Climate change is always a big problem in each country all over the world. Understanding what can be done to prevent climate change is being addressed at all levels- individual, community, government agency and business organizations.
Government and large businesses hold an important position in preventing global climate. Government issues environment protection policies, usues its authority to treat polluting activities and build a system of reservoirs to contain flood and rain water, research tree varieties that can live with drought and salt penetration, and design observation and short-term forecast stations to strengthen coping efforts. Besides, how do businesses help prevent global climate? They can save our environment by applying clean technology in processing industrial rubbish before taking it out.
On the other hand, we can not deny that things individuals play an important role, too. Students and others young people are main forces in preventing climate change.Effective measures are calling upon the whole people to protect environment and denouncing violently polullers, who let garbage out topsy- turvy, for example.
Some people think that action by individuals is useless and irrelevant and that it is only governments and large businesses which can make a difference. However, after careful consideration of the above ideas, we can realize that opinion is wrong completely.Take, for instance, Look at Tolich river. it has polluted because of both household garbage and industrial rubbish. Therefore, We need the participation of both personal and business.
Once you have known all of these, you must agree with me that preventing global climate change is responsibility of all levels in society.

The bar chart presents the information about the percentage of people using Internet in Taiwan by age group from 1998 to 2000.
As can be seen, 16-30 year-old people use the most Internet between 1998 and 2000. However, the proportion of Internet users in this age group goes down gradually, in particular, 53% in 1998, 45% in 1999 and 44% in 2000. Meanwhile, people less than 15 years old use the least Internet in a period of three years with 2% in 1998, 8% in 1999 and 9% in 2000. In ad***ion, people in 31-50 year old group also use Internet a lot and the percentage of those is only lower than the percentage of 16-30 year old people. From 1998 to 2000, the number of internet users in this age group drops from 41% in 1999 to 37% in 2000. Interestingly, the proportion of 50 or more year old people using internet is improving between 1999 and 2000 with 4% in 1998, 8% in 1999 and 10% in 2000.
It could be also noticed that 16-30 year old people use Internet mainly in Taiwan from 1998 to 2000. Although the number of over 50 year old and less than 15 year old people using internet is still low, it is increasing step by step.

Recently, the global climate change has aroused wide concern. Some people are in alarm that the phenomenon affecting all people in all walks of life, from citizens and huge multinational companies. Some people believe that individual citizens must have responsibility to protect the environment. In opposite, others think that only government and large businesses which can help prevent global climate change.
First, each individual can bring an important help saving our planet. In fact, electricity, automobiles, and all carbon emissions are the main causes of climate change. Therefore, we will learn to live a green life like energy economizing. Take, for instance, using natural energy, and unplugging electronics when not in use or changing all of your regular incandescent light bulbs with a compact fluorescent light bulb which are more efficient.
In contrast, some people claim that individual action is irrelevant in the face of massive, wide-scale prevention policies set and controlled by governments. They think that imposing restrictions on emissions and strictly monitoring waste disposal from factories, plants and businesses, governments are effective methods to prevent global climate change.
I am of the view that I disagree with the notion that the only way to address the environmental problems is at international level. I firmly believe that this colossal problem can only be handled if all individuals contribute; all governments take steps at national level and also join hands at an international level.
In conclusion, I affirm that preventing climate change is a world wide effort. We must all play our part in solving the problem of environment.

The line graph reveals about the growth of wages in some country from year 1993 to year 2003.
The first, you can see that the grow starts at two percent in 1993, but it doesn’t there very long before it rapidly doubles in 1994. However, the percentages deteriorate to three percent in 1995 and no changes in 1996 before it starts to rise slowly under four percent in 1997. Specially, the wages has highest level is sixteen percent in 1998.
Nevertheless, after 1998 the wages collapse nearly every year. Only a year later, the percentage go down to well under three percent till 2000 where reaching three percent. In 2002, the wages reach the lowest point of one percent growth. Luckily,at the end of period the growth pick up at just under two percent in 2003.
Overall, the growth rate in wages in some country has shown striking changes over the ten years.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that prevent global climate change.
Some people think that there are things individuals can do to help prevent global climate change. For example, big media sources typically suggest very simplistic things like changing your light bulbs to compact fluorescents, buying a hybrid car, or unplugging appliances when they're not in use, using renewable sources of energy such as wind power or solar energy, etc…(source: Planetsave)
However, the second point that must be taken into consideration is that only the governments and large business can implement effective actions. For instance, on 11 December 1997 the international community adopted the Kyoto Protocol to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC). Developed countries collectively agreed to reduce their aggregate emissions of greenhouse gases by at least 5 per cent from 1990 levels over the period 2008-2012.
From my opinion persective, all of individuals, governments and large businesses work together to contribute to help prevent global climate change. For example, Earth Hour is a global event organized by WWF, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise public awareness of energy saving and combating climate change. In Vietnam has saved 500,000 kWh after switching off lights for one hour on March 27 in response to Earth Hour 2010, according to the National Electricity Dispatching Centre.
From what has been discussed, one can reach only this conclusion: We must join hands against climate change for the benefit of the Earth and future generations.

The graph shows information about the changes in the age profile of the Internet users in Taiwan between 1998 and 2000.
As can be seen, the most striking feature of the graph is the main users of the Internet in Taiwan being young adults from 16 to 30 years old. In 1998, they accounted for more than half of all the mentioned users. In 1999, this number deteriorated slightly to 45%, but even in 2000 they were the biggest group.
Interestingly, the second biggest group of users is aged between 31 and 50 years old. They made up 41% in 1998, falling slightly to 37% in 2000. When combined with the 16-30 age group, over 94% of the Internet users in 1998 were aged between 16 and 50.
In contrast, this number is climbing steadily as more children and older users log on. In 1999, the number of children online quadrupled from 2% to 8%, and it continued to increase in 2000. There were a similar growth for older users, rising from 4% in 1998 to 10% in 2000.
Generally speaking, while adults between 16 and 50 years old still represent the great majority of the Internet users in Taiwan, their share is declining as more children and older users join the web.
