Recent statistics show that the number of younger criminals in many cities of the world, especially major cities, is increasing. There may be a lot of reasons that make the young become bad, and one of those is the badside of the urbanization. People from other places come to big cities, hoping for a good job and a better life standard. But the ugly truth is that, not all of them get what they want. While young people are the ones who can do anything, even if it’s illegal, as long as they can achieve their goals, it’s found they can easily go wrong and make mistakes. Another reason that cause this problem is young people nowadays have more chances to access information they need, through newspapers, magazines or on the Internet, and some information affects them in a bad way, makes them become more reckless more dangerous, and bad-behaved. The most important reason is the lack of careness from families and the society. Many parents have to work too much, so they don’t have time for their children. The children then are out of their parents’ sight, making friend with bad guys, they become spoiled, doing such bad things as fighting, racing in the street or using drugs. Crimes by young people can result in an unstable and panic society, and the government have to pay much more to deal with them, and they cannot concentrate on doing other things. In other words, criminals are burdens of any city. Because of the causes above, maybe there’s something that can be done to put a stop on the increase of crimes by young people. First of all, families and the society should pay more attention to the young, listen to them and acknowledge what they think, how they feel, and guide them properly. Leaving them alone and giving them money is not a good choice. Secondly, it’s vital that young people should have a good education, they need to go to school, get to know what is good or bad for them, how to do things right, and how to protect themselves from bad people. Finally, it’s important to control the information sources, and teach the youth how to access the useful and helpful information only.
In conclusion, the crimes by young people will be a serious problem, if the government do not pay enough attention on caring and educating the youth. The young are future of any country, so minimize the rate of young crime, the cities will develop better as well as the society will be safer and stabler.

Parallel to the rapid development of urbanization, waste disposal is a trouble concerned by community. This essay will outline causes, look at some effects and mention about solutions of this problem.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]According to the statistic of Canada in 2008, total amount of polluted waste disposal is up to approximately 26000 tonnes being the result of poor awareness of people. This situation is quite common in many developing countries where littering garbage is not implement in prescribed place. Another cause is lacking of government interest in management of waste disposal. They do not really concern and monitor the behavior of people making mistake. Moreover, population is dramatically rising annual years leading to increase the amount of the household waste.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Those are some of the most main problems being popular today and it lead to arise lots of major effects. First of all, the environment is significantly damaged. In Vietnam, pollution in urbans is at alarming rate, while the clean water used for daily life is reducing over years. If the waste is not processed carefully, it will create many diseases related to respiratory. Beside that, the national economy is suffered the severe consequences, following the estimation, Ha Noi losses 1 bilion per day because of pollution being the effect of waste disposal.[/FONT]

The government should enforce some strong measures to deter people such as paying fine or public force that depend on the severity of the problem, manage waste disposal more closely, epscially they need to control the family planning. The modern processor technology is also a problem noticed, the government need to reject the ineligible technology in order to ensure that the waste disposal is really safety for environment.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Big cites such as Ha Noi, Ho Chi minh…are crowded . According to a newspaper, everyday Hanoi city dismiss the 3000m3 waste. Howevet, [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ha Noi urban environmental Company only collect 1000m3 waste per day and the rest of it dumping around their abode. With a huge waste but there are a little disposing waste factory. This pollutes the urban ares and effects the health espencially the childs and the elders. To improve this situation, there should be some solutions for example: landfill must be arrange systermatically, we need upgrade the public awareness.[/FONT]

This is cause by some result for instance: garbage is not classified, the recycling waste does not guarantee the environmental standard. This make the air more and more polluted. Hence, we need some methods to resolve this problem. The government should issue policies to ban people to litter. Beside, we should apply modern technology in handing garbage.[/FONT]

Composting waste is an option for getting rid of your household waste. You can compost lots of items: food waste, animal waste, yard waste…... Anything that is organic can be composted and will break down into rich compost that can be used for a variety of things. Secondly, Recycling waste is another option for getting rid of waste. There are many different things that are recyclable: paper, tin, aluminum, plastic, and much more. A lot of people aren't aware of all the different things that they can recycle. The Gorverment needs to have suitable policies to punish wasteful actions.[/FONT]

