Chị ui! Em trần thị Hiền lớp e_49 nộp bài writing ạ.
The diagram opposite shows how a thermos flask works
Summurise the imformation by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparision where relevant.

The graph below shows about the  structure  of a thermos jugs and the process how could it keep the liquid inside not affected from outsite temperature in some hours.
The bothle is about 30 to 40cm hingt and it is covered by metal or plastic at outer case to protect the glass bothle inside . Moreover this bothle include poor conductor in glass silvered to help it avoid the infrared radiation.  There is vacuum flask between the glass bothle and the outer case to prevent the conductivity  thermal. At the bottom of the glass bothle we can see an insulated support. And go up to the top of thermos there is a cap, it  is usualy made of plastic  and it serve as a cork. When we want to take out the liquid we will swivel the cap then some heat wil lost here each time we open the cap. One more thing usefull is the  thermos has a plastic cup It is used to mantle thermos as a cup when we need to drink.
The thermos bothle is a usefull thing we can use it to keep hot and cold for liquid like; tea, coffe, soup or milk for the baby.

Em Hoàng Hải Yến E – 49 nộp bài Writing task 1:

Topic: The diagram opposite shows how a thermos flask works.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where revelant.

The diagram shows how a thermos flask maintains temperature in several hours. In fact, the thermos flask is used for keeping the hot liquid hot for long time. You can use it for containing boiled water, milk for your babies or tea in many times using but don’t need reheat them. If you look at the image, you will see that its appearance is cylinder heads with being scaled at the top. The device has a height of about 30 - 40 cm and consists of two glass bottles inside. Both of them are silvered to help the thermos flask avoid exposing to infrared radiation. The most interesting feature is that the air between the two ones is pumped out and then sealed to create a vacuum. Putting the inner side of outer case surrounded by vacuum makes the device a poor temperature conductor. In ad***ion, the bottle is also enclosed in a metal or plastic case and supported a cork on the top, in order to protect the glass envelop-silvered bottle from breaking. Next part is usually a cap and the last is a plastic cup - drink. Generally, a hot substance gets cold by releasing its heat to the surroundings. Although the thermos flask has been covered with a cork, a cap and a plastic cup, some heat will be lost when you open them to get the inside liquid for using. However, this is really a useful home appliance.

This diagram gives information about a thermos-flask which is used for maintaining the temperature of liquid such as water ,coffee …. It has a cylindrical shape with a height of 30 to 40 centimetre.
Thermos flask consists of two main parts .The first section contains of plastic cup ,plastic cap and outer case .Plastic cup and plastic cap are used to cover but sometimes plastic cup may also be used as drinking cup .Water in the flask will cool down each time you open the plastic cap .Outer case is made of aluminum ,plastic or enameled iron in flower or animals ,looks very nice .
Besides ,the second being the most important part ,it is vacuum flask .Inners are composed of two layers of glass, in between two layers is the vacuum .Glass is used to make up a thermos flask which is a bad conductor of heat .Silver laminated poster to reflect heat radiation ,to prevent heat transfer to the outside .In ad***ion ,the bottom of the thermos has insulated support.
This ends my report here.

Em Tuân E49 nộp bài writing 3: Task 1

This diagram shows how to a vacuum flask to keep its contents hotter or cooler than its surroundings.
A vacuum flask is a bottle with heigh 30 to 40 cm made of metal, glass, plastic with hollow walls; the narrow region between the inner and outer wall is evacuated of air. Using vacuum as an insulator avoids heat transfer by conduction or convection. Radiative heat loss can be minimized by applying a reflective coating silver surface. Ad***ional insulation reduces heat losses and cushions flask against impacts. There's also a tight, screw-down stopper on the top of the vase.
When a liquid is poured into the cacuum flask and then the top is sealed, the liquid inside maintains its temperature because heat does not transfer through the vacuum. No heat can enter the thermos to warm a cold liquid, and no heat can leave to cool a hot liquid. When infrared radiation tries to leave the hot liquid, the reflective lining of the inner chamber reflects it straight back in again. The only way radiation can escape, is by the lid being taken off.
Vacuum flasks commonly used to transport insulated liquids such as coffee, tea, milk...

Em Minh Huyền E48 nộp bài speaking ạ. Em gửi lại bài về môi trường làm việc chị nhé.
1) Would you rather have a job that was indoors, or would you prefer to work outdoors?

Well, I would rather have a job that was outdoors than indoors. The first thing I should mention is that working outdoors will bring me the dynamics as well as the inspiration to work effectively. In ad***ion to this, working outdoors is good for my health, especially my eyes thanks to the open space. Something else that I need to comment on is that natural environment not only help reduce work pressure but also create an ideal opportunity to relax, so everybody will feel better and always be ready for new challenges.
2) How much do you think our working environment affects our mood?
From my own perspective, working environment has strong effect on our mood. I could start off by saying that working in a professional and harmonious environment, we will feel confident and comfortable, which helps us make progress in a short time. In fact, if the working con***ion is friendly, we can share the new ideas to our colleagues and listen to their insults, so we will be able to finish our tasks with high effects. On the other hand, restrictive and adversely competitive working environment will make us bored and unwilling to do anything, as a result, the working capacity as well as the colleagues relationship will become not good as we expected.
3) Do you prefer to work as part of team, or on your own?
Well as you can probably guess, I prefer to work as part of team. The point I’d like to begin with is that team work will take the advantage of professional capacities and neccessary skills of everybody in the group, so it will not only stimulate the creativity but also create a turning point in working effectiveness such as time and money savings or a unique fashionable design. Another point which I could add is that working in a group can strengthen team spirit which is expressed by positive cooperation, deep sympathy and towards the common interest of the company. Therefore, members of a team will have close friendship, working passion and great motivation to devote to their company.
4) Which is better: to work from home, or to have separate home and working environments?
Actually, I do strongly support the idea that working from home is better than having separate home and working environments. My initial point would be that working from home will help us save a lot of time as well as enhance work efficiency. In fact, thanks to the development of modern technologies such as telephone, internet or fax, we can solve the assignment quickly from far distance so we won’t have to face with the traffic jam in rush hours, accidents and the harshness from the weather. Furthermore, working from home also make us have time to look after our family and we can do many things at the same time. I shouldn’t forget to mention that working from home, we will feel free, comfortable to concentrate on working and we won’t be disturbed by other people in office.

Topic: The diagram opposite shows hơ a thermos flask works.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main feature and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram illustrates the structure of a thermos flask and maintains temperature of liquid for such a quite long time as several hours.
This gadget is about 30 – 40 cm height. It is covered by many crusts to keep the heat of milk, soup or hot water well. The outer case is made of plastic or metal to protect the glass crust inside. The glass envelope is silvered to reduce infrared radiation. Besides, it has an insulated support at the bottom. Between the outer and glass case, there is a vacuum flask because vacuum is the environment which conducts the temperature poorly. The cap of a thermos is usually made of plastic. When you want to pour the hot liquid inside, you need to screw the cap. Some heat is lost here. It results in the fact that the liquid gets cool for several hours. The advantage of a thermos is the plastic cup, which helps you to be able to drink fast and conveniently.
You can use this gadget when you go for a picnic, visit the patients or keep the milk for baby warm...
