Dear Sir or Madam,
In the process of completing my studies at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l?TElectronique et de ses Application in France, I am writing to apply for an internship, starting in the summer of 2008. My main fields of study are Automation and Power Electronics.
Toyota is a leading car manufacturer in the world services organization with the range of opportunities provided within training scheme. During about three months internship, it supplies professional and realistic training which will give me invaluable experience for my future studies and careers. I would like to go to Japan and gain work experience in my field of study so as to broaden my horizons. Working with different people presents me with a opportunity to challenge myself to become more professional and better.
Personally I define myself as creative, dynamic, adaptable, and confident. Through my experiences in Vietnam and in France, I have gathered good workgroup skills and am able to present my ideas in a fluent and confident manner. During my time as a student I have had a variety of social activities, all of which have required me to work as part of a team to problem solve with cooperative attitude. I have learnt to work towards, and achieve my aims with great commitment and perseverance.

Paragraph 1: Mục đích của cover letter, có thể chỉ ra vì sao nộp cho cty này (như là thấy mẫu quảng cáo or được giới thiệu)
parapraph 2: Nói về bản thân, có nhưng skill gì, nên nêu rõ tại sao mình phù hơp cho position mà mình apply.
paragraph 3: Lí do tại sao muốn nộp cho cty này (international company? nhiều cơ hội) và những gì mình có thể đóng góp
paragraph 4: những skill khác (ví dụ team work, communication..)
paragraph 5: lời cám ơn.
theo tiêu chí này thì đoạn 1 của bạn tạm được. Nên bỏ câu My main field.... và tìm phrase thay thế "in the process of"
Đoạn 2 nên cho thành đoạn 3.câu thứ 2 của đoạn 2 nghe rất kì. nên viết là "I hope this job would provide me with the opportunity to ...."
Đoạn 3 của bạn có thể thành đoạn 4. tuy nhiên câu đầu tiên ko hay. Ko nên nói personally cũng ko nên kể ra một đóng thứ mà ko có dẫn chứng.
Bạn cũng nên nói rõ cách để người ta có thể contact mình. Bạn cũng ko nói rõ ràng bạn apply vào vị trí nào. Nên kiếm một cái job title để nói cho dễ. Ví dụ mình apply vào làm lập trình viên chẳng hạn thì mình sẽ nói là trong khi học mình học môn này môn kia để chứng minh mình có khả năng lập trình, fù hợp cho job mà mình apply.
Mình có một vài cái samples khá hay nhưng bạn nên cố gắng tự viết lại rồi post lên cho mọi người sửa trước. chứ nhiều khi coi sample rồi lại rối.
