We are pleased to note from your letter of 23 Sept that you will reduce 10% of your price for us. => có thể dùng " .... you would discount 5% for us" được không ạ?
........as we know that ......... => as we know, S+V (nếu viết thế kia k thành câu hoàn chỉnh)
....Vietnam has joined to ASIAN.... => join something (without "to")
....ASIAN group( ASIAN free trade area)..... Nếu e không nhầm thì đây là AFTA
....tariffs tax.... => Tariff (only) vì đã là thuế xuất nhập khẩu rồi, k cần thêm tax nữa
....when we imported.... => when we import (1st con***ional sentence)
In this connection... (k hiểu) => therefore?
....If it could be....=> If it is available...

It was really nice business letter. I had made some improvements . Good luck.
    Dear Mr. Cho,

We are pleased to note from your letter on 23 Sept., 2005 that you will reduce 10% of your price for us.

However, as you know that now Vietnam has joined in ASIAN group( ASIAN free trade area), in which we have favor to reduce the tariffs tax to 5% when we import any electronic goods from the other ASIAN countries. Therefore, we would like to know if you can give us the certificate of origin form D for the above mentioned DVD, that we are going to place an order from your company.

If it could be, your DVD''s price is reasonable.
If not, could you give us a special price, about 350 USD because we afraid of increasing the expenses of taxes on our retail prices.

We will be highly appreciated your understanding and cooperation on this matter/case.

We are looking forward to hearing and receiving good news from you.

    Yours truly,

    Bạn tham khảo nhé:
    Dear Mr. Cho,
We thank you for your letter ref....dated/of 23 Sept offering us your discount of 10% from your originally quoted price.
However, as you (may) knowVietnam has joined ASEAN (not ASIAN) group( ASEAN free trade area- AFTA), in which we will have favor for 5% duty reduction on all imported electronics from other ASEAN countries.
In order for us to favour such incentive/tax reduction, we would like you to provide us with the certificate of origin form D for the above mentioned DVD if we place the order with you.
In case you are unable to provide this C/O form D, could you give us a special price, about 350 USD because we are afraid of increasing the expenses of taxes on our retail price.
Your understanding and cooperation on this matter will be highly appreciated.
We are looking forward to receiving your soon confirmation.
    Yours truly,

