Em thấy lập nhóm tiếng anh là tốt nhưng nên làm một page khác chứ mọi người tham gia nhóm tiếng anh của chị hà phương theo em không nên vào đây cm nhé và cả chuyện gửi thư nữa. Ai trong nhóm thì lập group thư rùi gửi riêng cho nhau nhé chứ thế này hơi ảnh hưởng đến người khác.

Mình vừa gửi cho lớp E50 bài chữa đợt tuần vừa rồi và bài giảng trực tiếp, mình đã cố gắng hết sức để cụ thể, tỉ mỉ và chậm rãi, hy vọng mọi người thích kiểu học này [r2)]

3. Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollutionproblems.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
What other measures do you think might be effective?
Nowadays, means of transport is rising rapidly so heavy traffic and pollution are certain things to happen, which is a concerned problem. Especially in urban areas where inhabitant is crowded, this problem is becoming serious. Hence, to solve growing traffic and pollution problems, there is an opinion that increasing the price of petrol is the best way. Besides, there are some other measures are probably better in dealing with this problem.
Actually, I completely disagree with the measure that is increasing the price of petrol is the best way. It is due to the fact that if the Gorvernment puts up the price of petrol, it will be able to affect positively to traffic and pollution but not much. At that time, a group of inhabitants reduces using their own transports by walking or using public transports to save their money. On the contrary, other people being not a small group still need to travel and do their work so nothing change, growing traffic and pollution problems are not improved. Not only that, increasing the price of petrol has a negative effect to other problems especially is economics. When the price of petrol is rising leading to the price of other goods in the market is rising too, which is the reason of inflation. If the rate of inflation is too high, it affects badly to economics. Thus if the Gorvernment want to carry out this measure, they need to think carefully.
Besides, there are some other measures is effective to deal with growing traffic and pollution problems. The gorvernment should dispose population in rational way so that the inhabitants in urban areas is not crowded or they should encourage people to use public transports. Moreover, transportation infrastructure should be invested appropriately so that growing traffic is not a concerned problem. Furthermore, means of transport being old should be prevented.
In conclution, increasing price of petrol is not the only and best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. The gorvernment should consider carefully to give the most reasonable and effective policy to deal with problems in society in the best way.

What has happened is logic in my point of view, and it was a little humouristic Anyway, I will be careful to talk on other's unperfection.
In my perspective, human has the "Me" which want sweet talk. Long long ago, my Me was large and pump like a big ball and it maked me become easily influenced by others. Fortunately, it was the past. However I recognized that at least 80% problems in the life is due to the illustion and the need of the Me of both partners.

Chị nghĩ là bất cứ ai học tiếng anh đều có thể được 8.0, hoặc nhiều hơn nữa nếu như họ thật sự muốn làm điều đó, cho dù xuất phát điểm của họ ở đâu. Nhưng đa phần mọi người không muốn thực sự, có nhiều lý do ngăn cản người ta đến với ước mơ, và phần lớn lại xuất phát từ chính bản thân người đó chứ không phải tại hoàn cảnh. Chị chả phải dân khoa học mà cũng chưa đọc nghiên cứu nào để biết tâm lý chiếm bao nhiêu phần trăm trong việc cản trở học ngoại ngữ, nhưng đủ nhiều để không coi thường "cái Tôi không giỏi tiếng anh". Tiếng anh là ngôn ngữ không khó, thậm chí là khá quang đãng và logic, nếu không nó đã không phổ biến. Nếu như gạt bỏ tất cả mọi chướng ngại tâm lý, thì cỡ 7.0 chỉ là chuyện thời gian, và sẽ học được nhanh hơn nhiều lần so với hiện tại, nếu em học y thì càng nhanh, vì từ ngành y thuộc dạng khó và phức tạp, lại hiếm gặp nhất trong số các chuyên ngành rồi.
Cái tên hòm thư nghe qua là chuyện nhỏ, nhưng hằng ngày chính em phải nhìn thấy nó thì dần dần sẽ tích lại trong đầu một dấu vết, và theo luật vibration thì nó sẽ thu hút những thứ tương tự đến với em, ít nhất làm em thấy mọi việc khó nhằn hơn thực tế, chỉ cần em dán dòng chữ "Tôi yêu tiếng anh", "Tôi quá giỏi tiếng anh", "Tiếng anh quá dễ" ở góc bàn học của em, sợ sau này em lại có tên ở ngoài sảnh IDP kiểu wanted man vì được 8.0 + thôi. Cái đó cũng là kinh nghiệm sống, còn áp dụng hay không là quyền của em. E nghĩ chị ghét e hay thế nào thì tuỳ, mà thế thì càng tốt. Người mình nên lắng nghe và học được nhiều nhất là đối thủ. Chị chỉ mong có nhiều đối thủ, nhiều người ghét để mình khá hơn.
