The good quality of life is defined by both the fully material con***ion and the good health in mental as wel as physical aspects. In modern life, the more develope social there are, the more fraction of people facing pressure in all sites of their lives there exists. This essay is going to discuss the causes and some feasible solutions for this problem.

One of the major cause is that the people’s life pace are promoted extensively by the development of teachnology and the upgrating of human knowledge. To prevent form being backward, people have to work intensively. Moreover, the spreading out of globalization all country over the world elevate the development of multinational company and the co-operation of national bussinesses. These lead to the increasing in the requirement for employent’s quality to satisfy the scope of international activity. As a result of competition, people is deprived of their spare time and their life is becomed more stressfully.

Another factor comes from the pressure of people’s family. People in the current society have to shoulder the responsibility of family maintenance. On the one hand, people have to care for their parents, creating for them a happy and comfortable life. On the other hand, they have to give their children good education. To earn more money, people have to work very hard to finance their family.

If people live in heavy pressure, they will have problems both physically and psychologically. To relieve the pressure, I think the following suggestions are feasible and practical. Firstly, people are suggested to go in for some sports games in their spare time or at the weekend. Sports can build up people’s physique and make them vigorous. Secondly, people should communicate with others frequently and confess their trouble and difficulty to others, which is a very magic way to release one’s pressure. Finally, people have to find a balance between money and health. Otherwise, one’s health will be overdrawn and spoiled by money earning.

In brief, good life should not be obtained at the price of the deterioration of one’s health. People should improve their living pattern and lead a life of high quality.

Question of group 3: Waste disposal presents increasing problems, especially in urban areas. Cause, effect, solution.
Nowadays, although the standard of life is becoming higer, people seem not to have right awareness of waste. Hence, waste disposal presents more and more problems affecting seriously to people’s life. Especially, in urban areas, waste is being concerned and warned of possible danger more than ever.
There are some main reason causing this problem in urban areas. First of all, industrializing rapidly with many factories is eliminating toxic chemicals into water and industrial rubbish to enviroment. Secondly, it is the result of huge waste from households. It’s possibly due to the fact that the life is more modern and well off so people consume more to meet their high needs. Nevertheless, some people in urban areas are wasteful, they are consuming a lot or many good things are going to waste. Finally, the management of Gorverment on waste is not really practical and strict. It’s possibly one of the causes of two reasons below: firms are eliminating noxious waste and households are presenting huge waste without controlling and punishment.
Actually, waste has a lot of bad effects to people. Especially, it creates a serious issue: the enviromental polution involving directly to people’s health, even it causes cancer. Moreover, where we can eliminate the enormous amount of waste from urban areas is a difficult question. Besides, if the urban area has too much rubbish, the face of them will be very terrible, certainly affecting to this urban’s tourism.
When understanding obviously the causes and the effects of waste disposal in urban areas, there will be some solutions to deal with this problem. Firstly, firms and households need to aware of the bad effects of waste more properly and have sense of responsibility for the disposal of waste. Besides, the Gorverment need to have clear and strict policies to controll and punish wrong and wasteful action. Furthermore, a lot of waste can be recycled and reused, being economical action. Thus, in conjuntion with many sides, waste disposal will become better in urban areas.

The gap of living in cities and the countryside is langer and langer. Causes, effects and solutions?
Nowadays, the gap of living in cities and the countryside is langer and langer. The phenomenon has aroused wide concern for governments in promulgating policies to guarantee social welfare. What are the reasons and how to reduce the differences? From my own perspective, there are three major causes explaining for this problem.

First of all, the primary cause that should be considered is the inequitableness in investment of the state between urban areas and rural ones. Governments’s investment is often focused on places having favourable natural and social con***ions for economic development such as availability of resources for industry, dense population or advantage transport. Therefore, infrastructure here well-done established, facilitating formation of municipal areas with modern industry and services systems. For example, in Vietnam, cities located on deltas and coastal plaint as Hanoi, Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh city, Danang receive more investment than moutains regions or province. The lack of investment creates barriers of growth and widens gap between cities and the countryside.

Secondly, the shortage of workforce with knowledge in the countryside also contributes significantly to the living distance. Due to that life is still poor, rural children have not adequate opportunities to go to school. In ad***ion, they have to work at the young age to support their family instead of further education. This is the reason why level of the country folk’s awareness typically lower than urban areas, resulting in difficulties for approaching and applying science and technology into production to improve labor productivity.

