WRITING TASK 2

There is a argument about allowing or not allowing children to work for money.

Many people agree with attitude that children should be allowed to work for an income. Even if you don't have a family business, you can still teach your children about earning money. Working gives them experience in offering a service or delivering a product, builds their saving accounts, and teaches them important money management habits. There is a limited working-age, of course. Money is not the first object. Working since early age help children grow about thinking and be able to have self-made existence. In actual fact, any job that requires you to have experience, maybe reach the standard or maybe not, but that knowledge will show your ability to adapt to every working environment. Mrs Cherryl Hanson – the professor of Yale University said that children can contribute to economic growth. In summary, if we don't develop an entrepreneurial outlook and money-making skills in our youth, they will graduate from school expecting to receive employment that will not be available.

Parallel above attitude, there are many conflicting points. Some parents hold the belief that working for profits by children is wrong. Youth age is the period of time which should be comfortable playing. Adult should not indirectly stealing their childhood. Children only need to hardly study. Working just when they grow-up. For instance, according the researching of vnexpress.net – the well-known website of Vietnam, there are 73% consulted parents believe that working make their children’s academic performance poorly. They also said that they do not expect their kids earn money and just want them have a meaningful childhood.

Clearly, both viewpoints are convincing and we can not judge them right or wrong.

Em Diệu Linh E48 gửi chị bài Writing task 2 ạ :D

Everything has a good side and a bad side, the children participating in paid work in no exception, so people hold the different views. Some peoples believes that the age at which children are allowed to work for money varies from country to country is wrong, but others regard it as a valuable opportunity to gain experience of the work environment. Personally, I think that this statement is not totally correct, so I will analyze it in my essay as follow.
I am certain that children work for money varies form country to country has brought out many benefits. There are many reasons supporting my views. Firstly , After finishing study in the school or holiday , children can use their free time to earn money because it helps them to learn about independent life and understand the value of money that they often received from their parents. Secondly , through working which they have done, children have more opportunity to approach the realities everyday life. These do not educate in their school such as culture, life style, etc,so they are widened their knowledge. Moreover, This is a good con***ion in order to being educate children about moral and responsibility with the public and family.
On the other hand, it brings many problems . From my own perspective, more parents are worry about the passive effects of work for money to their children. If children spend too much time for working, they will leave out their learning in the school. In ad***ion, children still lack of both physical and spiritual development , so they are not enough experiences to meet the demand of work. Furthermore, children are particularly vulnerable objects, so they become easily victim of robbers, exploitative labour, or other crimes. Like for instance, following the vnexpress.net which is prestige and popular newspaprer in Viet Nam reported that more than 10,350( approximately 6,145 boys and 4,200 girls ) was abused labour in 2007.
Based on the above discussion and analysis, we can see that children want to work for money more effective, they can balance between working and learning. I hope that participating in paid work will help them earn extra income, and have more knowledges.

Currently, one of the topic that interests quite a lot of people in society is the age at which children are allowed to work for money varies from country to country. Be more specific, there have been several opinions and statements on the topic, and some people believe it is wrong, Other regard it as a valuable opportunity to gain experience of the work environment. Due to my own view, statement may prove to be convincing to some extent but may not quite accurate in some cases
To begin with, Nothing can alter the fact that those who support the statement above should have all their argument justified. First of all, one of their main arguments could be that, when children work for money , they will have some bad result .for instance, when children worry about work and money, they will not concentrate for study
Next somehow many of us find it resonable to accept their point, understand the reason explaining that
When children use their leisure times for works, they will touch with realise life. They can study and practise with their knowledge
Likewise, and statement above is not generally consisted as an accurate one to everybody since there also some people who do not advocate it. As regards their justification, a reason usually claimed by many of them to convince us is that when children can ean money. They will want to finish high-school and find a jod. With younger people when they early touch with work environment, they are social temptation
All things considered, it is by no means an easy task for everyone to determine which side of the argument they should take because, as explained clearly earlier, both sides appear to prove their point. However, I still personally believe that work for money is good for children when they want to have social experience

