Cause, effects, solutions

The crime is always one of the most concerned problems in any country in the world. In recent years, there has been a fear raising in many major cities about the young crime. This practical presents many bad subsequence to the social and directly to our lives.
What may cause this problem? Let’s figure it out. First of all, this is the downside of urbanization. Many people from other areas of the country gather in one city for job, studying and hoping a better life, especially young people. They put the high pressure in the city in accommodation, job, governing of authorities. And, as a matter of course, not everyone can approach his/her goal. Many may become unemployed, others can be attracted by enticement and they go wrong, do the iilegal things. The second cause, as the main cause, is the lack of family concern. Many people are spend too much time on working, earning money than caring about their family. They may hire the nanny to care of their children, or in negative direction, they give much money to the kids, as the offset. The children find various ways to waste their time, they go to the bar, make friend with bad guys, they become spoiled, their moral is down, then even stick with illegal problems such as fighting, racing in the high street, addicted to drug…
The young crime makes many bad affect to the society, on the other way, they are the dangers and the burdens of society. Many robberies, murders or even prostitutions are produced by young people, include the students. The societies have to spend much cost *****rmount the consequences.
There are foul effects if we don’t have any solution for this problem. First, the parents should spend more time on their kids, cause children are the most precious treasure of them. Feeling unsafe, lonely or lack of motherhood can cause the abnormal psychological con***ion. The family atmosphere will help children feel lonely no more. Maybe eating a meal, seeing a movie together, talking to each other or going around in the weekend can affect. Next, about the societies, we should encourage children to attend to the sane and healthy activities. The youth union in local area open the meetings for student, hold the social activities such as raising fund for the poor, cleaning the street, planting the trees and so on. These activities direct the students to enhance their social spirit, they will study the right, identify the wrong so they can avoid from the bad thing in lives.

The young crime in major city will decrease if it is really cared of and the whole union solve it together. The youth is the future of any country, so with the minimum of the young crime rate, the country will develop better and the society will be safer and stabler.

Nowadays, the gap between the city and the countryside becomes more and more overt, arousing colossal concerns of many governments around the world. What are the causes, the effects, and the effective solutions to this phenomenon? My points of view will be elaborated and exemplified below.

Firstly, the main reason of this gap is unequal investment between city and rural area. Vietnam, for example, covers a very large area. Due to the bias in the development in the coastal areas and big cities, the government devotes more investment to these places. The investment, undoubtedly, is repaid by the rapid development of THE economy and finance in these cities. However, this is not the case in the rural areas and the remote regions. The lack of investment barriers the productivity and economic development as well as sharpens the gap between the city and rural areas.

Secondly, the low education level in the rural areas contributes partly to the gap of living. Education, undoubtedly, is the prime force of productivity. Keeping this in mind, many countries and governments give the priority to the development of education. However, the education level in the countryside still keeps very low. The enrolment of primary schools and secondary schools is much lower compared with the advanced regions, not to mention the developed countries in the world. Without good education, the development of THE economy and technology would be a day-dream which is difficult to be realized.

Last but not least, the influx of migrant workers from the countryside to the city deteriorates the undeveloped con***ion in the rural areas. In essence, there are many temptations luring those talented people to settle down in the city with the hope of approaching more job opportunities, cultural activities, sporting events, you name them. Therefore, even those well-educated people who are originated from the countryside intend to live a dynamic city life instead of returning to face the static countryside view. If this situation continues, it will lead to A serious imbalance in economic and regional development of rural areas.

Hence, the government has to try their best to minimize the gap as soon as possible. First, balance the investment between the cities and rural areas, as well as let more people realize the latent capacity of rural areas in order to attract talent and investment. To be more specific, by working out some favorable policies such as low prices of land for industrial uses, with the combination of THE low cost of workforce, investors, understandably, are willing to establish factories in the countryside. As a consequence, the improvement in the employment situation will enormously help pull back some intellectuals and lessen the gap. In ad***ion, the education level should be improved; especially the governments should put much more effort to raise high quality people.

*****m up, only when the ways mentioned above are realized step by step, can the gap between the cities and the countryside be bridged.

In many countries schools have severe problems with student behavior. What do you think are the causes of this? What solutions can you suggest?
Education is essential in modern societies. Students develop various skills and gain knowledge in their school lives. However, many schools are now facing students' lack of discipline, such as disrespectful to the teachers, skipping classes, vandalize public property, to name a few.

I believe that the increasing number of students' misbehaviors is the result of lack of parenting and low fertility rate. In most families, both parents have a job in order to provide for their children. Long hours of work replace the quality time that was cherished few decades ago. Children often feel neglected, and might therefore try to do something mischievous to get the parents' attention.
Furthermore, to compensate for the time they spent working, and also due to the fact that they have only one or two children, parents spoil them by agreeing to everything their babies ask. They are allowed to have whatever they want, regardless of price, and to behave as they please. This means that the children grow up without consideration for others and without any understanding of where their standard of living comes from. This results in misbehaviors in schools.
However ,there are many ways to resolve this problem.Student behavior can change by countries action
To tackle the problem, I believe that the most efficient way is by government funding, which is providing public day-care centers and workshops with volunteers that can provide one-on-one attention where children can complete their assignments and work on extra projects. That way, students have places to go to after school instead of wandering off the streets or watching television at home by themselves. Since there are adults in the centers *****pervise them, help them, or listen to them, youngsters can feel a sense of belonging and that there is someone to go to when encountering difficulties.
Children are our future, and it is crucial that we address this issue as early as possible. Government can help the working parents by providing day-care centers and workshops. Parents, when busy working, should not ignore their children's needs for affection and discipline.