The last cause is urbanization. The influx of migrant people from countries to cities exacerbates the divided situation in quality of life between two regions. The better working con***ions, the more diversified leisure services, higher income, dynamic lifestyle…have attracted migration including a major part of young people. There is a fact that many young who had originated from countrysides after finishing their study deciced to stay and work in cities instead of coming back hometown. This lead to a serious imbalance of economic development and the region, putting pressure on some social issuses such as competition in work, accommodation, traffic, environment and security.

The government plays an important role in reducing gap of living in cities and rural areas. The state need have a more comprehensive view in strengths and weaknesses of each region to allocate capital and investors reasonably. Industrial parks and export processing zones should be move to countrysides to have more space and acttact workers. Besides, the government especially had better put more effort to enhance the rate of high-quality labour. Another right thing to do is to promote social programs to improve life and create jobs for people in rural areas, avoiding migration to cities.

Base on the above disscussion and analysis, we can see that only when these solutions are done and the government renders more concerns over the issue can the distance between cities and the coutryside be shortened.

Up to 65% of urban water use, while only 11% of the rural population access to tap water, 92% of urban dwellers have a house built of solid materials, the figure is 67 in rural areas %.
According to experts, the statistics, there are many causes for the disparity in living standards between urban and rural areas, but from the survey results can be seen VPAIS most subject to investigation under the heading higher quintile they have a higher educational level than subjects of lower quintile groups.
This is an important finding for policy makers to consider and properly oriented solutions to reduce this disparity.

Why do not we develop rural tourism in Vietnam. Including eco-tourism, cultural tourism (history, agriculture, villages, cuisine, Buddhist, leisure, rest). Rural tourism to rural communities by management to ensure income for farmers. A rural system cheap motels to serve the travel needs of middle income.

summarily to reduce the gap between rural and urban areas is not easy, the state must have a plan, a new long-term investment to bring good results

Nowadays, with the development of economics all over the world, the gap between the city and the countryside becomes larger and larger, and it is big concern of many governments. So, what are the causes, the effects, and the effective solutions to this phenomenon? My points of view will be elaborated and illustrated below.

Firstly, the main reason of this gap is unequal investment between city and rural area. For example, Vietnam, covers a very large area. Due to the difference in the development in the coastal areas and big cities, the government devotes more investment to these places. The investment, undoubtedly, is repaid by the rapid development of economy and finance in these cities.

Secondly, the low education level in the rural areas contributes partly to the gap of living. Education, undoubtedly, is a very important part in the development of a country. Keeping this in mind, many countries and governments give the priority to the development of education. However, the education levels in the countryside still keep very low. The enrollment of primary schools and secondary schools is much lower compared with the advanced regions, not to mention the developed countries in the world. Without good education, the development of economy and technology would be a day-dream which is difficult to be realized.

Hence, the government has to try their best to minimize the gap as soon as possible. First, balance the investment between the cities and rural areas as well as let more people realize the latent capacity of rural areas in order to attract talent and investment. To be more specific, by working out some favorable policies such as low prices of land for industrial uses, with the combination of low cost of workforce, investors, understandably, are willing to establish factories in the countryside. As a consequence, the improvement of employment situation will enormously help pull back some intellectuals and lessen the gap. In ad***ion, the education level should be improved; especially the governments should put much effort to raise high quality people.

Nowadays, the most important issue in most of urban areas is waste disposal present. It can cause many major problems to the environment and health of people. Therefore, many solutions need to build to solve this problem is very necessary.
There are many reasons rising of waste in urban areas. Firstly, the main cause may be due to urbanization. This has led to a large number of migrants to urban. As the result, the amount of garbage is also increasing. The system infrastructure cannot adapt the number of people increasing quickly. Consequence, the disposal of waste becomes more difficult. Secondly, community with lacking of knowledge about disposal waste is another reason. They just used and thrown waste without classificatory them.This led to much waste which can be reused have to be destroyed. This makes a burden to the system waste disposal in the urban.
The increasing garbage leads to environmental pollution and the emergence of communicable diseases. With a large amount of waste without collection will be processed air pollution, environmental pollution. It occur affecting human life. In ad***ion, people living in poor slums with poor sanitation beside the landfill waste which isn’t disposable, epidemics are much easier to spread and cause serious impacts on the health of regional residents.
It is necessary to have some solutions to solve this situation. Governments should develop policies to assess the status of waste services in urban areas. Need to build the basis of waste disposal activities in line with growth in the number of garbage today. Moreover, raising community’s awareness about classification of waste to minimize the amount of waste into the environment is very important.
In conclusion, waste disposal presents increasing problems, especially in urban areas. Hopefully, in the near future this problem can be solved in every where.
