There are many reasons which make the difference between living in cities and the countrysides. Firstly, it ‘s the unbalance investment policy of Government. Industrial estates and a lot of companies, groups, factories, offices are located in big cities. Living in the countrysides, means that less employment opportunities fot you. Hence, more and more people are moving to the cities from the countrysides. They want to find more jobs suit with their talent. Because it ‘s believed that it ‘s not too difficult to earn for their living. Furthermore, if you have certificates, high degree, you can get a good job which can make your life better.
Secondly, big cities are concentration point of culture, politic, social, economic centres. To response people ‘s entertainment, trade, health needs, many hospitals, cinemas, supermarket… are built in the cities. This things make gap of living in cities and the countrysides more and more large. People who live in cities enjoy more convenient and use more perfect services than those live in the countrysides. For example, if you live in the countryside, you can’t buy luxury products although you are rich. But if you live in big cities such as Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh…, famous brands like Gucci, Channel… is too familiar with you. You can watch movies in cinema in 3D, 4D… but it ‘s impossible if you live in the countrysides.
The problem is not just the difference of living. It ‘s really serious because the separation of living in cities and the countrysides cause several difficult issue. The first cause is unbalance of population. To seek more working opportunities, a huge quantity of workers migrate to cities , so lack of people work in the countrysides. It makes development growth of the countrysides weaker than cities ‘s one. In ad***ion, cities become over crowded. Increase of population lead to increase vehicle and requirement of use electricity, water… Thus, state of pollution, traffic jam may get out of control. Besides, social security become more complex. Because there are a lot of unemployment, burglars from the countrysides. They not only influence people ‘s thinking about hard working workers from the countrysides to achieve high standard living, but also make social more troubled.
Government and business sectors play very important role in minimize gap of living in cities and in the countrysides. First, adjusting investment policy is really necessary. Locating big factories, companies, groups… adequately can create more jobs for people live in the countrysides. Government must have to upgrade education qualification, help people live in the countrysides better educated and trained to distribute to their hometown. Each individual must look at the truth. Big cities is not a heaven as they think. Busy life with worry of daily needs make people live in cities less friendly than people live in the countrysides. Whether gap of living in cities and in the countrysides will increase in the future or not depends mainly on Government and individual ‘s minds.

Stress is an ordinary part of people’s life nowaday. We are all affected by stress. If you avoid it, it will take many years of your life. However, accepting and oppositing stress creativity, you’ll come off well in both your life and you business. Scientists have found that stress can result from both your daily life and your works.
First, stress from your daily life is very serious. Accumulating a lot of angry events and a shock change in your life can cause a horrible stress. Men and women in single- parent families or baby sisters feel that they can’t control a huge amount of works. Many people can’t go out, therefore they have little opportunity to meet their friends and touch with society. For instance, in 2007, Deakin University in Australia published a result of a research about health situation of 4000 baby sisters in Australia, there were more than one- third of examined people were serious depression.
Second, stress from working place influences on your health, even it can also cause death and cause decrease labor productivity. Stress from office can be induced by working require beyond yourself or by operating con***ions such as overexerting yourself, uncomfortabe work environment, or unreal working object.
Consequently, stress affects that our life is getting worse . It’s a reason for marriage accompanied unexpected ways. You are easy to get angry with everything, even trivial things. It’s terrible if you think about one day you never wake up. It’s easy to understand that you and all people in the world don’t want it happen. First, if you have long living, you can enjoyment more than orther people, you can see many changes in the world. After retirement, you have many times to care you family, to travel with them and to make everythings you want. It’s like a dream that everybody wants. But it’s hard to say that not everyone has life like this when they get old. Diseases, poverty, alone and to be a burden to someone is the fact that long living people have *****ffer. In this situation, they don’t know what they have to do, death or live like this, it’s so unfortunate.
Secondly, the society has many people living long is not good because when newborn baby will reduce, the population will older, the young labor will not enough and the inevitable result that the country will not develop. Nowadays, the gap between the city and the countryside becomes larger and larger. This situation has caused many problems for the most of countries around the world including Vietnam.
According to the recent survey, the rich spend money for living expenses, purchase more 8 times higher, and for entertainment more 70 times than the poor. There are a lot of reasons to cause that trouble such as: unequal investment between city and rural area, the low education level in the rural areas and the migration of people from the countryside to the city.
First of all, the coastal areas and big cities have lot of favorable con***ions, the government devotes more investment to these places. While investment in countryside is not paid attention to much. Then, equal investment between city and rural area makes the city be more and more developful and the countryside be poorer and poorer. Secondly, education is the prime force of productivity and development of economy and technology . However, the education levels in the countryside still keep very low; as a result the growth speed of country is slower than city’s. Last but not least, urbanization of rural areas has increased in recent years. As more and more people leave villages and farms to live in cities. The students and worker don’t intend to come back their countryside after they finish study in college and training in vocational schools. It ‘s a cause of the lack of human resources to implement the rural industrialization and modernization . If this situation continues, it will lead to serious imbalance in economic and regional development of rural areas.
Hence, the government has to try their best to minimize the gap as soon as possible. First, balance the investment between the cities and rural areas as well as let more people realize the latent capacity of rural areas in order to attract talent and investment. To be more specific, by working out some favorable policies such as low prices of land for industrial uses, with the combination of low cost of workforce, investors, understandably, are willing to establish factories in the countryside. As a consequence, the improvement of employment situation will enormously help pull back some intellectuals and lessen the gap. The gap of living in cities and the country side is larger and larger. It is problem that exists in countries in world wide and in Viet Nam too. This gap is retricted the city to the country side by suitable solution but, foremost we know exactly about causes and effects of this problem.
As we know that the gap of living in cities and the country side is unequal income, living standards or others problem. The main reason of the gap is not synchronous development economic policies. It mean that the policies concentrate on developed urban (sacrifice country side, farmer, agriculture to develop urban, worker, industry). The unequal of government is in allocating social property policies. The government invests heavily on urban. As a consequence, in city increased of social evils such as theft, gambling, drug. Because the rapid increase population is in city leading to overloaded education and health care system. In country side is not enough jobs. People have few opportunities of approaching health care system as well as education. Now, the government of country should change old policies to improve this policies such as to plan suitably urban, to build and invest on infrastructure of education, health, transport in country side finally decentralize growth to other region in country and consider rural urbanization, rural economic development as a important core in the process of urbanization.

