As you see, the thermos flask is about 30-40 cm high. The outer case is made by metal or plastic to protect the glass envelope inside. The glass envelope is silvered to make less infrared radiation. Between the glass envelope and the outer case is the vacuum flask which is near vacuum. It is poor conductor. Bottom of the thermos flask is insulated support. However, top of the thermos flask is a cap which is usually made by plastic. When the cap is removed, some heat will exit there. The last component of the thermos flask is a plastic cup which is used to drink the liquid inside.
Therefore, the thermos flask is one of necessary invention of our lives. We can use it to keep liquid which likes tea, coffee, soup, milk hot or cold.

Along with the development of the society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that parents worry about the amount of time their children spend watching TV and using the Internet. According to the recent statistics of vnexpress.net, one of the most reliable websites in Vietnam, the results of a study by Insight Research Group recently conducted, 57% of 1,138 parents surveyed expressed concern about their children who spend too much time on watching TV and 80% of the children under 5 years old in the U.S. use the Internet. From my own perspective, there are two main reasons for this.

The first reason that can be seen by every person is the decreasing in quality learning and children’s health. When their children watch TV and use the Internet a lot, they will have too little time to study. Consequently, learning outcomes can be lower. In ad***ion, sitting long in front of computer screens or TV also affects children's eyesight and makes their bodies tired and lifeless. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that children who consistently spend more than 4 hours per day watching TV are more likely to be overweight.

The second thing that must be taken into consideration is the bad effects of watching TV or using the Internet on children’s behaviours. The children are very curious and often want to experience what they think or what they see. TV characters often depict risky behaviors, such as smoking and drinking, and also reinforce gender-role and racial stereotypes. Therefore, children may become more violent or have wrong actions like the characters in the movies.

After the careful consideration of the above reasons, I strongly support the idea that parents should not worry too much about this issue, because watching TV not only helps their children relax but also enhances the understanding of the problems around. However, parents should create some sort of schedule for the children when it comes to watching TV and educate the children in self-learning, watching TV with the appropriate amount of time and watching programs which are tailored to age.

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that the decline in health and quality learning of children and the bad habits resulted from too much time spent watching TV or using the Internet. In my opinion, the children should be made more aware of this problem.

The thermos flask is cylinder in shape. It is from thirty to forty centimeter in height. The most important part of thermos flask is vacuum flask. It consists of two glass envelopes. The inside of it is silvered. Silver makes infrared radiation less. There is a vacuum space which is between two glass envelopes. It is a poor conductor which is hard to conduct heat. The bottom of vacuum flask is an insulated radiation. Next to vacuum flask is outer case. It is made of metal or plastic to help protect glass envelopes which smash easily. In order to close thermos, we use a cap. It is usually made of plastic. There is a plastic cup above. People can use it to drink. There is an air space which is between cap and cup. Some heat lost here.
When you open thermos flask, heat is easy to conduct to outside. Therefore, after opening, you should close cap quickly and carefully.​

The informations are updatted sometimes before they are mentioned on TV or newspaper. Moreover, e-press is lively and colourful. You nearly know all hot news on over the world without buying many newspaper. For example, you care about showbiz star’s activities, newspapers do not provide the informations you want and TV can not open the show which only screen about your idols. In that case, you can search on the internet and all informations about your love stars you need will showed.The prolem also due to the boredom of antiquated newspapers and TV while young people often likes colourful, eye-catching things. On the other hand, with the e-press, you can read anytime, anywhere on mobile with cheap cost.You no need to carry many newspapers, and one thing you should know that watching TV on mobile is much expensive. However, we can not negative the benefits of reading newspaper or following the news on TV. For increase the rate of readers, I suggest some solutions, with newspaper, refresh presentation, update news daily, with the News on TV, refresh interface, use more pictures than words, limit advertisment while the show is going on. Untimely advertisments make viewers uncomfortably. Hope that these things can improve amount of audiences, especially young people.

The diagram illustrates the structure of a thermos flask and its capacity of maintaining temperature for several hours. A thermos flask is shaped cylinder with the height of 30 to 40 cm. The innermost called vacuum flask that contains hot liquid is the most important part. It is made of envelope-silvered glass to reduce the infrared radiation. In order to void the conductor, the flask is put in vacuum. Metal or plastic is used to make the outer case so as to protect the fragile inside. There is an insulated support at the bottom. The next part is a cap which usually made of plastic. It is covered by a plastic cup which make it convenient for the users when they want to drink. However, there could be some heat loss when the cap is opened. As a result, the thermos flask can only keep temperature for several hours. Nevertheless, people still use it to keep the original taste of hot drink.
