"Was That a Good Meeting, or a Bad One?"
What distinguishes an effective meeting from one that is a complete waste of time? Here are five factors that help ensure a good meeting:
(1) Having a good reason to meet in the first place;
(2) Having an agenda that clearly states the purpose of the meeting and key steps to satisfying that purpose by the end of the meeting;
(3) Stating a timeframe at the beginning of the meeting and sticking to it, with few exceptions;
(4) Requiring that participants come prepared to discuss the topics on the agenda, meaning that participants have received the agenda and have been told what''s expected from them personally;
(5) Having some degree of skilled facilitation -- someone who can keep participants focused on the agenda items and can navigate prickly interpersonal issues so that the meeting is effective instead of dysfunctional.[/size=2

Last night, our club had a vey special meeting. When we was discussing about how to make a good meeting, the light went out. There was power cut. But it didn''''''''t matter because we had candles
Under the candle light, the atmosphere was so romantic. We couldn''''''''t concentrate on our topic, so we discussed about romance. After the meeting, we discovered that our members were very romantic, dreamy. Ms Thanh said that she wanted her darling to declare his love to her by playing guitar and singing a sweet lovesong. We heard Mr Hieu told about his love. He showed that he was a very thoughtful person because he always cared about her health. Urak, after a long time disappeared, said that a romantic action with him was when he came home after playing football his wife gave him a lemon juice and cooked delicious meal for him. It''''''''s simple but very meaningful. Oh, I forgot to memind our guest, he sang "25 minutes", "you took my heart away" very beautifully.
With me, I really ẹnjoyed our meeting last night, and I hope we will have more special time like that to make everybody get closer and closer

These 4 gents go out to play golf one sunny morning. One is detained in the clubhouse, and the other three are discussing their children while walking to the first tee.
"My son Kent," says one, "has made quite a name for himself in the home-building industry. He began as a carpenter, but now owns his own design and construction firm. He''s so successful in fact, in the last year he was able to give a good friend a brand new home as a gift."
The second man, no to be out done, tells how his son began his career as a car salesman, but now owns a multi-line dealership. "Norm''s so successful, in fact, in the last six months he gave his friend two brand new cars as a gift."
The third man''s son, Greg, has worked his way up through a stock brokerage, and in the last few weeks has given a good friend a large stock portfolio as a gift.
As the fourth man arrives at the tee, another tells him that they have been discussing their progeny and asks what line his son is in.
"To tell the truth, I''m not very pleased with how my son turned out," he replies. "For 15 years, Chico''s been a hairdresser, and I''ve just recently discovered he''s gay. However, on the bright side, he must be good at what he does because his last three boyfriends have given him a brand new house, two cars, and a big pile of stock certificates
