    Làm ơn chỉ giúp khoá học về Quản lý đất đai

    Nhờ các bạn có kinh nghiệm về tìm kiếm khoá học ở xứ Oz chỉ giúp tôi các trường đại học có khoá đào tạo Master về Quản lý đất đai, bao gồm đào tạo về các chính sách về đất đai, hệ thống thông tin đất (LIS), hệ thống đăng ký đất đai... với thời gian là 1.5 năm hoặc 2 năm.

    a. Master of Facilities Management: Commercial and domestic buildings are a long-term proposition and a considerable capital investment. Operating costs can often equal or outweigh this initial investment. Facilities managers are responsible for maintaining the value of the investment by ensuring that buildings and other facilities are properly serviced and adequately maintained. The program provides the skills and knowledge required by the facilities manager to operate in a professional environment.

    b. Sustainable Design: This program provides the necessary skills and knowledge to design energy-efficient and environmentally conscious buildings. It addresses the relationship between architecture and current environmental issues, and it explores environmentally sustainable architecture.
    The core units of study in this program are listed in the Table of Graduate units of study. There is flexibility to study areas of specific interest to each student. Heritage Conservation: The program''''s primary aim is to develop skills in the assessment, interpretation, management, formulation of policy, and documentation of culturally significant places, including buildings, sites and cultural landscapes. Secondary aims include the analysis of pressures for change and the promotion of cross-cultural study.
    The program emphasizes the importance of management issues and a practical understanding of mechanisms of statutory authorities, both local and international, which affect conservation and development.

    Regional development is the study of regions and processes of regional change.     Cảm ơn Adamour nhiều nhiều nhé, Ts sẽ xem xét phần thông tin về Master of Geographic Information Technology mà bạn đã cung cấp. Geographic Information Technology sẽ là công cụ rất tốt để phục vụ quản lý NN về đất đai đối với những người làm về chuyên ngành trắc địa - bản đồ. Ngành của Ts mang nặng tính tính hoạch định chính sách, nếu tìm được khoá học phù hợp như LIS hoặc LRS thì tốt hơn nữa.
