The line graph illustrates information about the number of overseas visitors travelling to Australia between 1975 and 2005. Overall, one notable trend seems to be that Australia has steadily become popular as a destination spot. It is clear from the graph that the number of visitors dramatically increased from 10 million to over 30 million in this period. There were 20 million more visitors to Australia in 2005 than in 1975.
The second table shows that the residents of some countries and Europe went to Australia in 1975 and 2005. As can be seen the table, all the number of visitors rose from 1975 to 2005. The greatest increased was the residents in Japan, rising from 3.2 million people in 1975 to 12 million people in 2005. While China having the most residents in the world had only 0.3 million visitors in 1975 and then grew 0.8 million visitors in 2005. South Korea, USA, Britain and Europe also had many people traveling to Australia in this period.
In conclusion, the number of visitors went to Australia dramatically increased between 1975 and 2005. Australia attracts more and more tourist in many countries in the world.

Em Nguyễn Thị Dung E 43 nộp bài viết đề 1

It is said that people ‘s life now is becoming more and more stressful. Effect, cause and solution
Stress is emotional and physical reaction ******nge. Everyone has stress. We usually fell “stress” when everything seem to have become too much like working too much or preparing for important examination. The modern life create a lot of material wealth and achivements, but it also create a industrial life, which people there have to work very much and fast. As a result of that, people ‘s life now is becoming more and more stressful.
Acocordingly, what are the causes of the stress? Why does it become more and more in people ‘s life now? I would divice them as two main causes.
The first main cause is the social cause. The social causes explane that why there are more and more stressful in life now thatn its befor. Life now, there are so many achivements of technology, science… are created. We always work with machines, work in industry environment. In this environment, people have to work so hard and fast as a machine. Furthermore, ambition’s human are more and more increasing. They work as a race against times to satisfy their ambition. However it seem very difficult to satisfy their ambition. Because when one ambition is gotten, a nother grater ambition comes. Hence, the more they live, the more they work hard and the more stress they get.
The second main cause is directly cause. Although it’s very easy to get stress in a life now, but people are not always surffered from stress. There are some directly causes.
Firstly, environment causes. The pollution air, traffic jam, over crowded, noisy neibour… are easy causes to make people stress. These cause are also more and more appearances in life now.
Secondly, stress uasually comes when we are not completely prepaired to cope with something happen. Moving house, being promote, family problem, finacial problem, bravement, illness…are example for this.
Fillaly is the physical causes. Stress reaction depen on your drink and food you get. Stimulant as drug, wine, tobacco… are very harmful for your feelling. Getting them made you easy to be stressful.
As we can see, people ‘s life now are becoming more and more stressful. Therefor stress is good or bad? What are effective of stress? For short periods time, stress may give you energy to finish work, to promote you but stress overtime can causes ore make some illness worse, such as heart disease, strocke, high blood pressure, diabetes, imitable bowel synderome, asthnor or arthristic. Futhermore, Stress may make the bad feeling and the bad behaviour.
Moste of effect are not good for you, so should avoid them. According the causes of stress, we have three ways to resolved them.
Firstly, treating stress by yourself. Do exercise everyday, eat plenty of fruit and vegetable, avoid stimulants are very useful to your health.
Secondly, you should learn stress management techniques. Stress management can help you to either remove or change the source of stress, alter the way you view a stressful event, lower the impact that stress might have on your body, and teach you alternative ways of coping. Stress management therapy will have the objective of pursuing one or more of these approaches.
Stress management techniques can be gained if you read self-help books, or attend a stress management course. You can also seek the help of a counselor or psychotherapist for personal development or therapy sessions. Many therapies which help you relax, such as aromatherapy, or reflexology, may have a beneficial effect.
Finally, treat with medicin of doctor ‘s prescription if it’s really serious
