọc nhé.!

Ah ! WSW lần này hơi cập rập một chút nên không thể đi đến các nhà tài trợ được mặc dù có nơi đã ngỏ lời. Cập rập quá nên không thể viết 1 bản kế hoạch chi tiết và cũng không có ai rảnh để mang đến cho họ xem.
Trong các hội thảo cần sức thu hút lớn như thế này kinh phí là việc khá quan trọng. Mình chỉ có thể bung ra hết khả năng của mình khi có đủ kinh phí. Dĩ nhiên là tài trợ cũng có những yêu cầu của họ. Việc có cái tên trong banner cũng như được nhắc đến trong hội thảo cũng không có gì là quá đáng và đó cũng là mục tiêu xã hội hóa trong việc phổ biến tình yêu khoa học cho mọi người.
WSW lần này không phải chỉ nhìn qua số lượng tham gia đông mà đã thành công. Riêng mình, mình đáng giá sự thành công ở các điểm:
1- Sự kiện WSW cũng như ý nghĩa của nó đã được đông đảo bạn trẻ biết đến
2- Tạo cơ hội tiếp cận giữa các bạn trẻ và các nhà khoa học, và nhu cầu này quả là rất lớn, bằng chứng là cuối hội thảo GS.TS Nguyễn Mộng Giao bị "bao vây" và phải nán lại mãi mới dứt ra được.
3- Các kiến thức thiên văn cơ bản cũng đã được phổ biến, và hơn thế nữa rất nhiều bạn qua ngày hội này đã tìm được những người có cùng sở thích để trao đổi với nhau.

HAAC vừa gửi báo cáo cho WSW về việc tổ chức ở TP.HCM vừa qua

This is the very first time World Space Week (WSW) is held in HCM City. The celebration received much attention from the population, especially Vietnamese youths.
Our promotions for the 2007 WSW included:
- Announcing of the 2007 WSW on our website at http://www.vietastro.org.
- Advertisements of the 2007 WSW on television and newspapers.
- Distribution of posters at over 10 universities and high-schools.
HCMC Amateur Astronomy Club( HAAC) in cooperation with the Hochiminh City Institue of Physics, successfully held the Astronomy Festival on 7/10/2007.
Activities of the Astronomy Festival included:
- Seminar session held in the morning with our Guests of Honour: Prof. Nguyen Mong Giao ?" one of the most prominent physicists in Vietnam, Dr. Ta Anh Tuan ?" Manager of the Hochiminh City Institute of Physics, B.A. Tran Quoc Ha ?" representative of National Astronomy Organization. The seminar saw the participation of over 200 professors and students. Various lectures were held, including:
? Introduction on the 50 ?" year history of Space Exploration and its milestones.
? Introducing the updated knowledge of human about Physical cosmology.
? Introduction of the National Astronomy Organization.
? Introduction of the amateur astronomy community?Ts main activities.
? Introduction on the construction and operation of water rockets by teacher Nguyen Thanh Tuong and his students from Le Hong Phong gifted school.
? Exchange of relations with the scientists in the community.
- Outdoor activities held in the evening comprised of:
? Launching of water rockets under the guidance of teacher Nguyen Thanh Tuong and his students.
? Introduction of different telescope types and their usage by members of HAAC.
? Practice night observing with telescope.
The 2007 Anniversary of World Space Week in Hochiminh city received much attention from the population, especially students from all over the region. We look forward to more cooperation from the national as well as international astronomy community in order to bring the community?Ts awareness for astronomy to a greater level.

Invitation to Join the Celebration of
World Space Week 2008

Dear Colleague,
You are invited to participate in the biggest annual space event of humanity, World Space Week, October 4-10.
Synchronized events attract media coverage. World Space Week has the most space-related events of any time of year. It thus uniquely gives you and your organization great leverage, whether your goal is to inspire students, educate the public, promote your brand, or advocate your views.
To participate, simply schedule space-related outreach activities during October 4-10 and promote them as World Space Week. Establish contact with your National Coordinator and enter your plans into the World Space Week Calendar. Then, together with your Coordinator and other participants, tell the media about the total celebration.

World Space Week was declared by the United Nations in 1999. Last year, it was celebrated in 54 countries and in space. In the World Space Week 2007 Annual Report, you can see who participated and how space is meaningful to people around the world. WSW khuyến khích bất cứ cá nhân nào hay một nhóm cộng đồng tham gia vào việc tổ chức Tuần Lễ Thế Giới Với Vũ Trụ.
Do đó có thể là một buổi sinh hoạt giữa các bạn bè trong lớp, CLB cấp trường... cốt yếu sao cho ý nghĩa về WSW được càng nhiều nguời biết càng tốt.
Về nhiệm vụ của một điều phối viên (người hoặc nhóm tổ chức) WSW có một số yêu cầu:
* Invite as many organizations as possible across all sectors of society to hold special programs during World Space Week
* Ensure that all participants enter their World Space Week plans into the calendar
* Seek media coverage of the resulting World Space Week celebration to impact the entire population
* Afterward, ensure that all participants provide reports and photos of their event

Nhận poster từ World Space Week
Hiện CLB Thiên Văn Nghiệp Dư TP.HCM(HAAC) đã nhận được các poster cho năm 2008 từ tổ chức WSW.
Các CLB, nhóm dự dịnh sẽ tổ chức WSW xin thông báo số lượng poster cần thiết để HAAC gửi cho các bạn.
Số lượng poster WSW gửi cho chúng ta là 50 cái, HAAC sẽ phân phối tùy theo nhu cầu và qui mô tổ chức của các địa phương.
Chủ đề năm 2008 là "Exploring the Universe" - Khám phá Vũ Trụ. Tuần lễ WSW kéo dài từ 4-10/10
Hiện nay là thời điểm các nhóm lên chương trình tổ chức và đăng ký với WSW. Các bạn có thể đang ký trực tiếp trên web của WSW hoặc gửi mail cho HAAC là điều phối viên cho WSW tại Việt Nam : hcmc.astroclub@gmail.com
