Lỗi windows media player 9 khi xem film online từ mạng www.itv.com

    Khi tôi muốn xem film thì nó báo "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the server is not available (for example, the server is busy or not online)", sau dó vào more imformation thì nó báo :
    C00D11B0: Cannot perform the requested action

    The server is not available (for example, the server is busy or not online). Try again later.

    Xin hỏi làm thế nào để sửa được lỗi này ???

    Cái này đại đa số các trường hợp là lỗi server chứ không phải WMP9. Hoặc là Server quá tải vì nhiều người truy cập, hoặc lỗi đường truyền, kết nối.
    Thử xem một chương trình Video streamline trên 1 website khác bằng WMP9 để thấy rằng nó không hề bị lỗi gì cả đâu.
