Làm thế nào để luyện nghe và nói?

Tiếng Anh tớ cũng yếu lắm. Nhất là khâu nghe

Nghĩ lại thấy tiếc cái plan của mình mất công xây dựng quá. Có khi gửi lại cho các bác xem. Pác nào muốn join thì PM với em.
Còn pác nào chưa join đc luôn, thì tham khảo, Coi như em chia sẻ idea của em cho kác pác. Chẳng bổ ngang thì cũng bổ dọc. Cùng tiến, chẳng đi đâu mà thiệt. Kác pác nhể.
Em e*** lại rồi gửi lại kác pác.
Pác nào interest thì cứ tự động implement nha. Nhóm em hiện tại có 2 người rồi. Em cần có 3-4 người nữa để run cho trơn tru.

Group Discussing Plan
1. Participants and responsibility:
- bigben3012: general moderator

- trungcaf: the most welcome person: observe and give us comments and suggestions if needed, please, Trung. I would be very grateful if you can join us as much as possible.
2. Goal:
- Main target: practice and master speaking skill in general and for IELTS examination as well.
- Get to know each other so that we can share method, books, CD, experiences and even something else.
3. Schedule:
- Practice as much as possible, strongly recommend everyday.
- Timeable: 9:30pm ?" 11pm Tuesday, Thursday, and later on Sunday if possible.
- I hope wê?Tll take an offline each week, it may be on Sunday afternoon at some café convenient for almost everyone..
4. Discuss Issues:
- Continuously talking about 1 topic per week

5. Conducting Discussion:
- Focus on each content topic each week, not the whole main topic.
For example: Week 1: Population (belonging to Social Issues)
5.1 Prepare for topic: (I let it open to all of you. I just wanna give you some steps so that everyone can take each discussion easily and effectively)
a. For Moderator: (exchange each week)
+ Choose a small topic for whole week from the main topic that you are duty on.
+ Choose some articles, news on Vietnamnews?T website. (the link above)
+ Outline some question guide, or guideline for focus discussion in each day ( We have 3-4 pieces each week)
+ Send guidelines for the whole week via email for everyone in our group (strongly recommend: Make sure everybody can receive these at least 2 days before the first section).
b. For participants:
+ Read the guidelines thoroughly.
+ Collect information about that topic as much as you can, from various sources like CNN, BBC and Vietnamnews?
+ Build vocabulary about that topic on your own so that you can talk freely in focus discussion.
5.2 Discussing:
- Moderator will raise question guide so that everybody can show opinion or wondering about that.
Remember that Moderator is not the one who talk MOST while discussing. Their duty is to raise topic sentence or topic guide for everyone to talk.
- The rest try to prepare carefully about the vocabulary system, ideas, questions?.Anything can enrich the discussion is welcomed.
- Wê?Tll have 2 assistants:
+ Ass 1: Take note the idea in progressing of discussion. (Like a document the note-takers have to make in each focus group discuss. But, we can give up chart, map, and don?Tt have to attach ideas to each person in name. Just revise as idea raised in discussion)
This document will be sent to all via email after each session. It?Ts helpful for all of you to keep ideas of the topic so that you can develop as a written exercise for yourselves. And It?Ts meaningful for whom absent in some discussion.
+ Ass 2: Take note all the new words, phrasal verbs, structures, and some key issues on grammar if available.
This note will be sent via email similar to the document above.
6. How to take over moderate position:
- Please inform Phuc about your absence if you are the moderator as soon as possible.
- @Phuc: plz follow up the timeable moderation of everyone, and make changes if needed.
- Recommend: I have appointed each person to take responsibility in each topic, but, we had better have well-prepared in each sudden situation. When someone is absent in his duty, Phuc will have to appoint another to take over his duty that section. I draft a duty list, plz consider as if it?Ts reasonable or not.

- Phuc: With that duty list, it?Ts easier for you to facilitate discussion even the official moderator can?Tt fulfill his duty.
- It?Ts necessary for every couple of Moderator (official and standby) to communicate so often that the standby knows what he has to do in case of the official?Ts absence.
7. Finance:
- Fund for our group will be raised from punishment from whom breaks the rule of our group.
- Cost for our activities like offline café or extra-activities will be shared for participants in each section.
- In special days, welcome anyone who wants to host us (in the Women?Ts day for example. He he)

Trước tiên rất ủng hộ các bạn ủng hộ plan của tớ.
Tối hôm qua, nhóm đã bóng bàn và thống nhất xong lịch talk, topic và implentation. Tớ xìa mấy ý chính sau:
- Lịch talk: 10pm -12pm thứ 3, thứ 5 hàng tuần. (Tối chủ nhật là buổi tâm sự bạn gái bạn zai, nói kiểu j cũng đc).
Bắt đầu từ: 10pm thứ 3, 17/06/2008.
- Topic: chọn topic trên Vietnamnews.
- Chuột bạch (MOD) đầu tiên là tớ, có 2 note-takers sunnytavn & sunny-in-my-eyes.

Bạn nào muốn join thì cứ add thêm tên và nick YM, skype vào list ở trên nhé.
Vì talk on skype cũng k được nhiều người vì sẽ bị rớt mạng thường xuyên, nên các bạn cứ tự input vào danh sách. Nghĩ giúp mình xem có nên chuyển sang Pal k? hoặc có 1 option nữa là chia làm 2 nhóm. Plan các bạn có rùi mà.
Nhóm vừa thực hiên topic"lam quen" tối qua nhớ lịch của mình nha. Ai được bổ sung sau thì hồi sau sẽ rõ.

Cảm ơn kác pác đã ủng hộ plan của em.
Hiện giờ chắc nhw dinh đóng cột là tuần sau sẽ có buổi thảo luận đầu tiên, chủ đề: Religion.
Cái đinh thứ 2 là có 5 đồng chí chắc chắn sẽ là core của nhóm.
Theo những người đã EOI join vào nhóm thì có 11 người. NẾu chắc chắn cả 11 người cùng đảm bảo sẽ theo đc plan này thì có thể sẽ phải chia làm 2 groups. Trong 2 tuần tới có khi là thời kỳ nông nhàn của em nên em sẽ join cả 2 để còn giải thik kịp thời cho kác pác những uẩn khúc của plan if needed.
Khi mọi thứ đã clear like crystal rùi thì cho em thu cả 2 chân về 1 nhóm thui ạ. He he. Sức người có hạn.
Em đi ngủ đã ạ. Kác bạn có điều kiện học nhóm in person cũng có thể áp dụng plan này, k cws j phải online.
