Well you know, if you decide to work with me so I must pay attention to you also. Actually I have read your report and I have some comments here below to improve your writing skills at highest quality possible.
I suppose I should begin by highlighting the fact that you did not follow the instructions of the tutor. There are many reasons supporting my views: you use "nowaday" to start a conversation; from my own perspective, it is a such normal and boring word; than you put into your work many short linking verbs: so, and, first... that are avoided to take a part of the accademic report. The second feature which I should mention is about your poor vocabulary. In fact, you have the right to consult the dictionary to discover new words to feed your vocabulary piggybank. And I should not forget to mention that after finishing your science description, it is better to review and make it prosperous by adding more adjectives,idioms, phrasal verbs or just by rewriting with compound phrases... For example, I have tryed to replace the word: report by 4 others derivations here above. Although it might be wrong but you get only 4 months to make mistakes without punishment and bad consequences.
However, that is the reason why we are forced to practice more and more without the limit of Cambridge Test series.

Topic 39: Discuss the reasons why people define happiness differently and how to obtain happiness?
As far as the definition of happiness is concerned, there are variety of attempts to define happiness and how to attain it according to individuals. The reason I should mention is their way of thinking and life environment. If you are a flat broke, I would always thinking about money and how to get it. But majority of us know that money can’t buy happiness. So if you have a certain life, you will cite the other factors that lead to happiness such as health. It is sometimes asked that: No health? No wealth? How can you define happiness? From my own perspective, healthy lifestyle including mentally and physically healthy will give you many chance to enjoy your life effectively. As well as this, you are able to take care of the others, making them smile and gratifying. It might also be noted that making yourself happy by making the others smile also is vital key of happiness. Is not that nice? Somepeople, meanwhile, their mention goes to family, which means that we might be flat broke and deathly ill, but loving family and so much care around us will make us happy just the same.
What is also worth noticing is that how to obtain happiness? There is, of course, many paths that happiness can come into life. But I do strongly support the idea that we need to content everything around us and to be an optimist. There is a saying is that: “Getting what you want and wanting what you get”. So in my view, pleasurable and meaningful life can drive us to finding happiness. We should build healthy habits, in ad***ion, being an optimist and sharing optimism to others.
Once you have known all of these, you must agree with me that happiness is not a stone or whisper that you can touch or hear. But it’s always there. It will definitely come as a wind when no one expects it and too many times we have overlooked it.

Objectives they try to attain and interests they would like to pursue in a lifetime are not similar, and furthermore, their objectives and interests vary in different life stages. For a child, happiness is when he is given a lovely present by his parents like toys, pretty clothes,…Success in career is happiness for an adult or possibly company of family members is happiness for an elder. The second reason that must be taken into consideration is that the ability of awareness differs from one individual to another. As far as I know, Farmers feel happy when the crop exceeds requirements. By comparison, excellent students at universities with higher knowledge are still trying to get more understanding in order to develop their hometown. For them, that is happiness…[/FONT]

With the advance of the human civilization, there are an increasing number of people who have raised doubts about whether the government should use money for medical care and education systems, while opponents suggest that the sectors should be funded to bring to other public developments, such as theatres and stadiums. From my own perspective, the government should spend money on both so that two opinions can be reconciled to serve public profits.

The first reason that can be seen by every person is that civilian must have the best living standards from the government. One of them is medical care that is essential to the economic and social well-being of a country, especially of an developing country. Nowadays, the developed countries pay attention to health care of citizens because when people are taken care of best health services, the society are more and more modern and industry, economy, education,... are continuously improved.

Another reason why I prefer the argument is that education systems can bring a lot of benefits to the public. Society can not developing without it. In ad***ion, education also admits preserving and increasing their living standards. For a advances social, education can improve the knowledge of citizens so that it help them a lot in their life. For instance, children who can be eliminated illiteracy and used living services can shake off poverty and climb high in the social ladder and have a life better.

While medical care and education bring tangible and immediate benefits for people, theatres or sport stadiums give intangible profits. From primitive times, human need food, shelter and health as an essential part of life. Then, people moved to a higher cultural level when they need entertainment needs spiritually, so as stadiums and cinemas and theatres are created. It's a remarkable evolution of human to move to a new period.

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that government can decide what field can finance: theatres and sport stadiums or medical cure and education because it depends on the financial situation of a country.
