In the world, the gap of living in cities and the countryside is larger and larger. Especially, that is rich and poor split. It do not only apear in capitalistic countries ,but also it appear in socialism countries and they cause social disastrous. Moreover, social evils are more increasing. Therefore, the Government of countries must find the causes and solutions for this split.
The first cause of split may be nature economics. In the countryside, economy is mainly backwardness agricultural. This problem leads to low- income. But in the cities, economy is mainly mordern industrial so income is higher. Because there are not good living con***ions, so the awareness of rural people become poor. Whereas, the urban people are becoming more flexible and more intelligent. It is different.
The secon particular cause is infection of privatization process. Interest is belong to office power and lack of responsibility. They are the first to capture information, so benefit from the process of converting that property into private property to hold more shares, shares in enterprises, to revenue lift resources are available, and since then they have more favorable con***ions for accumulation, wealth . Most of them live where is urban or a little is a group of office in couontryside.
One reason is that the sense of self-reliant of rural people are inferior. They often wait for others to bring goodluck to them. They do not try to overcome the barriers of difficulty, so they are passive in the way of life. Therefore, they are more poorer and poorer.
In clusion, it is social differentiation leads to division class and social conflicts. Moreover, it take evils are increasing so the Political will be threatened. The living of human becomes more unequal.
Solusions for split are shown which the Governments must consider the lives of people in countryside are so much than cities and to solve jobs for the people. We must have responsibility to raise the awareness and to invest money for countryside. "If life gives you lemons, you just mix it into a glass of lemonade. "

Most studies agree that finances are a leading cause of stress. In an online poll conducted in 2005 by LifeCare, Inc., 23 percent of respondents named finances as the leading cause of stress in their lives. Financial stress has led the list in many modern polls. Most of people feel stressed when they must have constantly try to pursue making more money to have a life well-off. Others are stressed by a loss of income, or mounting cre*** card debt. For some, financial stress will eventuate in bankruptcy.
Closely tied to finances as a cause of stress is work. Our jobs or careers seem to cause constant stress. In the LifeCare poll, 21 percent of those responding listed this as the leading cause of stress in life. How is the workplace a cause of stress? We worry about getting and keeping adequate employment. We worry about new types of work or new responsibilities. We struggle to climb a career ladder, overwhelmed by the demands. Work con***ions may change, or we may have interpersonal trouble at work. Sometimes, we bring it on ourselves.
Family, a wonderful place each member may be, is also a leading cause of stress. Arguments erupt with a spouse or other family member.Parents divorce. Children marry. All of them is filled with stress. Family health is also a leading cause of stress. A sick family member, a serious injury, pregnancy, miscarriage, or abortion all cause stress.
Most people find that personal health is a leading cause of stress. For some, the stress is linked to obesity, and a desire to lose weight. For others, the stress is a personal bas habit that affects health and must be changed. For example, smoking, abuse of alcohol or other drugs. Illness or injury, whether less or more serious, can be a leading cause of stress for many people.
For many people, stress comes in various forms and causes various effects both mentally and physically. Stress manifests itself in so many different ways. If you knew the leading causes of stress in your life, would you take action to eradicate them?

There is a popular claim that nowadays people’s life is under a lot of pressure due to several factors which makes people easily feel sad, stressful or astray. However, these effects can successfully be combated.

The most basic root of causing stress for people today is the dramatic development and changing of society along with the growth of technologies, which demands your adaptability, wide knowledge and changing in your awareness to adjust with times. In ad***ion to this, we can not deny that the climate change which sadly caused by people’s actions is leading to calamities, disaster related to nature, diseases and the survival of human is one of the threat to people’s life becoming more tough and stressful that has been encouraging people to move and have the right action to protect themselves. A concrete example of it is recently, the calamity of nature such as earthquake and tsunami which has just happened in Japan, destroyed a lot of house and killed thousands of people affected seriously economy and empathy of people throughout the world.

However, this situation can be fought if people know how to arrange and use their time appropriately not only for the workhouse, jobs but also for the studying which help them improve their knowledge and catch up with advanced technologies. Another much needed solution is to strictly implement laws against any activities of people that damage nature and habitat while raising awareness of the danger of climate change and calling people for saving energy, saving environment at the same time. An example worth noting would be VietNam. The government published a rigorous rule of protect nature and animals forward the illegal effects, especially when it is used for private purpose.

In conclusion, although it can be seen clearly that a rapid increase in the impacts on people’s life making it uneasier and more restless, there are particular steps that can be taken to reform our home.

There are many beautiful places in our country and one of the famous spots is Sa Pa.

Situated in the northwest of Vietnam, Sa Pa town at an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level, 38 kilometers from Lao Cai city and 376 kilometers from Hanoi, so the climate of Sa Pa is cool all year round and sometimes have snows in the winter. Its temperature varies between 13 degrees and 15 degrees in the day-time, between 20 degrees and 25 degrees in the night time. People are not only attracted because range of white clouds wrap around imposing montains, green woods, wonderful waterfalls, ancient Da cathedral but also for clean air and friendly, honest persons in there. Because fresh air, fertile soil so Sa Pa is known as for flowers, vegetables and high-quality vietnamese herbs.

On holidays and at weekends, thousands of tourists from all places come to Sa Pa to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the fine weather there.

Topic 3: Waste disposal presents increasing problems, especially in urban areas. Cause, effect, solution ?

According to a recent survey, more than half of the world’s municipal waste is generated in developed countries. For example, in the United States, the U.S Environment Protection Agency estimates that the average American produces well over 0.75 tons of trash each year. Hence, even the world is developing every hour and the standard of living is much higher, waste disposal is a hot issue, especially in urban areas.
This happens because of a number of reasons. First, industrialization and economic growth has produced more amounts of waste. For example, pesticides and herbicides used by farmers to increase crop yields also pollute the land when they are washed into the soil. They make a profit in any way despite the environmental destruction. Second, awareness of human impact on the environment directly. The Experts on Environmental studies said that each person in England and Wales produces an average of 300 kg of household waste each year. They may not understand the importance of environmental protection or simply they just care about themselves because of their selfishnesses.
These causes lead to serious consequences, especially environmental pollution and human health. First, the environment is polluted seriously: acid rain, increased temperatures, greenhouse effect…. On the other hand, the pollutants people produce not only affect our own lives but also those of other living things, the plants and animals that we share our environment with. Second, human health is affected directly from waste disposal’s problems. The UN Development Programme (UNDP) estimates that more than five million people die each year from diseases related to inadequate waste disposal systems.
In conclusion, to solve the problems of waste disposal, the government should make the laws stricter, apply new waste managements and raise people’s awareness. Many countries and individual towns are making an effort in their own way in order to make the world better.
