There is an issue which frequently generates a great deal of heated debate. In fact, some people believe it is right because children will get more experience of work environment, whilst others don’t think so and claim that it is wrong.

Take the view that, children can work to earn money by themselves. Children are always taught lots of booklore at school so they want to learn practical knowledge. This is also reason why parent allow their children work part-time. Firstly, parents hope their children have much opportunity to improve their real-life experience such as communicative competence, working habits,… and can make friends. Secondly, if children know earn money do not easy, they will treasure your money and spend less on unnecessary things. Thirdly, children understand to live on their own feet, can arrange logic their time and in ad***ion, they avoid some illness such as depression or autism. According to xaluan.com, Thanh Binh, a student, in class 8 this year in Ha Dong - Ha Noi was "actively" giving "the baby's tummy" in a restaurant used by his mother to improve the "life skills" of him.

However, there are a few reasons why some people think children should not work early. In fact, children at the age of development, they often inquisitive and imitate. Parents do not want their children to work well because they will be exposed to bad people and become not good persons. Moreover, parents worry if children go to work, they will neglect their studies, and go to work early is not really necessary. Besides, many children were forced to work, abuse so for working children is not good. According to statistics of Committee for Population, Family and Children, in 2003, there were over 21,000 homeless children, children are exploited labor, and risk of crime increasing. That is a concern.

In conclusion, any problems are two sides of it which are positive and negative, and questions about working children, too. I believe that working children is really good for children if they are interested and protected by parents, society and law.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that the wealthy in society often throw away perfectly good products in order to replace them with more up-to-date models.

The wasteful use of goods will cause negative impacts to the environment. The more goods are produced, the more natural resources are lost. WWF said that people are using natural resources at speeds many times faster than the ability to produce new resources of the planet. Besides, When almost wealthy always throw away perfectly good products to replace them with modern ones, The number of waste will be increased, more and more rubbish is taken into the environment. To solve this problem, The Governments have to pay a large of money for purchasing waste treatment machines. If we don’t have effective treatment machines, the environment will be polluted seriously. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the total cost of municipal waste disposal is $100 per ton. Therefore, the cost of municipal waste disposal in the US could be $23.8 billion - a very big number.

However, on the other hand, the regular replacement leads to grow up the yield of goods consumed. When a customer purchases increased demand, manufacturers will rise production and supply more products to the market. According to the economic theory of Keynes, a very famous economist, the increase in consumption likes a stimulus, which promotes economic growth.

In conclusion, depending on the period of economic development, the environment disadvantages of this development could out weigh the economic advantages or otherwise. Sometimes we accept the environmental pollution in exchange for the economic growth.

Many governments state that they value equal opportunities for all but do not provide adequate support for the disabled.

Discuss this view and give your own opinion.

Along with the development of social, more problems and more brought to our attention, one of which is social justice. In this 21st century we expect to have fair opportunities for disabled people, helping them integrate into all activities of social development. However, not every country can do this.

People with disabilities are citizens with rights to be respected and to have equal opportunity to participate in the spiritual life, politics, culture, economy and society. Worldwide, then every ten people has a disability. They face barriers to their integration into the community and often living on the margins of society, more or less discriminating about basic rights like food, education, occupation, or access to health services and reproductive health. Jobs for disabled people is always one big question with the community needs to find solutions. Many companies or individuals currently not receiving disabled people into work; because companies has not boldly accept should the ratio of unemployed disabled people still high. Example: In Vietnam there are 6, 1 million disabled people (2009). Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs estimated that 69% of people with disabilities are of working age (ages 16 to 55 or 60) and only 30% of them have jobs and steady income to take look after yourself and your family. This shows that although there are many policies on disabled people are given, but still lacks consistency and shortcomings, many documents have not been taken seriously.

Overcoming guilt and difficulties of the handicapped people with disabilities risingsense to live indepen dently and economic integration with the community. But to do this, they need more attention of the departments, unions and community spirit.

Many governments state that they value equal opportunities for all but do not provide adequate support for the disabled.
Discuss this view and give your own opinion.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that many governments do not provide adequate support for the disabled as what they promised. Actually, the disabled are miserable and the facilities from organizations and government serve them are limit.