Cuối tuần này là em fải submit application form rùi .. các bác xem hộ em nhé... cám ơn các bác nhiều ạ....
First experiences can be defining. Cite a first experience that you have had and explain its impact on you.
Three years ago, life for me was a piece of cake. Easy, sweet, no anxieties.
The day I received the scholarship offering me to study at Rossall, a tra***ional boarding school in England, I was so pleased that I didn?Tt notice my life would have turned to a new page. The new intriguing page accommodates more challenges and exactions.
In my first term in the school, I got along with everything rather smoothly. After six weeks, we had our first holiday, the one-week half-term break. The frequent school vacations, along with their denial to stay over are the reasons my connection with travel has gradually become well-acquainted. I did travel before, but that was with my family taken care of everything. This time, it was me, all standing by myself.
Since I would have to travel to Germany so often, I sought for a cheapest mean of travel. I found one: Ryan Air. However, the problem with this charter airline is it only fly from Hamburg to London despite my destination was Manchester. I took the risk. I would go back to school by train from London to Blackpool North, the nearest train station. I booked a rail ticket through the Internet and inquire it delivered to my address in Germany.
The flight was without a hitch. Arriving at London Stansted airport with a heavy backpack and two suitcases, I was stunned by the vastness of one of the London airports. Its enormity caused a rise of insecurity and anxiety upon me. Take deep a breath, I looked for the exit sign of this place. The airport map I got from the Internet did nothing but rather confused me.
Reaching to London Euston station was a wonderful exertion subsequent to having gotten in a wrong bus initially. As far as I was affirmed on the phone in Hamburg that I would be given a new ticket if the other one did not arrive on time. It was seven o?Tclock. My reservation was four o?Tclock. With the alarmed state of mind, carrying the weighty luggage, I rushed to the information desk to ask about my ticket. The receptionist told me that my ticket was for the four o?Tclock train only and on that account, he could not give me the paper ticket. He searched available trains for the day and there was one at eight o?Tclock. I hurried to the ticket desk. Unfortunately, I did not have enough cash as well as my cre*** card funnily did not work. The woman told me that she would reserve the ticket for me while I could go to any cash machine withdraw cash, as she thought probably the computer had had something wrong. The cash machine in London Euston did not work. I dragged my feet to the machines outside the station, those which I saw on the way coming in, while I felt a state of burning inside. I wanted to take off this heavy coat but I had no hands to hold it. Those loathsome machines did not allow me to take out cash either. On my way back to the station, all the thoughts were puzzling in my head struggling to find way to escape. ?oI have no money?. ?oMy cre*** card does not work?. ?oThere is no more cre*** in my mobile? ?oEven if I can get back to school today, I won?Tt be able to stay because the school closed at 10 o?Tclock and does not open until 8 in the morning. Hence, I would have to find a hotel???? ?oWhat am I supposed to do?? Looking around, I saw people but nobody seems to be looking at me. Nobody seems to care. They walk steadily, they stare at their direction. Fear. Frustration. Humi***y. Suffocation. A tear was standing by on the corner of my eyes, waiting for the right moment to come out. I was fainted. I needed somewhere to calm myself. Finding a place to seat, taking a rest, recovering. Pursing my lips, I kept encouraging myself, kept telling myself that there is always a solution for everything. ?oI need the money?. ?oWhere to get the money?? Then I came out with the thought of selling some of my valuable items. My earrings or my watch, perhaps. ?oBut to whom?? The question had taken me back. Once again, I felt a great disappointment. My head worked again. I checked what was in my bag that could be used. To my rejoicing, there were some US dollars which my father gave me with as backup resources. It felt like I was saved. After purchasing my train ticket, I topped up my mobile and called Miss Mercer, my house mistress. Luckily, she told me that I could go back late at night since she would wait for me.
Getting back to school by past midnight, I was exhausted that I went to bed immediately. Thinking back about that event startles me. In twelve hours, I traveled by all means of transport: feet, bus, taxi, train and plane. It was a significant first experience of my life. I learnt that I could stand on my feet and believe in myself. I learnt to keep my shirt on at all time. I learnt to expect the worst. Then everything would be fine. I recall it as a remarkable anecdote that marked a start to my new independent life. Having had the chance to test and confirm my abilities, I am confident and eager to conquer new challenges to come.

    Manage our time.
Some one said with me, Manage our time is very difficult. I think it depended on individual person.
And another one ask me, How to manage time. I thought about this question so much. And today, Iâ?Td like to show my opinion about this topic.
The first, I affirm we canâ?Tt achieve success in our life if we donâ?Tt have the great manage time.( Another mean, how we use our time in your plan.)
Someone said to me that he â?~d never manage his time. I think, in fact , he had done. But because, he had never thought about the notion ( concept) of using his time in his work, his career.
â?~Cause, everyone has their work, so everyone have to complete their work in any situation. So, Style of complete their work is depended the way they used their time in their work. Thatâ?Ts style of manage time.
The second, How to control our time??
According my mine, Itâ?Ts mean You make a plan for yourself to complete something in any time limit you want. .
And of course, itâ?Ts depended on each individual ability person. Because, you make a plan for your self, but how about your ability? Is your ability enough. If your ability is not enough, you canâ?Tt complete your plan, your purpose. So, before you make a plan for your purpose, you should assess yourself exactly. In that field, do you beleave you have enough ability,Do you have good chance to get your purpose ( in your limited time) . Right .??
On the other hand, Limited time is very important, Itâ?Ts motive power of complete your work, Itâ?Ts force you step by step finish work, gradually improved your purpose.
Lets consider your daily work, take care about what it would influence your time. Because you should calculate, arrange your time to do your plan.
In fact, it sound like you make a time_table for everyday. Take care about your time-table. Lets impose your time to serve in your plan.
I think this step is very importance,
At the end, I would like to say about one thing, I think this one is most important,it is indispensable thing. This is your determination and your strictly concentration in your time that you do your work. Only work with all your determination and all your concentration, you would have a good result in your purpose, in your field.
    Is it easy???
This is all my opinion about Manage time.
I know that, in my passage, have a lot of mistake, and I know that my pronuciation and my writing skill are still very bad,....but my ability is not enough to check myself. I hope that all of you, my friend who spend your precious time to read my passage can help me to prepare my mistake.
    Can you help me?? Hic..
    Thank you very much!
    Regards.
    PS:
( ah, even about the end of passage, I used â?oregards â?o but, i donâ?Tt know exactly how to used it, and another way to used it?? Can you tell me how to used it quite right.??
With me, itâ?Ts very difficult... hic.
At the end, i would like to say thanks for your reading,

