This Project Manager defines specific project objectives and proceeds to plan, execute and evaluate projects according to scope of work developed, predetermined timelines and within budget. Having excellent management and technical skills, and with high a degree of business and technical sense, he coordinates the efforts of multi-functional team members. The incumbent also acquires the necessary resources to deliver projects with excellence, ensuring quality control. He reports to the company Project Director.

- Develop project objectives, key deliverables, organizational needs and resources, assigning specific roles to team members for project planning, execution and evaluation.
- Coordinate across multi-functional teams of sales, business development, engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and quality in installing the infrastructure, equipment and systems to bring in higher volumes and introduce new products to market.
- Develop the Organizational Structure for each of the projects, to ensure proper manning and availability of resources.
- Act as the single point of contact and responsible for meeting project objectives on scope, cost and schedule, and KPI's on quality of construction/execution, productivity and safety.
