Đề ra như thế này e chỉ làm phần bloc thôi, còn phần italic, e viết luôn và tìm thêm vì e thấy đề này cũng dễ ra, giả sử có ra đề liên quan thì mình cũng đã có ý sắp xếp từ trước rồi. Phần này nếu trừ phần phụ italic e viết tầm 300 từ.



Some people think that there are things individuals can do to help prevent global climate change. Others believe that action by individuals is useless and irrelevant and that it is only governments and large businesses which can make a difference.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

As economy and society develop, people are attaching much important to save the earth from the global climate change. Some people think that there are things individuals can do to help prevent this phenomenon. Others believe that action by individuals is useless and irrelevant and that it is only governments and large businesses which can make a difference. There is no denying that everything has more than one face and this debate is not an exception.

I could start off by saying that I am one of many people who feel that the smallest actions of each individual, as the little grains make the desert, could make a lion part in protecting the earth. There are many reasons supporting my view and I would explore a few of the most important ones here. The first reason is that everyone between us is existing and living on this planet in using its resources, in changing its nature, therefore everyone must take responsibility for take care of every issue of the world (I). It might also be noted that there are many ways an individual can do to make this globe greener (II). We could start in the point of self-educate and notice others on the global warming (A). The second step could be participating on green campaign such as the earth hour (B), organized annually from2007 by the World Wild Life Organization, which “embraced 5,251 cities and towns in 135 countries and territories and reached an estimated 1.8 billion people worldwide in 2011” (source: http://www.earthhour.org) . We can practice thrift not only the resources for our descendents but also our financial situation by satisfying our demands in economize our resources (C) like use the public transportation or other vehicles which don’t use oil that economize the combustible resources (1); exploit the new and green technologies such as compact florescent bulb, hybrid automobile, wind, sun or marine energies (2); become a smart client in recycle more by using recycling bean, recycling paper and other renewable product… and in use the local product and the minimally package goods that reduce the transportation and production cost (3); or just simple insulate anything that uses energy to stay a different temperature from its environment, unplug unused electronics, become vegetarian; cultivate the grow fast plants or a little garden of ourselves…(4) Another reason why I advocate the attitude is that the government and large businesses have not enough power, energy and resources to save the world without the participation and the supporting of individuals (III). In ad***ion, from my perspective, large businesses which main function is making profit by producing products, how can they act to protect the environment in know that they must pay much for the benefit of others? Moreover the government and its organizations, the large businesses, the non- government organizations and others agents are legal persons and they couldn’t be compared with individuals which are real persons. In fact the legal persons can’t do anything without their real persons.
On the other hand, individuals couldn’t reunite their forces without the lead of government, the financial and technical supporting of large businesses and organizations. The function of government is different from that of large businesses and organizations but in general I should talk only about the common things of them. I suppose I should begin by highlighting the fact that the government is voted and on behalf of the citizens’ will so its actions are according to the citizens’ needs. Consequently the government is able to issues the law and other legal documents, to command the army and the population forces to conduct individuals and organizations’ activities to protect the environment, to guard the nature resources from nature exploiting abuse of individuals and businesses (I). Furthermore the government and large organizations and companies’ systems concerning education and formation, resources and environment, plan and investment, oil and mineral resources sections… have responsible and abilities for the forming, for the researching and forecasting people on the climate change that individuals can’t realize lack of financial, human and knowledge resources (II).
All the evidence supports an unmistakable conclusion that environment protection is the responsibility of both parts combining individuals and organizations of government and large businesses.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that global climate change. Now the question for everyone that is: who is responsible for preventing this phenomenon? and the essay will take a closer look at the issue.
Most of people are confident that we can stop global climate change by actions of individual. What this will lead to is that responsibility of each person. According to http://earth911.com, In the United States, approximately 6.6 tons (almost 15,000 pounds carbon equivalent) of greenhouse gases are emitted per person every year. And emissions per person have increased about 3.4% between 1990 and 1997. Therefore things each of us can do to help stop global warming, such as: Drive less or use clean energy; Turn off electronic devices when not in use, simply turning off your TV, VCR, computer and other electronic devices can save each household thousand of pounds of carbon dioxide each year.
On the other hand, there are also many people who take the view that it is only governments and large businesses which can make a difference. In fact, governments and authorities of countries in the world involved in many conferences to find solutions for this problem, for instance: United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change, Conference of the Parties or the Kyoto Protocol. In ad***ion, the government has also created many policies, for example: plan trees, Earth Hour, invest waste treatment equipment…
From my own perspective, both individuals and governments or larger business can help our planet against global warming. Besides the programs and the plans which government has implemented, we also can make different things from simple actions.
Based on the above discussion and analysis, we can see that everyone should be responsible for preventing global climate change.

There are two different opinions which is the methods to help prevent global climate change. Some people take the view that there are things individuals can do to help , however, others have contrast idea that it is only governments and large business which can make considerable influence.


In the first opinion, everyone can do to help prevent our planet, to improve environment by individual thing. For instance, instead of using gasoline and diesel transport vehicle, we can use clean-fuel vehicle to prevent global climate change. Gasoline and diesel transport vehicle eliminate a lot of number Carbon dioxide which is one of important factor to damage atmosphere. Moreover, we can do to save environment by improving our behave. There are many methods, including plant a tree, clean water source, turn off electronic devices when not use.

In the other viewpoint, it is only governments and large business which can make considerable influence in progress of improving global climate change. In fact, when a government make a decision about saving environment, there are many benefits are received. Ad***ionally, the participation of large business can make a change significantly. For example, if a big firm replace all machines that eliminate numerous toxic gas such as Carbon dioxide, fluoride, Nitrogen dioxin, etc by the modern machine which less toxic gas.

From my own perspective, I think that we can do better to help prevent global climate change by combining individuals and organizations. I do strongly support idea that role of both is very important and we have to do them simultaneously.

From what has been discussed above, I think the correct attitude is that everyone have to do many things to prevent our global, besides, the support of large organizations are important too.
