Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that global climate change. It is an issue which frequently generates a great deal of heated debate.

Many people believe that there are things personal can do to help stop global climate change. Everyone can contribute to preventing global climate change by the daily living of their habits. Take, for instance, individuals can change a light, drive less, plant trees and turn off electronic devices when not in use, etc… According to the U.S.EPA, people can save 150 pounds of carbon dioxide each year by replacing a regular light bulb with a compact fluorescent. In ad***ion, people travel by walk, bike or public transport, all of things can help reduce gas consumption and save 1 pound of carbon dioxide each mile they do not drive.

On the other hand, there are also some people take the view that the government’s and large businesses’s actions have taken many good results to prevent global climate change. For example, the government and large businesses develop green revolution with clean energy and technology, invest in public transport and have projects to protect forest, etc… The basis for this view it, according to calculations by Philips, Vietnam can save from 10% to 50% lighting if the existing lighting system is replaced by the new technologies of effective energy.

From my own perspective, actions by the government, businesses ang individuals do are same important. Perhaps this is because of the simple fact that everything will not resultif only the big companies and government try to prevent the global climate change while citizens in the community always opposite act to increase the change that such as environmental damage, deforestation, waste materials, etc... and vice-versa.

All the evidence supports an unmistakable conclusion that prevention of global climate change is responsibility of everyone who living in the Earth.

Climate change is becoming a major concern, frequently mentioned in the economic forum - the social world. It is becoming a serious impact on the lives of human beings on this earth. So not only government, the business environment, that individuals can prevent this.

Aware of human impact on Earth's environment , recently had the consensus of the international community in efforts to prevent the harmful effects caused by global climate change. Many international forums have increasingly attracted the attention of many scientists, businesses, political such as WTO, EU, ASEM, APEC, ASEAN. Earth Hour is a global initiative organized by WWF on climate change. Individuals, businesses, government and social organizations are calling off their lights for one hour to their support for action against climate change this. The event began in Sydney on 31 / 3 / 2007, with over 2 million people and 2000 businesses turning their lights off.

There is a further more subtle point we must consider. In fact, climate change is a serious threat to vital interests of people across the planet and make our planet is becoming more fragile, vulnerable and able to affect the development sustain future. And actions of millions of citizens world wide initiative in response to turn off the lights during the past 5 years showed a large effect of the individuals to prevent climate change.
From my own perspective, efforts constantly of government organizations to identify measures to limit climate change without the help of the people, the climate won’t be good. In Phu Hoi village, vetiver grass, along with sea water spinach is grown on the coast and 120 meters long, forming a green wall, is resistant to highly corrosive sea. This idea of companies Phu Yen Green launched, along with the response of people to take care of it.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that: It can be said of the organization with people to implement measures to prevent climate change will bring more effective.

Pham Thu Hien - E45
De 15:

The bar graph illustrates the breakdown of different age groups in Internet usage in Taiwan during the period from 1998 to 2000. Taking a quick glance from the graph, it can be clearly seen during three years of this period that the graph showed the same typical shape. That was frequently every year the percentage of internet access at the age group of 31-50 occupied the most proportion, followed by volume less than nearly 10% accounted for that of 31-50. While the ratio of the age group under 15 and over 50 was inconsiderable. It can be no doubt to say that the age group of 16-50 was supposed more Pc ownership for study and job purpose so they accessed internet more. Starting with the age group under 15, the number of internet usage people stood at the lowest point with only 2% in 1998, sharply skyrocketed to 4 times higher than in 1999 then negligibly went up to 9% in 2000. While it is obvious that there was the opposing trend, downward trend during three years was recorded in both of 16-30 and 31-50 age group, the former hit the peak at 53% in 1998 then slightly declined 1999 and 2000 with 45% and 44% respectively. The latter had gradual drop from 41% to 37%. Once again, the upward trend was clearly seen in over 50 - age group from only 4% to 10%. Generally speaking, when PC popularization was extending every year, internet usage at the age groups under -15 and over -50 was increasing more and more, whereas that of 16-50 accessing to internet was reducing less and less.