Many governments state that they value equal opportunities for all but do not provide adequate support for the disabled .
Discuss this view and give your own opinion ?
Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that the fairness of life . All people hope to have equal opportunities, earn a living and support themselves. This is an interesting thought but not the reality, especially people with disabilities . This issue should be viewed and analysed in the following paragraphs .
From the standpoint of many governments state , equal opportunities is a situation in which people have the same changes in life as other people, without being treated in an unfair way because of their race, ***, ***uality, religion, or age . However , in some countries they have not fully support for the disabled , which may be of a physical, sensory, mental or psychic nature . Like for instance , in the field of employment, a great number of people with disabilities within the working age are excluded from the labour market . Similarly in education, many children with disabilities are excluded from mainstream schools and are confined to institutions which give them no opportunity for normal social interaction .
After careful consideration of the above reasons, I think the government agency need removing various barriers to equal opportunities and full participation in all aspects of life . For example , constructing the bus reserved for disabled people or reduced from 30% to 50% bus fare . The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that building the center to create jobs for the disabled such as Donkey Bakery , according to dantri 85% people in here is disabled .
Based on the above discussion and analysis, we can see that this is a hot issue throughout the world . Maybe this can never wholly be accomplished, since a disability is after all just that a disability. With the advancement of modern science and technology, however, and with further advancement in legislation, and with further advancement in the work done by organizations for and consisting of disabled people, the gap between disabled and non-disabled people can eventually be bridged to the furthest extent possible.

Whether you are disabled or not, you should be able to live an independent, rich, rewardding life. In my opinion, many governments haven’t provide enough adequate support for the disabled.
Firstly, the disabled people have a lower quality of life than non-disabled people. They have not had the employment oppurtunities that non-disabled have. Only a minority of disabled adults under pensionable age were in regular employment, and those who were in employment more likely to be in lower paid jobs. A still largely inaccessible public transport system which makes more difficult for disabled people to travel to work. And poor investment in education and training which has not given disabled people skills needed for employment. Consequently, disabled people were less likely to be in a position to prepare themselves for old age, for example, contributing to a private pension scheme, and were obliged to rely on the basic state pension as their only source of income. Those without employment relied on state benefits considered by many to be inadequate to deal with the basics of life. Also, the day-to-day living costs of many disabled people are comparatively higher (for example, the may be obliged to travel by taxi rather than public transport, they may use and run specialised equipment…).
Secondly, appropriate housing is a key to independent living. However, most homes are not accessible for disabled people. Inadequate private sector provision and the lack of personal financial resources mean that many disabled people rely on accommodation provided by local authorities and housing associations. Despite a growing demand, there has been a lack of investment in building homes that incorporate the necessary feature for disabled people to access them with ease.
Thirdly, without an accessbile transport system, many disabled people are deprived og the freedom to move beyond their environment. Some buses are designed with lower floors to give wheelchair access but unfortunately, these buses are used on only a limited number of routes at present.
In conclusion, it is often hard for disabled people to make their voice heard, and this is actually a question of giving equal opportunity when it comes to transportation, accessibility and general quality of life.

Along with the rapid development of the society, remarkable changes have taken place in our modern life. These days, the wealthy often throw away perfectly good products in order to replace them with more up-to-date models. A question is raised up: “Do the environmental disadvantages of this development outweigh the economic advantages?”
Many percentages of people hold the view that environmental problems are becoming more serious. I do strongly support the idea that this risk is quite big. The main reason is rubbish. When we dispose something which is useless or still good, amount of garbage are dismiss into the environment. Moreover, we need some technology and energy to treat them. Besides, disposing the useful products is very waste.
On the other hand, there are also some percentages of people who take the view that economic development is more prior. This idea is based on the real demands. Certainly, we can’t use old equipments until they are collapsed. Most of products nowadays have some-year warranty. It guarantees their recycling and reproduction.
Absolutely, an active economics will always manufacture, recycle and circulate.
From my own perspective, we need some controls to balance these problems. We should reuse the products which are rejected to make new ones.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that environment and economy need to develop with the most balanced way. It’s the perfect con***ion which we aim to.

Cháu nộp bài writing task 2: mobile telephone have brought many benefits but they have also had negative effects ♥

As I know, almost people in the world are having mobile telephones. Mobile telephones have become a part of our lives. But it’s not good if we too dependent on mobile telephones.
Mobile telephones is very useful. It helps us communicate with each other easily, with friends, family, business partners… Each time you have something to tell to somebody, you just have to make a call or text a message. This way help we safe time than the old one: write letters. Now, modern telephones have many applications for our entertainment. You can go to facebook, flickr, my space, or even check mail, chat with friends. You can listen to musics in your mobile telephones, play games, photography, recording, etcs. So, you see the mobile telephone improves our lives, right ? But we must also mention to the bad side of mobile telephones. If too dependent on it, people will become very lazy and may have multiple diseases. Use mobile phones while driving can cause accidents. Young people can get paranoid if use mobile phones too much. They will feel like the phone is vibrating even though it is silent. The electromagnetic waves of mobile phones cause adverse impacts on human’s brain.
Mobile phones have both good and bad side. If we use it in moderation, it will be very helpful. But if we abuse the mobile phones too much, it will bring a lot of harm. So be careful !
