How to mend a broken heart


Everyone suffers a pain at least once in a lifetime. When you get hurt and your heart is broken, what will you do? Do you just stand there watching people moving on with their life or bravely overcome the pain? Whatever your life will be, there is always a way to live and laugh again and you must go ahead. The first thing to do is to try to find out and understand the reason why you are upset. Sympathizing with yourself can make you feel relieved. If it was someone's fault making you be in pain, just thinking that everybody can make mistakes and they are nothing to you. Then you need to do something to make you relax. You can do simple things such as watching a movie, reading a book, chatting with your bestfriend... or some crazy things like boxing, breaking dishes... but don't do anything stupid and harm yourself. If you can't find solace with these things, let "time heal all wounds". Besides, try to put away all sad memories. It will take you one week, one month, one year or longer to forget. Finally, when you are ready, let open your heart with people around. They will make you feel how good life it is and you are okay really.

Frist of all, I think that the most important step in a successful photo is choosing an image composition. A good composition can turn a boring subject into a very interesting photo. On the other hand, a spectacular subject can lead to a boring photo in a failed composition. Next, high technical quality in a photo is very important. Automatism of camera doesn't always guarantee a technically flawless photo. Indeed, there is lot to learn in this area. Technical success requires a good knowledge about equipment and a lot of experience about different shooting con***ions.The third step is taking the photo exactly at the right moment. I’is challenging but when successful it can bring enormous amount of interest into the photo. The right moment can mean for example a certain happening or ideal weather con***ions. Finally, an interesting subject helps to create a successful photo. An interesting subject can be for example a different or a rare subject. It's important to find a interesting subject, but in my opinion not as important as the first two phases. A peculiar point of view or composition can turn a boring subject into an interesting photo.
In conclusion, if these advices do not achieve the desired results, you can always try Photoshop, a magic tool to make impressive photos.​

The fear is one of the most popular emotions in our life. Everybody has got an own fear. That's may be an animal, such as snake, spider, etc...or an event which you don't want to face to. Overcoming an fear will not easy to do if you don't know the right way.
The first, you should calmdown and try to analyse your fear. If it's an real thing, you can find out why you scare it. Is it harmful to you, or has it got something menace you? For example, a spider. Why you is afraid of it? You can't know it's noxious or not, so that the main reason is that spider is an tiny animal with much hair and many legs. Is this reason serious? Of course it's not! So you should not to be scared.
The second, after you're calm, you have to think through what you can do to avoid this fear? This work becomes easy when you knew the nature of the fear. Comeback to the example of spider. If you scare it and want to freak it out, you can make a big noise and it'll run away as fast as it can. And if you want it to never comeback to your room, you can destroy its home and clean you room carefully. And now, you have known how the spider is not awesome, it's mean that you have overcome your fear.
Spider is just an example about the fear, and it's is really simple. But at least, it showed that the fear can be overcame easilly when you know what you've got to do. First of alls always is calm.