Nowadays, economy is developed so fast, the income is increasing more and more in almost of countries in the world. However, an overall assessment on the national scale in large cities, where economic growth to attract more labor force, has many social components, the rate of juvenile violations of criminal law is higher proportion and tends to increase faster.
According to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City, in 2002, there were 385 juveniles brought to trial, by 2006 this figure was nearly 700 people (rate increases almost 100% after 4 years). In the different large cities such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, this rate is higher and rising faster than other provinces. They performed criminal acts: murder (including killing children, killing her grandparents), robbery with using of weapons, rape, and using of illegal drugs. The increasing in number and seriousness of violations of law by a juvenile is the difference between localities in which the rate increased most concentrated mainly in the large cities. Drug is developed in parallel with HIV and AIDS, prostitution is developed in parallel with the abortion adolescent girls. The great majority of victims are drug users and *** workers aged less than 30, that is born after 1975. The number of adolescent girls aborted, aged 13 to 17 accounted for 20%. Every year there are more than 100 young women died because of abortion in the capital, lack of equipment, infection or the too big fetus.
Actual situation of illegal minors have many causes, we can draw the following four basic reasons. The first reason is from their family - this is primarily, by the living environment of the family firstly effect the personality development of children. First, selecting a wrong method of management and education such as the excessive indulgence, overlooking or ignoring the mistake, the obligation of the children, thereby makes habits, psychological demands, selfish enjoyment and dependent. Second, lack of family responsibility, is not interested in managing and educating their children and depending for schools and social. Third, some families have special circumstances such as parental divorce, parents are serving a prison term, mother or father has died… The second cause is from the school. Normally, when a student disciplinary shall be expelled, but this method when applied accidentally creates lack of space management and education should be easier to put students on their way legal. In ad***ion, the coordination of information exchange and communication between family and school is not close. Third, the role of social organizations, especially the Youth Union in the education and prevention of illegal minors also faded and because the effects of the market economy with the shortcomings in the management culture - society of the state bodies, social organizations. The last reason is from their young people themselves.
To reduce this problem, we should use many different measures. First, strengthen the role of family in the sense that a barrier of the phenomenon of illegal minors. Secondly, strengthen coordination between school and family, between school and other authorities in the management and education of children and prevention of violations of law students. Third, strengthen management, advocacy and promotion of effectiveness and efficiency of state agencies. Obviously, lifestyle choices of young people are becoming very practical so we should be calm to look sympathetic to what young people have been acting. We should look at everything with eyes similar to young people to be able to understand why they do so, instead of standing outside judge. According to leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice and other departments, sectors, need to quickly, rushing to create jobs for these workers are in their teens. In ad***ion to promoting education, raise awareness for the children at this age because in fact, the crimes at young ages often have low educational qualifications, low cognitive less about the social evils so easy to get into labor within reason and crime; vocational training classes in area districts and facilities to generate income, a stable life. They also conducted widely circulated leaflets and posters with healthy content, education, organizing classes, clubs, fun youth health, and other contests to common law variable for everyone.

An essential problem of the modern urban areas is waste disposal. No nation has witnessed a growth in waste at the rate that Vietnam has seen in the past two decades. Urban areas alone generate 1billion tons annually or 0.5 kg per person daily. Waste management systems haven’t been developed to manage the increasing amounts of waste.Moreover, the domestic industry does not have the necessary infrastructures to process waste
The main reason causing waste disposal in urban areas is the development of society. Human needs are increasing, so more domestic and industrial waste are created while the government’s measures in the waste disposal issue is not focused
There are some human health risks associated with waste handling and disposal in all countries to some degree, but certain problems are more widespread in underdeveloped nations. According to a statistic, it has classified into four main categories: the first is presence of human fecal matter; the second is presence of dangerous industrial waste; the third is the decomposition of waste into chemicals which contaminate air and water systems, and the last is the air pollution caused by burning waste and methane release. As land becomes scarce, human settlements encroach upon landfill space, and governments in some cases encourage this development by closing landfills. A major environmental concern is gas release by decomposing garbage. Methane and Carbon dioxide are main gas created by burning wastes and they could be a cause of asphyxiation.Beside, very few landfills in the world's poorest countries obtain environmental standards.In conclusion, this problem is compounded by the issues associated with rapid urbanization.
At the national level, there are several methods which can be deployed to reduce the production of waste. These include: redesign of packaging, encouraging the use environmentally friendly materials to achieve the desired level of safety and convenience; increasing consumer awareness of waste reduction issues; and the promotion of producer responsibility for consumer wastes

*****m up , waste disposal problem should be handled by local and international authorities also. In my opinion, every single person must be aware of waste reduction and take care of environment.
