We all know that good education bring a good future for us. However, with the advance of human civilization, there are an increasing number of people who have raised doubts about whether study in university guarantees a success in the society or not. In fact, some people do not owe their success to the knowledge they acquired at university, despite the great effort they ever made in obtaining a qualification. While some people without tertiary education, for example Bill Gate, their successes are very great. In my opinion, luggage with someone to the way of success contains a lot of essential elements. Tertiary education is just one of them.
Knowledge, an essential element of one's success, is normally acquired through formal education, but it is not the only approach. We are taught the skills assisting us to find a job and do the job well. However, not all the knowledge, experience and skills can be passed on to students by teaching. Experiences and rules of thumb are non-transferable at a tra***ional classroom. The only way to gain a mastery of them is the full participation in a job. There is the fact that studying at university, especially in Vietnam, can lead to lack of suitable skills and experience in their job field, even after graduating , students have to be trained again by the company.
Nowadays, the developing rate is at the great pace. The number of literacy people is increasing, tertiary education becomes common. Those with outstanding academic qualifications are not sought-after as much as before. To be successful, there are more requirements not just knowledge such as soft skills, willpower and adaptability. It is increasingly believed that the most successful are normally those who are most likely to adapt to changes in their world. Change always happen, the only thing never change is change. Without adaptability, people will suffer a lot of pressure, for long term it could get them out of the way *****ccess. Only those persistent, self-motivated and self-directed can eventually attain their objectives. Indeed, if they can catch their opportunities, they can move further in their career , and go ahead to the success.

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that tertiary education is a basic step to the way of success. To further achievements, there are more obstacles and more requirements that can not be solve just by the knowledge learnt at university
