From my own perspective, watching TV and using the Internet have many useful for children if children spent logical time for them. Television and internet helps a child to extent his or her range of interests. Children can find out many new things and make many exiting discoveries for themselves. In ad***ion to these practical benefits television improves children's vocabulary, their memory and gives them the opportunity to gain more knowledge. It is very essential for a child. I think that in our modern world, children must learn faster and use all contemporary technology in order *****ccceed.

From what has been discussed above, we can see that watching television and using internet are useful for children, parents should note that the selection of educational programs, not violent. Parents should be watching TV with children to explain and comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the characters in the program. In ad***ion to the time watching television, electronic games, video, internet, parents should encourage children to read books, explore the natural environment, sports, music, art activities, crafts, assembled with games to promote creativity and imagination of children.

Oh well, of course the media is totally a great tool of humankind to expand the information and newspaper is not an exception, especially in two last centuries when people had not yet a powerful instrument which is internet. However, with the inlimitted development of technology in telecommunications, newspapers is transforming to the electric form: enewspapers, newsletters, emagazines… and don’t lose its important role.
To what extent should the media be regulated?
Each person has the right to say what he think, however, sometimes saying anything is better and the media is the same case. The country has declared a huge number of documents to regulate the media. These regulations is necessary to keep a pure environment of social life. Nevertheless, when these rules are so strict, they become an obstacle of the transparent informations and media is converted into a subjective instrument of some agencies.
What effect can the media have on public opinion?
In fact, the media influence on many aspect of its clients that could be listed like the interest, the hobbies, the lifestyles… and also the opinion on foreign affairs. One important example is the manifestation of around one thousand young vietnamese people in order to protest some sensible activities of China in the East Sea. These protectors reunited by using facebook, the most popular network now.
Do you think the media sometimes focus too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles? Why? Why not?
Many people think that media show too much sensible informations and images of famous people, however, when we was in the place of people who write, who sell the media, we should understand that this fact is normal and unavoidable to reach a higher view points or a higher ranking. Consequently , these informations will improve the revenue of media center.


This table shows the ranking of six most popular languages which are Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, english, Arabic, Portuguse.
The first important thing is that the number of native speakers is classed by the same order that listed behind. Nevertheless, the second observation is that there are some differences in number of ad***ional language speakers that influence on the total number speakers of each language.
Beginning with Chinese which lead in the number of native speaker with 873 million persons and which take the second position of ad***ional laguage with 178 million in order to obtain the greatest total number with 1,051 billion of speakers.
Besides the Middle Kingdom’s language, the language of British Kingdom has only 340 million native speakers, nevertheless, because the amount of speakers as an ad***ional language is significant with 470 million then this language is the number two in the total result. In contrast, surprisingly, the Hindi, an Indian language that is not allowed in international conferences, takes the second rank in number of native speakers and the third place in ad***ional speakers then reach the third place in total numbe of 490 million. In ad***ion, Spanish which acquires the third place in number of native speakers and whose position of second laguage speakers is moderate as well as reducing the ranking to the forth in total number of speakers with 420 million persons.
Finally, Arabic and Portuguese keep their fifth and sixth grades in all aspects according to the table. This ends my report.


My English language studies:
Well, first of all, I decided to learn English because it is an important language that is considered as the communication language of the world. Actually, I have studied English for 12 years, nevertheless, the official time of this activity is just only 8 months. As I want to speak well English I try to use English as much as possible: writing letter, chatting, speaking with foreigners… reading newspapers and listening transcrips. Now I join a private class of IELTS and participate an IETLS group to practice more and more. Finally, I work as a researcher and I usually practice English in my job: translating, searching documents, writing reports… and communicating with foreign partners. In fact, I’m preparing the outline of a project with Oxfam so that I have to use English belong all the project.
