Lập nhóm luyện toefl IBT speaking. Luyện vào buổi tối, online bằng Paltalk hoặc Skype.

Lỗi là khi tớ tạo public room mới thì ko có phần enable sound cho nên, room là no sound, còn tạo private room thì có sound. Với lại các room đã tạo từ trước thì vẫn có sound, mình đã contact với thằng paltalk support thì nó bảo đó là do bug của pal, bọn nó đang fix.
Tối hôm Chủ Nhật có 4 người thôi, tại tối CN net kém bị dis hoài nên anh em ko thảo luận được mấy, thống nhất tạm thời là tối thứ 4 và thứ 7, từ 9h-12h. Nếu vẫn chưa lập được public room thì mình sẽ lập private rồi invite các bạn vào.

Hi, để lập room có password trong paltalk cần phải mua thì phải, nên mình sẽ tạo private room, và ai muốn vô thì hãy pm mình trong ym :hung_ngoung hoặc, paltalk : hatuan1983ibt.

Hiện giờ chúng ta sẽ học vào tối thứ 7 và tối thứ 4 hàng tuần từ 9PM đến 12PM. Và luyện 2 independent topic trước, bạn nào chưa biết 2 topic này thế nào thì hãy tìm các sách về toefl IBT để biét thêm.

Reading was easier than in Barron''s (except for 1 text, but as I had the long format in the reading section, this text probably didn'' count)
Listening is easy, but the questions concentrate more on the content than on the "intentions" of the speakers (as in Barron''s)
Speaking is okay, but you really need some key facts about your favourite film, actor etc for the first questions...it is possible to redirect a question to a topic for which you have come up with your key words in advance.
Writing is also okay, just prepare with the writing assignments of any of these preparation materials (Barron''s gives good hints about how to structure it).
*****m up, I only used Barron''s Book and I found it really helpful to buy the book including the CD-ROM. I think it is better to prepare wit a PC than to listen to these Audio-CDs.

excellent, I admire u so much. How can u get that awesome score. Anyway I''m holding a study group on Paltalk. Can you give us some details about speaking section. How do u prepare for the speaking section, which book, how do u practice speaking.... Thanks in advance

it''s a good idea to study in a group.
I would recommend that you use preparation materials such as from Barron''s, Longman etc. They give you clear hints about what to expect on the speaking sections and which topics might occur.
I found it really helpful to record my own speech. I recognised all the "uhms" and "aaahs". Therefore I spoke slower but in a more continuous way. By speaking slower, you are able to think about what you are going to say next. and do not try to give a sophisticated answer or to focus on special grammar. In the first two questions, the content is not that important. It is probably less important what you say, but how you say it and how you are able to use transition words to link several ideas.
If you speak about a certain aspect of the culture in your country, for example, the one evaluating your speech probably won''t check the correctness of the content. Nevertheless, he recognises how you are able to communicate and to link several ideas.
Try to use preparation materials and to speak about a topic in the alloted time such as 45 seconds.
It is also VERY helpful to make up your mind in advance about certain topics.
Think about your leisure activities, the culture of your country, the history of your country, certain films, actors, animals and so on. When a topic appears in one of these areas on the real test..you just need to remember the key points you have come up in advance.

Đê? đặt mật khẩu và kích hoạt âm thanh trong phòng chát công cộng của mình, bạn chỉ cần có một tài khoản bình thường (miễn phí) là làm được. Cứ xem kỹ trong bảng điều khiển của phòng chát ấy. Nó mới thay đổi giao diện nên hơi khó nhìn.