The World Guiness Book of Records has recognized Mrs.Maria Gomes who is Brazilian, is a world`s oldest person. She is 114 years old. According to last Statistics, the popular in the world is more and more aging. Then, the living long people effect on an individual and on the whole society.
You can see that the older people is a vast repository of knowledge. They can teach you about their experience, sympathy, concern,… However, I imagine that I am old and I can not remember anything ,take care of myself. Actually, my family have to not only worry about me, but also spend more time to concern me. Moreover, I do not fell my life happy since I am not aware of anything. In the other hand, I still have my family and it is very lucky.
In the social, there are many old people are in a state of neglect. Occasionally, I meet the old men have to beg or work hard to earn money. According to the recent survey, the rate of old homelessness is 10 percent. Besides, there are lonely old men in nursing homes. They will be a burden to social. Therefore, the government have to invest health care system, nursing homes, allowance fund to ensure old people life.
In conclusion, the old people need sharing and concern of community. Hence, if you can do anything, you always pay attention to them because anyone will be old and die. In ad***ion, noone want to live all alone.

Nowadays, our life is on the fast lane at a high speed. The pressure on many aspects of life is increasingly. Consequently, people are forced to confront this one and that makes us stressful. In my following paragraphs, I‘ll give my reasons and effect of stress.
When children go to school, they must to face a lot of homeworks, difficult lessons, examinations. Moreover, due to the huge expectations of their parents as well as the high demand from their teachers to pressure them. When a child can’t do what his parent and his parent want, he‘ll feel guilty. Thus, adults accidentally create a huge burden on the child’s little shoulder. Gradually, children will fear learning, worry, lose confidence as a result children get stress.
Work pressure is enormous. The work is competitive. In ad***ion, we always want *****cceed, raised wage, promoted… Similarly, financial pressure is not trivial, such as: have enough money to pay for daily expenses, to buy house and car…, to accumulate. Therefore, we always have to try too hard to achieve that. Not to mention, when returning from work, we have to do housework and care for children, other family tasks.
Another reason is: the family is one of the causes of stress. For example: parent divorce, a spoiled child, family life is not happy… All of this is affecting family members, causing spirit shock for them. Furthermore, it ‘s difficult to fade in their minds.
The last reason is the way to deal with difficulties in our life. When we think positively, things ‘ll become more easily. On the other hand, when we think negative, things ‘ll become more complicated. Consequently, we need to have a positive attitude before difficulties. This will help us to avoid stress.
Stress affect seriously to our life. It makes us tired of the physical and the spiritual. That will lead to the quality of our life reduced. The most severe, when the person feels stuck in his life and no escape, he ‘ll think of death and made it.
In conclusion, hustle life causes stress to people. Therefore, we should create the balance between work and rest. In ad***ion, creating a healthy spiritual life will help us avoid upset in our life.

QUY ĐỊNH KHI THAM GIA LỚP HỌC :
I – Phần dành cho giáo viên


1. Giáo viên có trách nhiệm dạy đầy đủ cho học viên tất cả những bài đã nêu trong phần giới thiệu chương trình học của từng lớp được thống nhất đầu khóa học.
2. Giáo viên thường xuyên kiểm tra việc đi học, làm bài tập đầy đủ và tiến bộ của học viên.
3. Giáo viên chấm bài, phê bình và trả bài đầy đủ cho học viên.
4. Giáo viên có trách nhiệm dạy đầy đủ thời lượng quy định đối với mỗi khóa học. Đối với những buổi nghỉ học do nghỉ lễ, Tết hoặc do lý do từ phía giáo viên, giáo viên có trách nhiệm dạy bù.

II – Phần dành cho học viên:

1.Đi học đúng lớp bạn đang theo học.Trong trường hợp bạn tham dự 1 giờ học của lớp khác hoặc chuyển lớp, phải có sự đồng ý của giáo viên.
2. Đi học đúng giờ và làm bài tập đầy đủ.
3. Trong giờ học, học viên để điện thoại di động ở chế độ im lặng, nếu có việc cần trao đổi thì các bạn nói nhỏ để tránh ảnh hưởng đến giờ học và các học viên khác.
4. Không nói chuyện riêng trong lớp gây mất trật tự.
5. Giáo viên có quyền yêu cầu bạn ngừng tham gia lớp học nếu bạn có những hành vi không lịch sự trong lớp học gây phiền hà đến các thành viên khác.
6. Về vấn đề học phí:
+ Học phí đã đóng trong bất cứ trường hợp nào cũng không hoàn lại.
+ Không chuyển nhượng học phí cho người khác.
+ Trong trường hợp bạn có lý do tạm ngừng học chính đáng, học phí đã đóng tại thời điểm bạn cần bảo lưu phải còn tối thiểu 1/2 giá trị và bạn phải thông báo ngay cho giáo viên. Khi bạn theo học lại vào 1 lớp khác, giáo viên sẽ tính tương ứng cho bạn vào lớp đó. Thời hạn bảo lưu học phí là 01 năm. Học phí chỉ được bảo lưu 1 lần. (Điều khoản này chỉ áp dụng với những khóa học có chế độ bảo lưu)
