Em Đinh Thị Thu Vân - E 43 nộp bài a

In recent years, the modern society make people’s life become more and more stressful. There are many different causes of stress, and knowing what causes it is helpful when trying to manage stress.
One of the main factors that can cause stress is the workplace factors. Most people are stressed due to pressure at the workplace. The contents of the job will give pressure to an individual because some people are not capable to take the responsibilities. Some people may not be able to carry out the job and roles that he or she is already appointed to. Moreover, harsh, challenging, disobliging and oppress managers cause stress to their. Then, another reason of stress is financial difficulties. If you are worried about how to pay your bills on time or how you are going to save for your child's college fund, then you are most likely going to experience many of the emotional and physical symptoms that are associated with stress, from depression and sleeping problems to skin con***ions and overeating. On the other hand, health is a major stress trigger that can leave people feeling helpless, hopeless and confused. This can apply to personal health and the health of others around you, from your spouse to your friends. However, not all stress is a result of external or circumstantial causes. Some stress can be self-generated. Internal stress can be caused by negative thoughts, pessimism, low self-esteem, unrealistic expectations, perfectionism or refusing to accept change.

Stress is an unavoidable part of life for everyone. It can be caused by external or internal factors. Left unchecked, chronic stress can be extremely damaging to your health, exacerbating illnesses and causing physical imbalances. Symptoms of stress include physical symptoms such as headaches, high blood pressure and trouble sleeping; and mental and emotional health symptoms including anger, depression, difficulty focusing and behavioral changes.
No matter what the cause, stress can always be managed by taking control of how you respond to it and making time for exercise and relaxation. By finding support and talking to people in similar situations, you'll be better able to cope with the strain. Positive affirmations or regular therapy sessions can help you overcome pessimism and negative thoughts. The other side of the equation is exercise. Try to give yourself a 30 minute life-break every day, by taking a brisk walk, riding a bike, swimming or by playing an active sport. It will strengthen your heart, aid in weight control, improve blood fats and blood pressure, and combat stress - all at the same time. Another fantastic thing to do on stress leave, try something new! If you have the money and have always wanted to take a painting class, go for it! Or try writing a novel. If you enjoy them, then they too will help cut down on your stress level and make your time off that much better.

In brief, don't think so much and taken a few steps on the road to living your life the way you want to live it.

The gap of living in cities and the country side is larger and larger. Causes, effects and solutions:[/FONT]

These days, the gap between the city and coutryside is larger and larger. There are some causes attributable to this phenomenon: unequal investment between city and rural area, the low education level in the rural areas and the flow of migrant workers from the countryside to the urban area. Fortunately, there are some posible solutions to this issue.

There are a number of reasons that widen the gap. Firstly, the main reason of this gap is unequal investment between city and rural area. The government usually focus on the investment to the coastal areas and big cities that have favorable con***ions for develop economic. The second is the low education level in the rural areas contributes partly to the gap of living. Education, undoubtedly, is the prime force of productivity. The education levels in countryside is still very low. In many country, there are many people are still illiterate. Without good education, it is very hard to develop economy as well as improve life quality of people. Moreover, countryside residents, who are well qualified, often drift to the urban area with the hope of getting the job with higher salary and better living con***ion.

the government has to try their best to minimize the gap as soon as possible. In recent years, policymakers have issued many policies that helps to improve the living standard in rural areas. The first solution is to invest more in building roads, infrustructure in countryside . As the results, it will help to facilitate transportation which lead to the ease in trading goods and services. Another important way to address this problem is making investment in education. Education is the key factor in lifting peple out of pooverty line. This will make a large proportion in enhancing living standard in the countryside.

The difference in living standard in countryside an the city is being widen due to a variety of reason. However, It could be resolved by the action of government: make more investment in infrustructure and eduction. If the governmnet could do this, the gap would be gradually bridged.
