Well in general I would say that I’m really into cooking. This is due to the fact that I want to cook delicious food for everyone in my family. As well as this while eating a meal together, my family can talk about our work during a day. I feel very warm.

Well to be honest everyday I usually spend one hour because I have to go to work. As well as that, I could say that at weekends when I have a bit more free time I can rearrange furniture, do the washing and clean the floor. It takes me about 3 hours.
5. Did you help with the housework when you were a child?
Well in actual fact I have helped my parents since I was in grade 5. I just did simple tasks such as washing dishes and sweeping the floor but I was very fond of playing and lazy when I was a child.

Well you know I am working at Vietnam Commercial bank for two years. You might not know this but I am the go everyday. However, I really like my job.
2/ Is your job well-paid?
Well in actuall fact, it is. As you know I get a normal basic salary. You may not know but except basic salary I also get year-end bonus. Normally , this bonus are usually three months salary.
3/ Do you use English in your work?
Well to be honest I would say that I don’t really use English in my work. This is due to the fact that I only need writing and reading for working. Therefore, I have no chance to practice speaking and listening in working time.
4/ Do you enjoy your work?
Of course I think I have to say that I really enjoy my work. This is due to the fact that I like meeting my customers, giving them advices, talking to them. In ad***ion to this I suppose I’m also pretty passionate about studying banking knowledges *****pport my work.
5/ How long have you done this jobfor?
Well, actually I have done this job for two years. As you know, it is not really a long time. You might not know but I have pulled out all the stops to do my work in two years.

Do you have a job?

Well, you know I am now working for Vietnam Airlines at The Northern Regional Office as a sales executive. You might not pay attention but it is the national airline of our country with the golden lotus logo which you may have seen somewhere on your trips. Actually, there are many separate departments with variety of functions in my company and I take responsibility for supporting tour operators who cooperate with us in traveling by air and building the policies in oder to promote sales activities of Vietnam Airlines.

Is your job well-paid?

Well to be honest, in general I think that my job is a well – paid for a young employee like me, but in particular I would probably have to say that my monthly salary is not a high salary in comparison with other economic jobs. This is due to the fact that it is just equivalent with the e vờ rêi average earning of bank employees or state enterprise staff in Hanoi. Actually to be fair, I think it is at the middle level of social income.

Do you use English in your work?

Well, English is one of mandatory requirements for every candidate who applies for this job, but in actual fact I would have to say that I often use English in reading documents more than that in speaking or writing. This might be because most of my customers and my colleagues are Vietnamese. Of course, you know at other work positions, they regularly use English to communicate with customers. Therefore, our company often provides many opportunities to maintain as well as to improve English skills for staff through training courses, exchange activities, workshops with foreign customers or conferences with foreign partners ...

Do you enjoy your work?

Well to be honest I should really say that I generally enjoy my work. I guess this is probably because it is a good chance for me to practise the basic knowledge that I have got during my university course. In ad***ion to this, I can learn a lot of necessary living skills from my colleagues as well as can expand the social relationships. And I shouldn’t forget to mention that the most important reason why I enjoy this job is a dynamic working environment here with many development opportunities.

How long have you done this job for?

You know, around this time last year I have been started this job and upto now I can clearly remember my first impression with my new job. After one year, with a little precious experiences and my enthusiastic efforts, I hope that in the future I can find more and more interesting things in my job.

I do my housework everyday when I have time. In my family, my parents said that, a girl must known to do housework. Therefore, unless I go to collge, I have to help my mother do such tasks as cooking, washing dishes, washing clothes and cleaning the floors. I am verry happy when doing these work because I can help my mother.

I do not like to work when doing housework such as washing dishes. Because when you finished eating, while people go to rest or watch television, you have to clean up the kitchen and wash dishes, so I fell really tired and annoyed.

I like most planting the trees in the garden. Because the trees are my favorite and they always stimulate the love of nature in me. I usually growing roses and tomatoes. My mother is very fond of the trees I planted because they are so beautiful.

I often spend a lot of time to do housework. On weekend, I usually take many time to clean the floor and to clean bathroom. My mother is very clean, so she always wants me to do everythings carefully and meticulously. Therefore, I took a long time to do exactly what she wanted ?

Yes, ofcause. From an early age, I have started to help my mother do the housework. Because she was pretty hard to take care of her children. I did small jobs such as carring food to the dinner table or to clean up my toys when I finished playing. My mother always kissed on my cheek when I helped her doing things that.

Well to be honest, I really should say that I feel work outdoors better than indoors . I guess this is probably because when I work outdoor, I feel atmosphere comfortably and sharp mind will be held me to focus the job. Well,you know work environment includes work, colleagues, relationships with colleague and customers and I would say that everthing that affects our mood.Also I should say that we calculated average that everyone has work time approximate 8 hours or more everyday,so I consider that affecting more or less depending on each individual and job characteristics.I guess I could also remark on the fact that the pressure of the large volume of work more ,it made you feel more tired,anger or stress than normal.

Well to be honest I should really say that, I feel like working from home better than separate home and working environments and I should say that I have separate work and family. From my perspective, the beauty of working from home is that I can set my own hours and I may well work better late in the evening ,or in the morning. In ad***ion to this, I need to balance work and family,due to the fact that i also take care of my family and spend many time for them in the best way.

Work indoors or outdoors will bring its own excitement. But for me when working outdoors will help me feel comfortable, relaxed mind and can easily think of many better business strategy.

Work environment affect the spirit and work efficiency of employees, there by affecting the capacity of workers. For example, you work in a dynamic environment, a professional, you will also feel I need to work more professional, more energetic. Working in an environment of peaceful, happy spirit you will feel comfortable, more exciting to think of new ideas.
3. Do you prefer to work as part of a team, or on your own?
For me the way teamwork is very important, it will affect the success of our work. Simply because no one is perfect, group work will focus on each person's strengths and complement each other. Moreover, no one can afford everything. In ad***ion, teamwork is also a way to improve, and set a good habit to accommodate higher.

Well, I am quite enthusiastic to work outdoors. Of course I think I would have to say that one of my desires is travelling. However, in the present time, I am pretty keen on work indoors because I can arrange effectively my work schedule to study more English.
How much do you think our working environment affects our mood?
Ok alright, to be honest I suppose I should say that the ambience of the bureau has a strong influence on our spirit. That is the reason why I have chosen to work for a public academic institute to have a smooth and calm atmosphere because I need more inner peace.
Do you prefer to work as part of a team, or on your own?
Well in general I would say that I simply adore teamwork, especially in a short term project. Nevertheless, working in a team is very difficult in long term, especially in Vietnam where the team working skills are not so good. You might not know but I was leader of class or of block of classes since I was 5 and I had to stop all extra school activities when I was 19 because I felt so stressed and overload on following too much teamwork projects.
Which is better: to work from home, or to have separate home and working environments?
Oh how an interesting question. I have thought about it many times. Actually I want to work from home to save time then to earn more money and have a suitable life like what the bestsellers “Work 4 hours a week” has described. Moreover, I dream to establish a vegetarian restaurant myself one day, if this reverie comes true, my working life and casual life are certainly merged.