From my own perspective, I strongly support the idea that the disabled are always at a disadvantage compared with people who have normal health. According to International Labor Organization, about 10% of people with disabilities equivalent to 650 million people (surveyed 2007). Most of them live in rural areas and have difficult circumstances, especially people who live alone. Their health is very weak and they are not fully educated. This is the main reason why they can not find jobs, difficult to participate in social activities, have to rely on family and social support.

However, I am one of many people who feel that many governments do not full support for the disabled. Statistics of vnexpress.net, one of the most reliable websites in Vietnam, the rate of disabled people living in the camp's social welfare state is only 0.22%. In ad***ion, many countries do not have the infrastructure, transports, public works ... is specifically designed for the disabled. For example, Vietnam law provisions that enterprises on the territory have to get 2% - 3% of total employment who are disabled, but no agency assigned to monitor businesses implement this policy. These are the barriers to restrict they integrate into the community, to promote their contribution to society.

Based on the above discussion and analysis, we can see that the government should create equal opportunities for the disabled. State institutions need to provide the appropriate equipment to they can study, work, rest ... as others people. That is a country which is beautiful, friendly with all.

Discuss this view and give your opinion.

In 2011, the world’s population has reached about 7 billion and continues increasing in the next years. It is surprised that 650 million persons that means about 10% of the world’s population are people with disabilities. There is a question posed to country leaders that “have these 650 million people inherited the same rights as other people? “. Although many governments insist that they provide equal opportunities for all, in fact, the disabled have not received adequate support.

In recent years, with the development of society, the disabled have been cared and supported more by governments and non-government organizations. Each government has its own policies which protect the disabled‘s rights. For example, the Magna Carta of Philippine for Disabled Persons states that “Disabled persons are part of Philippine society… Disabled persons have the same rights as other people… They should be able to live freely and as independently as possible” and “The State shall exert all efforts to remove all social, cultural, economic, environmental and attitudinal barriers that are prejudicial to disabled persons”. However have they lived up with there ideals? In fact, the disabled in Philippine complained that the public and private facilities have left them out except for the wheelchair ramps and comfort rooms already part of the building requirements. Many schools refused the disabled simply because they didn’t have developed programs for them. Factories and companies continue to discriminate the disabled due to their disabilities in working. These are the existing problems of the disabled in Philippine and in almost countries in the world.

In my opinion, in fact, although the disabled have not received enough what they should have worthy received, the governments have done their best to bring the disabled the same rights with other people. However there are many reasons that make the governments not able to fulfill their responsibility and the policies are actually effective in long term that means in short term they are not truly efficient. I recommend that we should believe in our government in providing equal rights to everyone include the disabled. Maybe at this time, the disabled is suffering more disadvantages than others but in the future they will have equal rights as normal people.

In conclusion, many disabled people have not still received adequate support from governments. However, the governments are trying their best to get the balance between opportunities of the disabled and the others. In the near future, the disabled will play an important role in society and their lives will be better.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that the age the children are allowed to work for money. Concerning this issue, people hold different view. Some people believe that it is wrong. In opposite, others think that work can be a valuable opportunity to gain experience off the work environment.
I do strongly support the idea that work is an interesting education for children from parents as well as providing them with their own income. In fact, work can be the important beginning of learning about the independent life, the value of money, time management, and different rules, because it will help their children be better prepared for work when they are adult. In ad***ion, earning an amount of money make the children to not only approach to the realities everyday life but also understand value of money that they are often received from their parent. Therefore, from working environment, the children can improve moral and responsibility with the public and family.
In contrast, work brings many disadvantages. The first consequence is that when a child spends a lot of time working environment, he may not enough time to do his home work. As a result, his scores could be lower than others who use more free time finishing their home work. Hence, his final result may be badly affected. In ad***ion, between the employee with money and student without money, the children feel that work become important than school. The second consequence that must be taken into consideration is that in many cases, the children who work are abusedboth physically and mental; because they are not enough experience to face the risk of being assaulted, s-e-xual harassed, robbed or abused.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that parents have responsible for making reasonable decisions for their children. The parents must make sure that children’s work is balanced with play, exercise, rest and study and that work shouldn't stop their children from enjoying being a child and developing normally.
