Chị nghĩ từ "regulate" ở đây kiểu "to bring under the control of law or constituted authority" thì đúng hơn, kiểu "điều tiết" ấy em []

- Bài của em Thùy Linh 2 lần đợt 10 & 11 đều ko chữa đc, em phải copy đường link cho mình down giống các bạn, chứ ko phải cái myfiles, vì khi mình paste thì mình chỉ xem đc những file từ máy tính của mình chứ ko phải của Linh.

DOLPHIN​

I’m pretty keen on the dolphin. It’s marine mammal that is closely related to whales and porpoises. It is found worldwide, mostly in the shallower seas of the continental shelves, and is carnivore, mostly eating fish and squid. It has a streamlined body, adapted for fast swimming. Unlike most mammals, dolphin teeth are believed to function as antennae to receive incoming sound and to pinpoint the exact location of an object. Nevetherless, dolphin does not have hair, except for a few hairs around the tip of its rostrum which they lose shortly before or after birth. Especially, dolphin’s brain is large and highly complex. Moreover, it has acute eyesight, both in and out of the water, and it can hear frequencies ten times or more above the upper limit of adult human hearing. Hearing is also used for echolocation. As many other animals, dolphin is social, and lives in pods of up to a dozen individuals. Besides, the dolphin's sense of touch is also well-developed. It communicates using a variety of clicks, whistles and other vocalizations. Furthermore, it makes ultrasonic sounds for echolocation. Although dolphin often leap above the water surface, it occasionally performs acrobatic figures such as spinning. Dolphin enjoys riding waves and frequently surf coastal swells and the bow waves of boats. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen dolphin in real life. I only saw it on the world’s animal program on television. I’m really into dolphin since it is often regarded as one of Earth's most intelligent animals. In ad***ion, its often friendly appearance and seemingly playful attitude have made it popular in human culture.

Well to be honest, along with the development society , more and more different media are bought to peoples, one of which is the newspaper. In fact, newspapers are very important in peoples’ lives these days. I think I should have to say thatone thing that makes newspapers better than other medias is that they are very clear and have good arrangements that help people easily understand information they give. As you can see, newspapers are the most popular way to get information around the world. As well as that,I could say that they contain a spectrum of articles and photographs on topics ranging from local politics to world culture.In ad***ion to this, you can find much helpful information for yourself such as finding jobs,etc.

Well you know, nowadays, with the fast development of the entertainment industry, there are many kinds of programs we can watch on our TV.The main thing you need to know is that not all programs are suitable for everyone, especially for children. In fact, today children are able to see anything when unsupervised. As well as that,I could say that it is bad when they see violent scenes or watch adult programs on TV. So actually, it is necessary that the people who are responsible for program contents must have a suitable broadcast schedule.

Well you know, the media seem to have quite large impact on the public that watch or listen to them each day.The first thing I should mention is that because of the large effects of the media on public opinion, some people use them as the tools bring benefit to them. Like for instance, more and more people and enterprises use the media to advertise their products today. The politicians must use the media for their campaign. However, the media cause negatively to public, some wrong information can damage to people who have not enough information.

Well you know, the media focuses too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles and this sometimes makes me feel boring.The first thing I should mention is that the images of famous people are everywhere, on the posters you see when you walk on streets and on the advertisements on TV. In fact, more and more companies use celebrities and their lifestyles to advertise their products and this is a popular trend in advertising today.In ad***ion to this I don’t say that this is not a good thing but the programs focusing too much on famous people may cause some problems.Like for instance, for a famous person, there are always many fans and many anti-fans, so if a program broadcasts his image too much times, it will attract his fans to view but his anti-fans may get angry and they will be anti it.

[FONT=&quot]Well, I would rather have a job that was outdoors than indoors. The first thing I should mention is that working outdoors will bring me the dynamics as well as the inspiration to work effectively. In ad***ion to this, working outdoors is good for my health, especially my eyes thanks to the open space. Something else that I need to comment on is that natural environment not only help reduce work pressure but also create an ideal opportunity to relax, so everybody will feel better and always be ready for new challenges.

[FONT=&quot]From my own perspective, working environment has strong effect on our mood. I could start off by saying that working in a professional and harmonious environment, we will feel confident and comfortable, which helps us make progress in a short time. In fact, if the working con***ion is friendly, we can share the new ideas to our colleagues and listen to their insults, so we will be able to finish our tasks with high effects. On the other hand, restrictive and adversely competitive working environment will make us bored and unwilling to do anything, as a result, the working capacity as well as the colleagues relationship will become not good as we expected. [FONT=&quot]Well as you can probably guess, I prefer to work as part of team. The point I’d like to begin with is that team work will take the advantage of professional capacities and neccessary skills of everybody in the group, so it will not only stimulate the creativity but also create a turning point in working effectiveness such as time and money savings or a unique fashionable design. Another point which I could add is that working in a group can strengthen team spirit which is expressed by positive cooperation, deep sympathy and towards the common interest of the company. Therefore, members of a team will have close friendship, working passion and great motivation to devote to their company. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4) Which is better: to work from home, or to have separate home and working environments?[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Actually, I do strongly support the idea that working from home is better than having separate home and working environments. My initial point would be that working from home will help us save a lot of time as well as enhance work efficiency. In fact, thanks to the development of modern technologies such as telephone, internet or fax, we can solve the assignment quickly from far distance so we won’t have to face with the traffic jam in rush hours, accidents and the harshness from the weather. Furthermore, working from home also make us have time to look after our family and we can do many things at the same time. I shouldn’t forget to mention that working from home, we will feel free, comfortable to concentrate on working and we won’t be disturbed by other people in office.