Sau đây là 1 writing subject :
"In the past, buildings reflected the culture of a society but today all modern buildings look alike.
How true do you think this is?"

Do you think it is acceptable for mothers with young, pre-school children to work full time and place their children in child care centres?
When it comes to the issue that whether or not mothers with young, pre-children should return to work full time and place their children in child care centres, different people have different ideas. Some people hold opinion that children should have full care from mother in childhood. However, other people say that there are many advantages of sending children to child care institutes. This essay will argue for the latter choice, which is better for both mother and child.
To begin with, placing children in child care centres is useful alternative for working-mothers because of two reasons. Firstly, they can earn a lot of money not only for themselves but also for their children. This decision becomes more and more essential in cases of households having low income or divorced women. Life is not always a beautiful picture. There will have difficulties and obstacles in the journey of each person?Ts life and people never know what may happen tomorrow, so the economic stability is crucial. Secondly, young people are normally less experienced in child care than were old ones, even many women start a new family without knowledge and skills to become competent mothers. Child care centres can provide the key to solve this problem.
Furthermore, children who are cared by child care institutes have full development. No child is born good or bad. It is the quality he is educated and cared in his life that makes him stand good or bad. The training in child care centres may make children have an independent character and being no dependences on parental opinion. Moreover, children in child care institutions have a lot of friends that they can not have if living at home with mother care. They will be learned how to play, how to win a competitive game and how to live in a group. The fun and loveliness of friends and teachers always fill in their soul, making an important factor for their character development. Finally, people who work in child care centres are experts in caring and educating babies. They know the caring way to help children become stronger and more intelligent at an early age.
Some people say that sending children to child care centres may make them away from close relationship with their mother. Nevertheless, non-working mother who stay at home to take care of their children can be under stress or depression, which leads to negative consequences for mom-child relationship. On the contrary, the meet at the end of the day may refresh emotion of both mother and child. Mothers feel better, more freedom and avoid being under stress because they do not worry about their children and can spend more time on working and other activities. In ad***ion, children feel beloved and the relationship between child and mother becomes closer.
Other people worry that it is easy for children to pick up bad habits from their friends at child care institutes, for example, fighting or using naughty language. However, with the strict discipline of child care centres, children are trained to do everything following a plan and evil behaviors have few chances to develop. Moreover, children have strategies to deal with difficulties and obstacles when facing bad things.
This essay has argued that returning to work full time as long as placing their children in professional child care centres is an effective method for women in the modern world. This could generate enormous benefits for not only mother but also child. That is probably reason why this selection has become common trend of numerous young women in recent years. Therefore, people need to take a fresh look at this opinion and government should invest a lot of money to build more child care for both poor people and rich ones.
