Since last month, I have overcome my fear completely which changes a lot of things in my mind. I realized that everybody has only one fear or many fears. It is not a big problem if you can overcome that fear one time and forever. It will make you motivated to overcome every event in your life. It is not easy but it is not impossible. To understand how to overcome a fear, let me example for you a clear situation, my self, I have overcome my spider fear.

Spiders are air-breathing arthropods that have eight legs. I think it is a disgusting animal. I am very scared every time I see it. I shouted loudly and run far away from it. I do not know exactly why I do like that but in my mind I can’t control my action and my feel. In the last month, on someday my friend helped me to solve absolutely my spider fear. He showed me the way to overcome not only spider fear but also every fear is face to face with your fear, understand clearly about it and try to control your head when you think about it. It may be not easy if I say simply like that. Let’s think again why you are a human who has a highly developed brain but you scare a small animal- spider. You are bigger, stronger and smarter than a spider. It is very ridiculous. If you don’t overcome it , you can easily overcome difficult fear in the future.

Therefore, you need to be stronger in action and feel to cope with all challenges in the future. You should remember the key how to overcome a fear which I tell above. If you can do it one time, you can do it every time in all your life. A fear will disappear and I am sure that you will feel confident about your self.
